项目位于深圳一家传统的湘菜餐厅,在闹中取静的地段营造沉浸式自然园林空间,用餐空间是放松的,希望景观尺度满足较为私密的空间。让庭院不仅是餐厅的一部分,更是到来者一场深度的精神体验之旅。
The project is located in a traditional Hunan cuisine restaurant in Shenzhen. It creates an immersive natural garden space in a quiet area amidst the bustle. The dining space is relaxing, and it is hoped that the scale of the landscape can meet the needs of a more private space. Let the courtyard not only be a part of the restaurant, but also a journey of deep spiritual experience for the visitor.
景观设计的首要条件是深入理解建筑与场地特性,结合现有元素,弥补场地的不足之处,巧巧于因借,将独有条件与景观融合,成为诗意生活的无缝融合体。
The first condition for landscape design is to deeply understand the characteristics of the building and the site, combine existing elements, make up for the shortcomings of the site, and skillfully borrow the unique conditions to integrate the unique conditions with the landscape to become a seamless fusion of poetic life.
景观依附着三棵大型樟树展开,这是现场的特定条件。
The landscape unfolds around three large camphor trees, a condition specific to the site.
三棵樟树的根系占整个空间的一半面积,既要保留原有的场地的记忆点,又要将粗壮的树杆融为景观的一部分,这是难点,也是得天独厚的天然围合优势。作为一家餐厅连续包厢的户外庭院,三种视窗空间,需要营造出三个独立变化而又风格连贯的自然景观。
The root system of three camphor trees occupies half of the entire space. It is difficult to not only retain the memory of the original site, but also integrate the thick tree trunks into part of the landscape. This is also a unique natural enclosure advantage. As an outdoor courtyard with continuous private rooms in a restaurant, the three window spaces need to create three independently changing yet coherent styles of natural landscape.
【窗景一】
Window view NO.1
此景最大焦点是天然带窝状的一块自然石,为了让这块石头成为在主角,不想用常规的竹筒流水,而是采用了两级分段的竹片导水,一是让竹流水变得更有层次,二是把原本独立一块的石景做出另一个亮点,让整体构图丰富。
The biggest focus of this scene is a natural stone with a natural nest shape. In order to make this stone the protagonist, we did not want to use conventional bamboo tubes to flow water. Instead, we used two-stage segmented bamboo pieces to guide water. First, let the bamboo flow become The second is to make the originally independent stone scene into another highlight, enriching the overall composition.
为了呼应自然形成的原始感,石灯用的是各种天然石头加工,拼接而成的自制石灯。
In order to echo the original feeling formed by nature, the stone lamps are made of homemade stone lamps processed and spliced from various natural stones.
【窗景二】
Window view NO.2
置石要和樟树无形中融合,需要将樟树位置的土填高,堆坡制造落差,以此打造地形起伏。
Order to integrate the stone with the camphor tree invisibly, it is necessary to fill in the soil at the location of the camphor tree and create slopes to create undulations in the terrain.
整体的石材采用老皮火山石,为了让景观的感官沉稳,在石料选择上,更偏向暗色系,尽量不用色彩鲜艳的品种。色彩鲜艳的石材只会彰显自身,喧宾夺主有碍其他材料的表达。
The overall stone material is Lao Pi volcanic stone. In order to calm the senses of the landscape, the stone selection is more towards dark colors and avoid brightly colored varieties as much as possible. Brightly colored stone will only highlight itself and hinder the expression of other materials.
深棕色的老火山石,气质沉稳,特殊的肌理导致产生的地衣较多,更有历史痕迹的味道,表面容易附着苔藓,天生自带浓烈的原始自然气息。
Dark brown old volcanic stone has a calm temperament. Its special texture results in the production of more lichens and a sense of historical traces. Moss easily adheres to the surface, giving it a strong original natural flavor.
【窗景三】
Window view NO.3
横向构图,希望将水景简约化,用老石条作为引水渠,以此定下这个窗景简朴的调性,希望观者内心平和没有机巧世故。
With the horizontal composition, I hope to simplify the water view and use old stone strips as water diversion channels to set the simple tone of this window view, hoping that the viewer will have peace of mind and no sophistication.
精选一块石头开槽,做成水钵承接水渠的流水,上下形成层级关系,视觉上产生一种巧感,水流的滴落清脆悠扬,渲染一个自然安宁的氛围。天然的石头如凝固的音符,让到访者仿佛感受到一曲无声的山峦之歌。
A stone is selected and grooved to make a water bowl to receive the water from the canal. The upper and lower layers form a hierarchical relationship, visually creating a sense of cleverness. The dripping of the water is crisp and melodious, creating a natural and peaceful atmosphere. The natural stones are like solid musical notes, making visitors feel as if they are hearing a silent song of the mountains.
植物与石头横向展开的气势相呼应,给整个空间注入平衡稳定的气场。
The plants and stones echo the horizontal expansion of the momentum, injecting a balanced and stable aura into the entire space.
三个窗景本着天然不饰雕琢的造园方式,取之自然,寻求本真,不过度修饰,对真实和原始状态的追求,再塑空间崇尚自然的生命力。
The three window scenes are based on the natural and uncarved gardening method. They are taken from nature, seek authenticity without excessive modification, pursue the real and original state, and reshape the space to admire the vitality of nature.
