瞰云山，望珠水的宁静与自然，地处广州白云新城CBD的摩登与繁荣，最新崛起的城市商业综合体广州建华中心，因其优越的项目属性与场地特性，吸引全球顶级建筑设计事务所和景观设计公司Aedas 、SWA担纲其建筑与景观设计，并由雅玥园林公司负责景观施工，以白云山为灵感，融入珠江意境，打造湾区下别具一格的全新城市地标。

Overlooking the tranquility and nature of Baiyun Mountain and Zhushui, located in the modern and prosperous CBD of Guangzhou Baiyun New City as the latest urban commercial complex, Guangzhou Jianhua Center attracts world-class design firms Aedas and SWA to play a role, and Yayue Landscape Engineering is responsible for its landscape construction. Inspired by Baiyun Mountain, it integrates into the Pearl River artistic conception and creates a brand-new urban landmark in the Bay Area.

立体魔幻的峡谷肌理，晶莹层叠的瀑布川流，执行设计概念的落地，是挑战亦是动力。我们溯源自然与人文的昭示，注入艺术与工艺的表现，营造场地的独特魅力。

The three-dimensional magical canyon texture, the crystal-clear cascading waterfalls and streams, the implementation of the design concept is a challenge and a driving force. We trace the natural and humanistic manifestations, inject the performance of art and craftsmanship, and create the unique charm of the site.

聆听一场涤荡回响

Valley stream – Echoes that cleanse the soul

好的设计是低调而谦逊的，选取富有魅力的自然肌理与高级黑色调，包裹形成空间的诗性，弧形简约的装置艺术拂过场地，展现内有乾坤的奇幻美感。

The design is modest and humble. It selects charming natural texture and classic black tones to wrap the poetic nature of the space. The arc-shaped installation art passes across the site with simplicity, showing the inner fantasy and mysterious beauty.

此处是项目营建难点之一，要落成峡谷水流的复杂结构，并在中部嵌入巨大的数字屏幕，对材质、工艺都有较高要求。基于此，雅玥园林公司项目团队当机立断地采取创新工艺技术打磨场景形态，注入层次明朗而律动的曲线，创造出清新涧谷下的生机秘境。

One of the difficulties in the construction of the project is to complete the complex structure of the canyon water flow, and to embed a huge digital screen in the middle, which has high requirements for materials and craftsmanship. Based on this, the project team of Yayue Landscape Engineering immediately adopted innovative technology to polish the scene form, injecting layers of clear and rhythmic curves, and creating a mysterious environment of freshness and vitality under the valley.

围合下沉空间的壮丽山涧，施工采用体量巨大的数控机床切割整石，展现了如雕塑般受自然侵蚀的岩层质感，雕塑挡墙中是一系列大型空腔，外部形成层级叠落的瀑布。

The construction of the magnificent mountain stream enclosing the sinking space utilizes huge computerized numerical control machine tools to cut the whole stone, showing the texture of the rock layer that is naturally eroded like a sculpture. The sculpture retaining wall is a series of large cavities, and the exterior is stacked as layers of waterfall.

遍布空间的未来感几何线条，令景观与建筑更为柔美悦人，呈现出自然意象的艺术感与科幻感。在静伫的凝望中，获取丰富的感官体验，感知蕴涵着的无声能量。

The futuristic geometric lines spread throughout the entire space make the landscape and architecture softer and pleasing, presenting the artistic and sci-fi sense of natural imagery. In the quiet gaze, one can obtain a rich sensory experience and perceive the silent energy contained.

整个场地除地面铺装外的3000多块石块都为特殊形状，全部通过最新工艺技术CNC（数控雕刻工艺），将每块单独制作的3D模型进行优化后通过设备进行雕琢、编号、试拼，重复实操繁杂且高难度的施工步骤，不断擢升项目品质。

Except for the ground paving, over 3,000 stone blocks in the entire site are of special shapes, all of which are made through the latest technology CNC (Computerized Numerical Control Sculpture Technology). After each piece is individually produced, the 3D model is optimized and then carved, numbered, and trial-fitted through the equipment. The project team has repeated the complicated and difficult construction steps of operation to continuously improve the quality.

Cloud into water - Feel the brilliance of city

景观的价值，更在于创造凝结的精神与文化。正大恢宏的空间形态，在另一个层面上，向人诉说着关于生活的趣味与想象。

The value of landscape lies in the creation of concentrated spirit and culture, where the magnificent spatial form happens to tell visitors the delight and imagination of life.

潺潺流水从中部像素化的墙面和台阶流下，形成一道通往庭院的蜿蜒互动水景，为场地中的所有活动提供了一座氛围浓厚的艺术舞台，形成人与城市的媒介，链动关于自然的活力与联想。

The gurgling water flows down from the pixelated walls and steps in the middle, forming a meandering and interactive waterscape leading to the courtyard, providing a strong artistic stage for all activities in the venue, which forms a medium between mankind and the city, linking the vitality of nature.

莹亮的光彩展现了城市摩登时尚的另一面，凡在日间穿梭的形色声势，均在夜幕垂落时，转变成为优雅多变的悦动感。

The shiny brilliance shows the modern and stylish side of the city. All the shapes and sounds that travel back and forth in the daytime transform into an elegant and changeable sense of joy when the night falls.

应对线条优美的水景构造，需要考虑的除了外部视觉美感，还需重视防渗漏、返碱措施及优化饰面工艺等因素。通过3D模型的精准定位与雕刻，结合人工的精细打磨与拼接，全程严格执行专项把控，将施工带来的挑战迎刃而解。

In response to the beautifully lined waterscape structure, in addition to the external visual aesthetics, consideration should also be given to factors such as anti-leakage, alkali-returning measures and optimization of the finishing process. Through precise positioning and engraving of the 3D model, combined with manual fine polishing and splicing, special control is strictly implemented throughout the entire process, and the challenges brought by construction are solved.

探索景观引力新旅程

Woods and shade - Explore a new journey of attractive landscape

读懂一块待建的土地，是一种“顿悟”般的体验。景观着力于打造一个独具特色的商业综合体，以流畅有机的线条与极具现代感的建筑形成鲜明对比，同时喻示着与岭南文脉的动态关系。

Reading a piece of unbuilt land is an experience like a "sudden comprehension". The landscape focuses on creating a unique commercial complex, with smooth and organic lines in sharp contrast with modern buildings, and at the same time, it indicates the dynamic relationship with Lingnan culture.

暮色下律动的线条渲染空间的灵动与活跃，营造空间变化同时划分出人行走流线的有序通道，叙写与城市、建筑对话的抒情空间。

The rhythmic lines in the sunset render the agility and vigor of the space, creating spatial changes and dividing the orderly lines of movement simultaneously, narrating a lyrical space for dialogues with the city and architecture.

以预制混凝土打造流水形态的林荫石阶及户外家具，蔓延整个广场并和谐模糊场地边界，间接贯通空间的流动性，让人们不经意地融入自然的诗意以及恰到好处的艺术生活氛围。

The tree-lined stone steps and outdoor furniture in the form of flowing water are made of precast concrete, which spreads the entire plaza and harmoniously blurs the boundary of the site, indirectly reflects the rhythm of the space, allowing people to inadvertently integrate the perfect natural poetry into their artistic living atmosphere.

简约凝练的公寓前广场，运用立体律动的水面营造动感，打破空间的狭长与沉闷，呈现超脱于物质形态的自然寓意与空间张力。

The simple and concise square in front of the apartment uses a three-dimensional rhythmic water surface to create a sense of movement, breaking the narrowness and dullness of the space, and presenting the natural connotation and spatial tension beyond the material form.

两座高低相逢的精神堡垒，将云山珠水的形态抽象化，一南一北构成场地的标识。团队经由悉心探究其设计构成，在材质、结构及造型上投入了大量心思，最终落成与城市产生精神对话，继续承载人们的情怀与记忆的文化雕塑。

Two sculptures of the brand logo abstract the form of Baiyun Mountain and Pearl River. The project team carefully explored its design composition, put a lot of thought into materials, structure and modeling, and finally completed a cultural sculpture that has a spiritual dialogue with the city and continues to carry people's feelings and memories.

舞台已准备就绪，接下来便等待未知的人与事件，形成场地活力的触发器，让时间的共同参与，记录这里的生活痕迹与美好记忆。

The stage is ready, and then we just wait for something unknown, to form a trigger for the vitality of the venue, and record the traces of life and beautiful memories here.

Meet expectations: Creating a charming city landmark

从结构二次深化、水电规划到石材选用及加工、工艺推敲，雅玥园林公司项目团队投诸了大量时间与精力进行调整、打样与检测。过程中还面临过施工周期压缩，施工工序繁杂、因施工场地狭长，交叉施工影响大，材料转运困难等状况，但最终通过积极有效的团队沟通配合，及时解决问题，有效推进项目的高品质高速落地。

From the second deepening of the structure, hydroelectric planning, material selection and considerations of processing technology, the project team of Yayue Landscape Engineering invested a lot of time and energy in adjustment, proofing and testing. The construction period was compressed with complicated procedures and site conditions, however, through active and effective team communication and cooperation, problems were solved in time to lead to the high-quality final effect.

广州建华中心作为湾区下最新城市封面，匹配优质资源与高阶体验，既落成作为示范区的空间营建暂且意犹未尽，团队将继续开拓场地中的液滴雕塑、波纹景墙等更富挑战性的景观节点（不好，不翻译了）。关注艺术与自然，在不断向上的创新与突破中，推动项目旨在成为先进全球总部平台的发展愿景，契合超甲级写字楼、公寓等核心建筑创造生机景观体验，实现生活与工作的无缝融合。

Focusing on art and nature, the project aims to become an advanced platform of global headquarters in the continuous innovation and breakthroughs, in line with the super-class offices, apartments and other commercial buildings to create a vibrant landscape experience, and achieve a seamless integration of life and work .

Q：在广州建华中心的施工过程中，遇到最大的困难是什么？如何解决？

What was the biggest difficulty that you encountered during the construction of Guangzhou Jianhua Center? How did you solve the problem?

A：在项目前期投标阶段，我们就召开了详细的项目策划分析会进行风险评估，并制定了相应的措施。在我看来，最大的难题是如何将如此震撼的概念设计方案百分百还原落地。为此，我们在施工前进行了5次专题会议，保证项目管理人员与施工人员深入理解设计理念的前提下，以追求高品质的共同目标，通过专业工艺技术及执行管理手段共同实现设计方案的圆满落地。为贯彻执行设计理念，现场工程师整合相关工作系统与绵密的工作计划，展开有效率的管理作业。我们拥有专业的施工团队，并安排经验丰富的设计师进行现场深化与施工指导，实现施工设计一体化，成本采购驻点项目，为项目提供全过程跟踪服务，从而确保设计意图完美落地。

In the preliminary bidding stage of the project, we held detailed project planning analysis meetings for risk assessment and formulated corresponding measures. In my opinion, the biggest problem is how to fully implement such a shocking conceptual design. To this end, we conducted 5 analysis meetings before the construction to ensure that the project management personnel and the construction personnel have a deep understanding of the design concept, in order to pursue the common goal of high quality, and successfully realize the design concept through professional technology and executive management methods. In order to implement the design concept, on-site engineers integrate relevant work systems and detailed work plans to carry out efficient operations. Our professional construction team worked with experienced designers to carry out on-site deepening and construction guidance, to realize the integration of construction design, cost procurement, and provide full-process tracking services for the project to ensure that the design intent is perfectly implemented.

Q：在技术创新、品质保证角度上，广州建华中心是如何践行的？

From the perspective of technological innovation and quality assurance, how did Guangzhou Jianhua Center implement it?

A：我们本着“树品牌，立标杆，勇创新”的施工理念，逐个明确主体，落实责任，实行重点项目例会制，重点项目督查制，确保大力度、高效率、高品质推进项目进度。以现场弧形景墙施工为例。在前期选材阶段，由于石材的特殊性，我们由专人采购，进行市场调研，为项目提供充足的优质矿源。然后运用BIM（建筑信息模型）软件将CAD图转化为三维模拟模型，BIM模型不仅能绘制常规的建筑设计图纸及构件加工的图纸，还能通过对建筑物进行可视化展示、协调、模拟、优化，并出具各专业图纸及深化图纸，使工程表达更加详细。其次是石材加工的复杂问题，我们运用CNC切割中的激光切割方式，选用激光切割方式优势，切割品质：倾角优秀、受热影响的区域小。基本无熔渣在最窄弯度条件下可达到良好至优秀的精细切割效果。割炬可快速脱开的同时，提高了生产效率。最后选用区别于传统的干挂方式--背栓式石材干挂，每块石板材可独立安装、独立更换，作为独立单元受力，能排除硬性接触带来荷载反应，具有更好的安全性能及抗风压、抗震动和降低热胀冷缩效应等性能，使用寿命更高。节点做法灵活，使用过程中，维修更换方便。

We adhere to our brand concept of "building a brand, setting benchmarks, and bravely innovating", clarify the subjects and responsibilities, implement a regular meeting system for key projects, and a strong supervision system to ensure that the project progress is driven great strength, high efficiency and advanced quality. Take the construction of a curved landscape wall as an example, in the early stage of material selection, we conducted market research to provide sufficient mineral sources for the project due to the peculiarities of stone materials. Then we used BIM (Building Information Modeling) software to convert the CAD drawing into a three-dimensional simulation model. The BIM model did not only draw conventional architectural design drawings and component processing drawings, but also visually display, coordinate, simulate, and optimize the drawings, and produced various deepening drawings to make the project expression more detailed. The second problem is the complex stone processing. We use the laser cutting method in CNC with advantages including excellent inclination angle and small area affected by heat. While the cutting torch can be quickly disengaged, the production efficiency is improved. Finally, we chose the new back-bolted stone dry hanging method which was different from the traditional method. Each stone slab was installed and replaced independently. As an independent unit, it can eliminate the load response caused by hard contact and has better safety performance, anti-wind pressure, anti-vibration and reduce thermal expansion. The node method is flexible, and it is convenient to repair and replace during use.
