项目背景Project Background

观雲钱塘城由Aedas、SWA、BPI以及中国美院设计总院CAADI共同打造，地块正处钱江世纪城沿江的奥体博览城区域，毗邻奥体博览中⼼和国际博览中⼼西侧毗邻钱塘江，拥有极佳的⼀线江景及城市展⽰⾯，是杭州江南岸地标豪宅。

Guanyun Qiantang City is jointly crafted by Aedas, SWA, BPI, and CAADI of China Academy of Art's Design Institute, located in the Olympic Sports and Expo City area along the Qiantang River in Qianjiang Century City, adjacent to the Olympic Sports and Expo Center and the International Expo Center. It boasts excellent river views and urban exhibition space, serving as a landmark luxury residence on the south bank of the Hangzhou River.

场地周边开放空间丰富，联系紧密；毗邻奥体博览中心和国际博览中心，本场位于滨江公园之中。

Project Surroundings feature rich open spaces with close connections; adjacent to the Olympic Sports and Expo Center and the International Expo Center, this site is located within the Binjiang Park.

乐园简介Park Overview

⼉童乐园位于项目西侧，新先锋河河畔，这是⼀块相对规整的⽔滴形地块，现有景观⽔系为其提供了得天独厚的⾃然资源和⼈⽂景观；与临河水杉林、坡⾯地形、地标建筑物之间形成⼀个具有庇护感和归属感、与⾃然共生的游玩空间。

The Children's Park is situated on the west side of the project, along the banks of the Xinxianfeng River. This relatively regular water-drop-shaped plot benefits from existing landscape water systems, offering unique natural resources and cultural landscapes. It forms a sheltered, natural play space that harmonizes with the adjacent riverside water cypress forest, sloping terrain, and landmark buildings.

现场分析On-Site Analysis

我们在介入该项目时，场地已完成基本硬化，大树种植也已完成；⼉童场地西侧坡⾯坡面坡度从30°-45°不等；并且在坡面上有个体量较大的风井，为场地不利因素。

Upon our intervention in this project, the site's basic hardening and large tree planting had been completed. The western side of the children's site features slopes ranging from 30° to 45°, with a large wind shaft on the slope, posing challenges to the site.

针对现场考察的问题，提出解决策略：

1、该项目建筑造型非常具有识别性，儿童乐园的设计遵循景观设计的思路，最大化的去衬托建筑，主设施的造型设计不宜过于高大张扬，于细节处体现豪宅乐园品质。

2、结合现状考虑儿童年龄段进⾏功能分区设计；场地坡⾯坡度适宜，可充分利⽤坡⾯设置游戏设施，打造该分区场地趣味性；⻛井考虑结合设施，进⾏功能设计和美化处理。

Proposed Solutions based on on-site inspection:

1. The project's architectural design is highly recognizable. The design of the children's park follows a landscape-centric approach, minimizing the overshadowing of the buildings. The main facility's design should not be overly grand but reflect the quality of a luxury park in the details.

2. Considering the current situation, the design should cater to different age groups of children; the suitable slope of the site can be fully utilized to set up game facilities, enhancing the playfulness of the area. The wind shaft should be integrated with the facilities for functional design and beautification purposes.

树屋作为⼀种象征，在不同的⽂化和故事中承载着多种寓意和象征意义。梦想与创造⼒：树屋往往与童年的梦想和想象⼒联系在⼀起。它是孩⼦们创造游戏世界的地⽅，也是成⼈追寻梦想、激发创造⼒的场所。与⾃然相连、以梦想相托，与周边滨⽔丛林的自然环境相融，与充满创意的建筑相呼应，选择树屋为儿童乐园的主题设施。

As a symbol, treehouses carry various meanings and symbolism in different cultures and stories. Dreams and creativity: Treehouses are often associated with childhood dreams and imagination. They are places where children create game worlds and where adults pursue dreams and ignite creativity. Connected to nature and dreams, blending with the surrounding riverside jungle environment, resonating with creative architecture, the treehouse is chosen as the theme facility for the children's park.

我们不希望树屋以一种刻板的印象展现出来，树的外形配上树洞这种外显具象的表达过于无味，于是在树屋的造型设计上进行新的美学诠释，以纯白繁复的线条构筑伫立于河畔的魔法树屋，尝试用现代设计勾勒出童话意向。

We do not want the treehouse to present a stereotypical impression. The combination of tree shapes and tree holes in an overtly literal expression is bland. Therefore, a new aesthetic interpretation is applied to the design of the treehouse, constructing the standing Magic Treehouse by the riverside with intricate white lines, attempting to outline a fairy tale intention through modern design.

风井游戏平台采用分层式设计，并且加入了互动灯光的功能，将原本在场地中的风井与主体设施相结合，在不破坏其功能的前提下，进行美化。

The wind shaft play platform adopts a layered design and incorporates interactive lighting features, integrating the wind shaft with the main facilities without compromising its functionality, enhancing its aesthetics.

该场地地形的高低、尺度、外观形态等方面的变化，呈现出丰富的地表特征，为景观变化提供了依托的基质。设计结合现有坡面地形，创造更多的层次和游玩动线，形成一个自然且具有趣味性的空间景域，满足儿童游玩需求。

The varied terrain elevation, scale, and appearance of the site provide a rich foundation for landscape variation. By combining the existing slope terrain, more levels and play dynamics are created, forming a natural and engaging spatial domain to meet children's play needs.

陡峭的坡面地形，刺激的攀爬之路，是专属于勇敢小朋友的徽章，只有穿过茂密的丛林，才能寻找到最终的目的地。

Steep sloping terrain, challenging climbing paths, a badge exclusive to brave little ones. Only by passing through the dense jungle can the ultimate destination be found.

小小的区域，该如何体现场地的功能性呢？用童话意向的设施，构造专属于低龄儿童游戏的空间。

In a small area, how can we embody the functionality of the site? By using fairy tale-themed facilities, a space dedicated to toddler games is created.

瞧，小朋友玩得多欢乐！一起荡秋千，旋转、跳跃，跟着蘑菇转椅去冒险。

Look, how joyfully the children play! Swinging on the swing, rotating, jumping, adventuring with the mushroom chair.

生产安装Production and Installation

童话树屋，从材料到加工，都经过严格筛选与精工细作，确保坚固耐用的同时兼顾生态环保。安装过程中，设计团队和安装团队，现场不断沟通调整，确保每一处细节都能完美呈现，让儿童设施与场地自然融入。

From materials to processing, the fairy tale treehouse undergoes strict selection and meticulous craftsmanship to ensure durability while considering ecological sustainability. During installation, the design team and installation team communicate and adjust on-site continuously to ensure that every detail is perfectly presented, seamlessly integrating children's facilities with the site's natural environment.

结语Conclusion
