武汉华润瑞府作为goa大象设计 “鲜活社区2.0”理念的深度实践，通过积极回应周边城市环境，建立社区与外部公共空间的持久价值关联，提升高品质城市住宅的人居内涵。”

“Modern community planning, often shaped by the pursuit of efficiency and profit, has become increasingly standardized. The disconnect between high-rise living, community life, nature, and interpersonal connections only intensifies this trend.

As a thoughtful realization of GOA's "Living Community 2.0" concept, the project integrates with its urban surroundings, fostering a lasting relationship between the community and public spaces while enriching the living experience of high-end urban residences.”

武汉地处汉江流域的腹地，依长江而兴，“两江交汇，三镇鼎立”造就了其独特的城市格局。

项目坐落于汉口滨江国际商务区核心区，距长江直线距离不到1km。该区域为衔接武汉老租界和长江新城的纽带，聚集了众多优质资源和配套设施。

Wuhan, nestled in the heart of the Hanjiang River basin and flourishing along the Yangtze River, owes its distinctive urban landscape to the convergence of two rivers and its three-part city structure.

Located in the prime part of Hankou Riverside International Business District, the project is just under a kilometer from the Yangtze River. This area acts as a vital connection between Wuhan's historic concession zone and the upcoming Yangtze New City, blending high-quality resources and amenities.

作为该片区最后一块居住土地，项目力图在此打造滨江地标性人居样本，在充分挖掘周边资源价值的基础上，利用“超级底盘”的概念构建共享开放的社区体系，从人居体验出发，全面回应城市与社区、公共与私密的多重诉求。

As the final residential plot in this district, the project aspires to establish a landmark riverside living example. By maximizing the value of surrounding resources, it introduces the "super base" concept to design a shared, open community framework. It addresses the diverse needs of both urban and community spaces, while balancing public and private realms.

动态山水，错落有序

Landmark in the Ethereal Skyline

项目具有得天独厚的资源优势的同时，周边环境却呈现出无序的规划面貌。

地块四周高楼林立，汇集16座200米以上的超高层建筑。北面近500m高的周大福金融中心达到滨江天际线最高点，东部毗邻的绿城黄浦湾以近似城墙的形态阻隔了地块与长江之间的大部分视线。

While the project benefits from its exceptional resources, the surrounding environment reflects a disordered planning layout. The site is encircled by towering high-rises, featuring 16 buildings exceeding 200 meters in height. To the north, the Chow Tai Fook Financial Center, soaring close to 500 meters, dominates the riverside skyline. Meanwhile, Greentown The Bund House to the east serves as a barrier, obstructing much of the sightlines to the Yangtze River.

受武汉大开大合的城市格局所启发，整体规划布局强调动态、立体的气势感。风车状总图规划下，不同高度的楼宇呈交错布置，拉开了建筑间距并局部转变角度，释放出城市楼宇间的通透领域，同时，实现了外部景观视野和内部庭院空间的最大化。

Drawing inspiration from Wuhan's vast urban landscape, the overall design focuses on the dynamic, three-dimensional sense of atmosphere in the landscape. The windmill-shaped layout features buildings of different heights arranged in a staggered manner, creating wider gaps between architectures and slightly shifting their angles. This approach not only enhances the openness between buildings but also optimizes the views of both the surrounding landscape and the internal courtyards.

作为刻画滨江沿岸线的重要组成部分，高层住宅中的其中两栋楼宇突破既定的高度规划限制，达到200m的超高层尺度，使观江户数在最大限度下得到满足。

As key elements shaping the riverside skyline, two of the high-rise buildings surpass the predetermined height limits, reaching to 200 meters. This design optimizes the number of residences that offer views of the river.

高低各异的错落布局也进一步强化“动态山水”的立体格局，勾勒出层次丰富、进退有序的天际线轮廓，大大提升了城市形态的辨识度。

The diverse and staggered arrangement of buildings amplifies the three-dimensional character of the "dynamic landscape," creating a layered and organized skyline that greatly enhances the urban identity.

项目和场地周边的老建筑形成新旧对比，跳脱于周遭环境的同时，隐喻了城市中历史与现代的重叠与共生。

The project stands in stark contrast to the surrounding old buildings, transcending its environment while symbolizing the interplay and coexistence of history and modernity within the city.

渗透边界，立体交融

Infiltrating the Edge with "Super-base"

为避免出现传统小区的孤岛状态，设计将“超级底盘”理念贯穿社区的公共空间系统：利用架空层营造沉浸式场景体验和浓郁的邻里氛围，将社区与公园、幼儿园、沿街商业有机串联，为人们提供了丰富宜人的交往体验。

To avoid the isolated state of traditional communities, the design integrates the "super base" concept into the public spaces: by creating an elevated level that fosters an immersive environment and a lively neighborhood feel, it seamlessly connects the community with parks, kindergartens, and nearby shops, offering residents a wealth of enjoyable social experiences.

沿街商业空间与各地块的出入口串联，通过将零售与配套功能分散布局，摆脱了传统“一字型”集中底商的设计范式，形成“商业街区-入户大堂-街心花园”的活力轴。这种布局能有效促进街区循环流通，鼓励并邀请行人和居民共享公共街区和绿色空间。

The street-facing commercial spaces connect the entrances of each block, breaking away from the conventional design of linear, concentrated ground-floor retail. Instead, they create a dynamic axis featuring "commercial block - entrance lobby - central garden." This arrangement fosters circulation within the neighborhood and invites both pedestrians and residents to enjoy the public and green spaces.

地块之间原有的“窄街密路”布局促使设计打破泾渭分明的边界划分。首层聚落通过空中连廊将三个地块有机链接，为住户提供便捷的同时，也进一步实现内外资源的共享，消解了社区与城市之间的割裂感。

The existing layout of "narrow streets and dense pathways" between the blocks inspired a design that blurs rigid boundaries. Ground-level connections achieved by elevated walkways, seamlessly link the three blocks, offering convenience for residents and facilitating a shared use of resources that bridges the gap between the community and the city.

设计有意打破社区庭院的均质化布局。连廊将南侧公园绿地引入地块内部，通过旋转坡道在节点处营造兼具传统园林精神和现代生活气息的街心花园，使得城市公园景观不再孤立，而是被纳入到社区生态体系中的一环。

The design intentionally breaks the homogeneous layout of the community courtyard. The walkway brings the green space of the southern park into the site, creating a central garden that blends traditional landscaping with modern living through a spiral ramp at the junction. This integration transforms the urban park from an isolated feature into an integral component of the community's ecological framework.

空中连廊与商铺之上的屋顶平台进行联通，形成可漫游的屋顶花园，为居民提供了更多的立体生态活动空间。同时，大量可停留的灰空间与跨街天桥的整体连缀，形成多样化的近人尺度街景，削弱了高层建筑在心理上带给人的实体拥堵感。

The sky bridge links to the rooftop platforms over the retail, which provide a walkable garden to enjoy more activities for residents. Additionally, ample usable gray spaces and the interconnected cross-street bridges give a varied streetscape that feels more inviting and diminishes the overwhelming presence of high-rise building.

近3米宽的大堂挑檐延展出与外部相连的休憩空间，使人沉浸于邻近水院的幽静氛围。挑檐垂挂的格栅在光影交织下呈现细腻的变化，带来层次感丰富、温馨舒适的归家体验。

With nearly 3-meter-wide eaves, the lobby opens up to a serene resting space that blends seamlessly with the outside, inviting residents to enjoy the calming ambiance of the adjacent water courtyard. The hanging grilles beneath the eaves create delicate patterns through the interplay of light and shadow, enhancing a cozy and layered sense of homecoming.

倚江而居，立于潮头

Navigating Toward Riverside Living

作为地标级的居住建筑，项目采用标识性的形式语言，充分提升小区建筑在城市中的辨识度。翩然起翘的超高层塔冠如同城市灯塔点亮高空，带有勇立潮头、扬帆千里的美好期许。

As a landmark residential building, the project adopts a distinctive formal language that reinforces the recognition of the community’s architecture within the city. The elegantly rising super-tall tower crown acts as a lighthouse, illuminating the skyline and symbolizing the hopeful ambition of leading the way and embarking on a bright journey ahead.

利用避难层植入的穿插形体采用了从文字抽象而来的香槟色镂空铝板，与横向铝制线条共同构建出错动隽秀的立面效果，隐喻了长江波涛潮水的气韵。

The interspersed forms integrated into the refuge floors feature champagne-colored perforated aluminum panels abstracted from calligraphy, combined with horizontal aluminum lines to create a dynamic and graceful facade, symbolizing the flowing waves and energy of the Yangtze River.

入户大堂所使用的灰色石材板和古铜色穿孔龙鳞墙相互拼接，与高层住宅在形象上形成鲜明对比。

The entrance lobby combines grey stone slabs with bronze-colored perforated dragon-scale walls, which forms a sharp contrast with the sleek appearance of the high-rise residential buildings.

设计为居民精心打造了内外贯通的归家路径：入口处的螺旋式地下车库坡道引入了更充足的自然光；风雨连廊直通各栋楼的架空层门厅，予以入户体验充分的庇护并创造多样的交往场景。

The design thoughtfully creates a homecoming journey for residents: the spiral underground parking ramp allows ample natural light to filter in, while the covered walkways lead directly to the lobbies of each building's elevated ground floor, providing sheltered access and enabling diverse social interactions along the way.

户型和立面的设计以塑造可持续的整体空间为原则。铝板幕墙体系与外墙保温一体化相结合，既保证外墙的安全性与断热节能性能，又能确保室内温度的舒适性，且其高气密性能够保证房屋的防水、浮尘控制等。

The design of the apartment layouts and façades follows the principle of shaping sustainable spaces. The aluminum panel curtain wall system is integrated with external wall insulation, ensuring both the safety and thermal efficiency of the exterior walls. This not only maintains indoor temperature comfort but also provides high airtightness for effective waterproofing and dust control.

医用级离子瀑技术服务于室内新风循环系统，可置换新风、空气加湿，来保持室内空气的新鲜。诸如此类，设计在细节上也处处体现了对“以人为本”的回应。’

The medical-grade ion waterfall technology supports the indoor fresh air circulation system, facilitating the replacement of stale air and humidifying the environment to maintain indoor freshness. Such details reflect the design's commitment to a "people-oriented" approach.
