The project, located in the hilly area of Collalto, surrounded by vineyards and wooded areas, involves the renovation and extension of a heritage building that faces all its sides towards landscape. The intervention, aimed at preserving the original appearance of the main building, aims at re-organizing and restoring the distribution spaces and adapting the whole complex to the necessary energy requirements.
主楼旁边的门廊被扩大，保持了其历史轮廓，用玻璃窗封闭，以容纳一个大型游泳池，俯瞰周围的公园。前仓库的体积被转移到房子前面的花园中心：一个金属和玻璃的轻型框架画出了一个温室的结构，其屋顶覆盖着半透明的太阳能板，插入两个球场的玻璃内。
The porch next to the main building has been enlarged maintaining its historical outline, closed with glass windows to host a large swimming pool overlooking the surrounding park. The volume of the former warehouse was instead transferred to the center of the garden in front of the house: a light frame in metal and glass draws the structure of a greenhouse, whose roof is covered with semi-transparent photovoltaic panels inserted inside the glass of the two pitches.
室外区域的安排，经过细致的处理，通过创造带有挡土墙的草坪梯田地面以及包括沿着建筑物的铺装路径，使房子从花园的各个角落都可以进入，从而实现了地面运动的规范化。
The arrangement of the outdoor areas, treated with meticulous care, has provided for the regularization of the ground movements by creating lawn terraced floors with retaining walls – typical of the area – and the inclusion of paved paths that run along the buildings making the house accessible from all sides of the garden.The restoration of the pergola and of the external convivial spaces allow to enjoy the view of the new trees and of the planting with autochthonous essences of the hill area.
