The new store of Shanya Western Food is located among the business buildings in Hangzhou's Binjiang District, offering creative dishes that blend Western cooking styles with Japanese flavors.

The Dialogue between Naturalism and Urban Sensibility

Shanya 餐厅设计基于“日常仪式感”的理念，将“自然元素”和“工业美学”相结合。通过绿植、木质纹理和手工感的墙面，营造出一个既现代又充满生机的“森系”用餐场所。

The design of Shanya Restaurant is based on the concept of "daily ritual," combining "natural elements" with "industrial aesthetics." Through the use of green plants and handcrafted walls with wood textures, a modern and vibrant "forest-style" dining space comes into being.

在现代建筑的玻璃幕墙之间，shanya山下洋食像一幢小木屋，为城市界面嵌入独特肌理，成为街区中闪烁微光的亮点。

Amidst the glass facades of modern architecture, Shanya Western Food stands like a small wooden cabin, which becomes a shining spotlight in the district, embedding a unique texture into the urban interface.

门头的工业风瓦楞金属板与logo字体的手写笔触相称，其简洁造型及有意放大的比例还原了“招牌”的本质，帮助捕获行人注意力，并以轻快的流行风格展示直率、真诚的形象。

The industrial-style corrugated metal panels on the storefront facade match with the handwritten strokes of the logo font. Their simple design and intentionally enlarged proportions restore the essence of a "signboard," in a way to capture the attention of passersby and present a straightforward and sincere image in a light-hearted, contemporary style.

招牌与立面墙体的暖白色系令人产生对奶油酱汁的愉快联想，而不同种类的丰茂绿植如灌木丛般围合外摆座位四周，两者共同构成了对“洋食”与“山下”的意象表达。

The signboard and warm white color scheme of the facade walls evoke pleasant associations with cream sauces, while the lush green plants surround the outdoor seating area like a thicket of shrubs. Both jointly form an expressive representation of the concepts of " Western food" and "Shanya."

工业美学与可持续性的对话

The Dialogue between Industrial Aesthetics and Sustainability

步入店内，大面积墙面、立柱与天花裸露，还原出建筑混凝土结构。轻量化硬装令空间感受开阔舒展。

Stepping into the restaurant, you will see large areas of bare walls, pillars, and ceilings which expose the building's concrete structure. The light and minimalistic hard decoration creates a sense of spaciousness and openness.

设计师为项目淘回的老木板被用于吧台侧面，时间与使用的痕迹被保留，复古色彩随机排布。带有斑驳印迹的镀锌板与瓦楞结构则通过漫反射呈现出流动的色彩与光泽。

Old wooden planks sourced by the designer are used on the side of the bar, whose signs of wear are preserved, with vintage colors arranged randomly. Galvanized sheets with mottled patterns and corrugated structures reflect a flowing color and luster through diffuse reflection.

从瓦楞镀锌板到彩色老木板，从粗粝的墙面到回收铁皮柜子，多元材质间相互碰撞，展现了轻复古风格的兼容性与趣味性，同时低成本、可持续设计的理念得到诠释。绿植的加入柔化了工业感，使空间显得更加平衡。

From corrugated galvanized sheets to colorful old wooden planks, from rough walls to recycled iron cabinets, the collision of diverse materials demonstrates the compatibility and fun of a light retro style, at the same time the concept of low-cost, sustainable design is also embodied. The addition of green plants softens the industrial feel, making the space more balanced.

在桌椅、灯具等装饰品中，能见到现代主义与中古风潮、海派装饰风格的特征，也有本土化的、属于儿时记忆的单品。进店找一把喜欢的椅子落座，或许就能带来简单的乐趣。

Among the selection of furniture such as tables, chairs, and lighting fixtures, you will see characteristics of modernism and mid-century trends, as well as features of the Shanghai-style decorative style, while localized items that evoke childhood memories are also included.Come on in and find yourself a favorite chair to sit in upon, you are sure to enjoy the simple pleasure.

餐厅室内的布局逻辑简洁明晰，开放式厨房及水吧沿空间侧边呈L型分布，两组操作台功能独立而视觉连贯，形成具有独特记忆点的室内立面。桌椅的间距经过精心设计，既适合顾客独处阅读，也适合多人聚会互动。植物布局起到了分隔空间的作用，使整体空间既开放又不失私密性。

The layout of the restaurant's interior is clear and concise. The open kitchen and water bar are distributed along the side of the space in an L-shape, with two operation counters that are functionally independent yet visually coherent. They form a unique and memorable interior facade. The spacing of the tables and chairs is carefully designed to be suitable for both solitary reading and group interactions. The arrangement of plants serves to divide the space, making the overall area open yet private.

店外布置了以绿植为主的“软隔离”，通过模块化的花箱与自然布局，模糊了室内外的边界。

Outside the store, a "soft isolation" is arranged mainly with green plants. The modular planters and natural layouts help to blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors.

松弛感与用户体验的对话

The Dialogue between Laxity and User Experience

松弛的混搭风格营造了亲切氛围，而细节让空间更值得探索。在餐厅入口推拉门旁，一扇来自旧建筑的老式木门成为墙面装饰。一新一旧，动与不动、使用与观赏间产生了有趣对话。被用作门把手的锅铲和门上的轻松字句令进店与离店时刻更有趣，成为顾客体验流程首尾的小惊喜。

The laid-back eclectic style creates a friendly atmosphere, and the details make the space more worth exploring.Next to the sliding door at the entrance of the restaurant, an old wooden door from an old building serves as a wall decoration. The contrast between new and old, movement and stillness, use and viewing, creates an interesting dialogue. The use of a spatula as a door handle and the casual words on the door make the moments of entering and leaving the store much funnier, which provides a small surprise for customers at the beginning and end of their experience.

通过建筑外立面的折叠窗系统，空间形态得以实现灵活转换。

Through the folding window system of the building's exterior facade, the spatial form can be flexibly transformed.

打开的窗户消弭了室内外的界限，绿植元素交织其间，餐厅、外摆与环境有机融合；而关上时亦能保持视觉感受的开阔与连贯，为室内引入一片森林，也为社区点亮一方松弛治愈的森系空间。

Open windows eliminate the boundary between the indoor and the outdoor ,where green plant elements interweave with each other, organically integrating the restaurant, outdoor seating, and the environment; when closed, they still maintain a sense of openness and coherence in visual perception, bringing a forest into the interior and lighting up a relaxed and healing forest-style space for the community.
