在西安，说起河居，说起滨水，就不得不提到浐灞，西安世园会的成功举办，让浐灞的生态环境有了质的提升。自然界河山二期与自然界·江月位于浐灞大道以北、欧亚大道以南、灞柳西路以西，占据浐河和灞河交汇处黄金三角洲位置，基地周边四大公园环绕，是名副其实的西安城市绿肺，尽揽一线灞河景观。本案用地面积100605㎡，容积率1.47，在西安江景豪宅市场，占有一席之地。

In Xi'an, when it comes to riverside residences and waterfront areas, Chanba is an area that cannot be overlooked. The successful hosting of the Xi'an International Horticultural Exposition has brought about a qualitative improvement to the ecological environment of Chanba. The second phase of Natural River & Natural Moonlight are situated to the north of Chanba Avenue, south of Eurasia Avenue, and west of Ba Liu West Road, occupying the prime golden delta where the Chan River and the Ba River meet. Surrounded by four major parks, this area truly deserves the name of the "green lung" of Xi'an, offering an unobstructed view of the first-line Ba River landscape. The project covers an area of 100,605 square meters with a floor area ratio of 1.47. It has secured a place in the luxury riverside property market in Xi'an.

规划设计篇

“河景房”是每个城市不可复制的稀缺资源，依河而居，也是大多数人的梦想。

自然界河山二期与自然界·江月规划自长安古城布局获取灵感，沿河流自西北到东南方向，布置多层和高层两个组团，共享中部的社区公共服务设施。

"River-view houses" are scarce resources that cannot be replicated in each city. Living by the river is also the dream of most people.

The second phase of Natural River & Natural Moonlight draw inspiration from the layout of Chang'an ancient city. They are arranged along the river from the northwest to the southeast, with two groups of multi-storey and high-rise buildings, sharing the community public service facilities in the middle.

高层住宅考虑河岸滨水建筑的视觉效果，塑造起伏跌落的天际线。内部布局体现北方传统空间秩序，公共绿地作为形象出入口，高层住宅采用中轴仪式感布局，结合中心花园，丰富视野；多层区域则采用院落化布局，通过景观轴和生态环，划分为六个不同主题的组团。

The high-rise residences take into account the visual effect of the riverside waterfront buildings to create a fluctuating skyline. The internal layout reflects the traditional spatial order of the north. The public green space serves as the image entrance and exit. The high-rise residences adopt an axial layout with a sense of ceremony, combined with the central garden to enrich the view. The multi-storey area adopts a courtyard layout and is divided into six different themed groups through the landscape axis and the ecological ring.

项目的设计理念为崇尚师法自然的居住愿景，但同时又尊重西安中轴礼序的空间序列，形成东方文化与现代生活的集合。

The design concept of the project advocates the residential vision of following the example of nature. Meanwhile, it also respects the spatial sequence of the axial ritual order in Xi'an, thus forming a combination of Eastern culture and modern life.

The multi-storey area is divided into six groups with different themes of "mountains, waters, gardens and forests" through the landscape axis and the ecological ring.

叠墅院落化布局，形成多种景观主题

高层设计篇

主景观位于北侧和东侧，直接决定了户型分布与户内客厅的朝向。高层户型设计中，我们重点聚焦在“空中庭院和花园”这个功能区上，致力于打造更适合消费者的“第四代住宅”，高层设计超尺度客厅及270°转角阳台，结合错层调控露台，做到局部出挑，避免上下层住户之间的视线干扰。

The main landscapes are located on the north and east sides, which directly determine the layout of the apartment types and the orientation of the living rooms inside the apartments. In the design of high-rise apartment layouts, we focus on the functional area of "sky courtyards and gardens", striving to create the "Fourth Generation Housing" that better suits consumers. The high-rise designs feature oversized living rooms and 270° corner balconies. Combined with the staggered terraces regulated by split-level design, partial overhangs are achieved, avoiding visual interference between the upper and lower floor residents.、

立面采用曲线型设计，隐喻浐河灞河交汇的水波流动感，全铝板材质在阳光照射下反射河水的波光，呈现建筑与自然的交互之美。

The facade adopts a curved design, metaphorically representing the flowing sense of water waves at the confluence of the Chan River and the Ba River. The all-aluminum panel material reflects the ripples of the river under sunlight, presenting the beauty of the interaction between architecture and nature.

叠墅设计篇

与高层大平层不同的是，自然界·江月的设计上，我们没有按照传统的叠拼产品来打造，而是融入“第四代住宅”的空中庭院理念，采用错落空间的设计，让户户都拥有超大全维度的阳台。叠墅通过一层景观庭院、负二层下沉花园，为上下叠住户均创造了“有天有地”的居住体验。

Differing from large flat apartments, in the design of Natural Moonlight, we did not follow the traditional way of building stacked villas. Instead, we incorporated the concept of sky courtyards from the "Fourth Generation Housing" and adopted a staggered space design, enabling each household to have an oversized, multi-dimensional balcony. Through the first-floor landscape courtyard and the sunken garden on the second basement floor, the stacked villas create a living experience of "having both the sky and the ground" for both the upper and lower-floor residents.

配套设计篇

△未来感风格的配套建筑，形成区域新地标

配套位置处于面向江景的城市绿地中，在设计中我们结合入口绿地呈现一个具有未来地标感的设计元素。将圆弧动感的母题延续到配套立面设计中，提供一个远眺江景的超级景观平台。

The clubhouse is located in the urban green space facing the river view. In the design process, we have combined the entrance green space to present a design element with a sense of future landmark. The motif of the dynamic arc is continued into the facade design of the clubhouse, providing a super landscape platform for overlooking the river view.
