“泓”是一家日式料理店，前身是一间电影道具仓库；60年代建筑，砖木结构。
‘Hong’ is a Japanese restaurant, the predecessor of this restaurant is a movie props warehouse; built in the 1960s, brick-wood structure.
“泓”的室内设计体现了传统的人文情怀和精神价值。在建筑和结构上，设计师保留其特有的原仓库屋顶的木结构原貌，这是一种奇妙的记忆。
The interior design of ‘Hong’ represents the traditional humanity spirit and spiritual value. Architecturally and structurally, the designer retains the original wood structure of the original warehouse roof, which is a wonderful memory.
在整个室内空间营造中增加了建筑的视觉结构样式，使其具备独特的建筑风格；人文情怀、意境、诗性、是整体设计的核心，在喧闹的城市中回到“泓”，仿佛置身一种不可言喻的情境。
In the construction of the whole indoor space, the visual structure style of the building has been added to make it have a unique architectural style. Humanistic feelings, artistic conception, poetry, are the core of the overall design, returning to the ‘Hong’ in the noisy city, as if in an unspeakable situation.
一种古老文化的回归，一个时代的空间置换。“意境”体现文人的视觉感官和对事物追求的精神价值。
The return of an ancient culture and the space replacement in an era. ‘Artistic conception’ reflects visual sense of the literati and spiritual value of pursuit to the objects.
整体材质的运用，更是提升了感官的喜悦和当代文明科技带来的超感体验；古老的智慧，古老的气息，一个时代的情怀与情感。
The use of the overall material heightens the delightful of the senses and the extrasensory experience brought by modern civilization and technology; ancient wisdom and ancient breath, feelings and emotions of an age.
