在春花秋雨、夏荫冬雪的映衬下，流转成一场光的游戏，

仿若多元融合的能量场，又仿佛多重聚合的梦境，

每个细胞都在叫嚣着未来已来……

领地城位于四川绵阳涪城区青义镇，位处科技城新区、科技城大道中轴，紧扼核芯地段资源，具有广阔的发展前景；周边五横五纵交通网，迅捷通达全城，形成城北核心居住版块。项目围绕“全龄层关怀社区、有温度的参与空间、艺术美学的启蒙”定位，打造集合多元场景于一体的摩登未来的全龄互动社区。

Located in Qingyi Town in Mianyang, Sichuan Province, Territorial City is situated in the new area of Science and Technology City and the middle axis of Science and Technology City Avenue, with a broad development prospect. The project is positioned as an "all-age caring community, a warm participation space and an enlightenment of art and aesthetics", creating a modern future all-age interactive community with multiple scenes in one.

景观依托沿江自然生态带，在结构上采用“一轴、一环、五园”规划布局，打破社区边界，呈现都市中可遇而不可求的静谧生活，激活全龄人文生态社区。展示区设计以“光·遇”为线索，从熹微晨光、璀璨星光、宁静谧光等自然场景中提取空间元素与氛围，落位于场地之中，打造活力轻奢的都市艺术空间，开启一场奇幻的寻光之旅。

The landscape relies on the natural ecological zone along the river, and adopts the planning layout of "one axis, one ring and five gardens" to present urban quiet life and activate the ecological community. The design takes "light-encounter" as a clue, extracting spatial elements and atmosphere from natural scenes such as dawn light, bright starlight and quiet light, and settling in the site to create a vibrant and light-luxury urban art space, opening a fantasy light-seeking journey.

序幕 寻光之旅行

一群精灵四处旅行，开启一场奇幻的寻光之旅

或许是森林刚下过雨，点点滴落在地上，就是闪烁的光斑。领小象是领地城最炙手可热的角儿，它朝我们招手，放飞梦想的气球。涌泉汩汩，叠水潺潺，森林下的观众席高低错落，精灵们肆意感受着光束的洗礼。溪畔树，岸头花，璀璨的城市展厅，飘散的泡泡，已经暗引着前进的方向。

Perhaps it had just rained in the forest and the drips fell to the ground as shimmering specks of light. The Leading Elephant, the hottest corner of the City, beckoned us to release the balloons of our dreams. Gushing springs bubbled, cascading water gurgled, the audience under the forest was high and low, and the elves felt the wash of light beams with abandon. The dazzling city exhibition hall, with its floating bubbles, has darkly led the way forward.

第一幕 晨光剧场

晨光遗落，炸出一个山谷，精灵们将散落的光组成一个光影剧场。

晨光里穿行，一个隐于市又乐于市的深潭忽现，朔梯而下，莫兰迪涂鸦和拱门、旋转彩球墙、多元攀爬空间、LED互动墙，将整个空间进行围合的同时，提供了更多的交互性和碰撞可能性；伴着晨光，天光和云影，嬉闹声和喷水声，俨然一幅无忧无虞的世外景象。

As you walk through the morning light, a deep pool, hidden from the city and happy to be in the city, suddenly appears, with Morandi graffiti and arches, rotating coloured ball walls, multiple climbing spaces and LED interactive walls, enclosing the whole space and providing more possibilities for interaction and collision.

全市首个下沉儿童活动广场，凝聚了晨光的明媚色彩与温润氛围；领小象应召而来，于此栖居，欢乐趣玩，邀请大小朋友走进充斥着欢声笑语的理想打卡地——领小象乐园。在这个美好的橙色星球，人与大象和谐相处，欢快颜色铸就动感乐园。The city's first sunken children's activity plaza brings together the bright colours and warm atmosphere of the morning light; the Leading Elephants have been called to live here and have fun, inviting friends of all sizes to enter the Leading Elephant Land, an ideal playground full of laughter. In this wonderful orange planet, people and elephants live in harmony and the cheerful colours create a dynamic paradise.

第二幕 星光森林

精灵们摘下空中的星光，放入森林，点缀出点点微光。

往南穿过时光的森林，开启了星光之旅。斑驳的树影倾泻而下，精灵们摘下空中的星光，放入森林，散落各处点缀出点点微光，指引着森林西边更幽静的地方。那儿泉水潺潺、星光浮动、木香阵阵，靠椅而坐甚是爽心豁目，是这场精彩演出中观众的补给站。远方的欢声笑语掩盖住了泉水清脆的声响，阳光下精灵在草地上奔跑，在硕大的果实间穿梭，是一幅其乐融融的画卷。

Head south through the forest of time and begin a journey of starlight. Under the dappled shadows of the trees, the elves pluck the starlight and place it in the forest, where the shimmering light leads to a more secluded area to the west of the forest. There is a spring, starlight and woody fragrance, and a refreshing chair to sit on, a refill station for the audience in this wonderful show. The sound of distant laughter drowned out the crisp sound of the spring, and the sunlit elves running through the meadow and among the huge fruits was a picture of joy.

第三幕 谧光花径

深处的秘境，闪烁着星辉，害羞地迎接远道而来的客人。

跟着光的记忆复往西去，在森林深处的秘境里，看到最后一幕场景——谧光。那儿闪烁着的星辉，即害羞又热烈的欢迎着远道而来的观众。树荫下一扇扇精致玻璃围合的休憩空间将周围的景色纳入其中，又悄悄的隐匿着后续的剧情。沿着充满花香的道路继续旅途，那是奇妙的乐园，有奇特的沙漠植物，热情的领小象，欢乐的精灵陪你一起共享温馨美好时光，感受回到家的轻松愉快。

Follow the memory of the light as it resumes its journey to the west, and see the last scene in the secret place deep in the forest - the quiet light. There the twinkling starlight, at once shy and warm, welcomes the viewers who have come from afar. A delicate glass-enclosed retreat in the shade of the trees incorporates the surrounding landscape and quietly conceals the drama to come. Continue your journey along the flower-filled path, a wonderful paradise with exotic desert plants, enthusiastic Benny the Cow and happy elves to share a warm and wonderful time with you and feel at home.

尾声｜归源

闪烁着繁星的夜晚，精灵们的寻光之旅落下帷幕，体验过无忧无虞的晨光景象、其乐融融的星光情景、温馨美好的谧光场景，感受了多元时尚的互动场景、自然惬意的生活氛围、精致典雅的社区品质。在未来已来，多重聚合的梦境下，春花秋雨、夏荫冬雪，所有舞台的场景，衬托的主角，是领小象，是从遥远星系外传达过来的穿越了亿万光年的星辰光，也是在场景中恣意享受的你。

The elves' light-seeking journey came to an end, having experienced the carefree morning light scene, the happy starlight scene, the warm and beautiful quiet light scene, the fashionable interactive scene, the cozy living atmosphere, and the exquisite community quality. Under the dream of the future, all the scenes of the stage are the starlight that has traveled billions of light years conveyed from outside the distant galaxy, and also you who enjoys in the scenes at will.
