In Design : 接到项目初期，甲方强调了项目的高调性和深长的文化底蕴，引起了我们对项目的兴趣。后期在与甲方多次的讨论中提出了拟打造长乐顶级高端生活社区示范样本，既要考虑社区示范区阶段的体验感，又可在不拆改的社区景观中达到可长期宜居的生态环境的标准。

In the early stage of the project, the employer emphasized the high tone and profound cultural connotation of the project, which aroused our interest in the project.Later, in the discussion with the employer for many times, he proposed to build a demonstration sample of Changle top-class living community, which should not only consider the user experience in the community display stage, but also make the community landscape reach the standard of long-term livable ecological environment without demolition and modification.

围绕“繁华归来隐于园，乐府之上禅意居”的设计理念，以长乐状元文化内涵的“书香礼制”与新中式建筑的精髓，搭配现代国际时尚的生活方式，旨在引领新的中式贵族生活。实现人、建筑、环境的共生，展现东方“天人合一”的自然追求。

通过空间序列再现中国传统文化的礼序精髓，以“门、厅、堂、院”的重重大家礼序营造东方特有的禅雅意境，构建理想的府院生活，实现人文园景乐事的美好构想。

Around the design concept, "wash away the vanity, live a poetic life in the palace"。With the local love of learning and worship of etiquette and the essence of new Chinese style architecture, coupled with the international fashion of modern life style, it aims to lead the new Chinese aristocratic life.To realize the symbiosis of human, architecture and environment, and to show the natural pursuit of "harmony between man and nature" in the East.

赋予与再定义：

对于整个项目的定义，设计跳开传统思维，通过重新赋予项目基调颜色的方式来诠释项目优雅高贵的调性，让每个元素都赋予鲜活起来，高端奢雅中式也应当顺应年代有着不同演绎手法与表达方式。

Endow and redefine:

For the definition of the whole project, the design jumps away from the traditional thinking and interprets the elegant and noble tone of the project by giving the project different tone colors, so that every element is full of vitality. High-end luxury and elegant Chinese style should also adapt to The Times with different interpretation techniques and expressions.

状元府境，百年新生以长乐状元文化内涵的“书香礼制”与新中式建筑的精髓，展现东方“天人合一”的自然追求。

Zhuangyuan Mansion displays the natural pursuit of "harmony between man and nature" in the East with the local Changle love of learning and respect for etiquette and the essence of New China style architecture.

恭王府国，千年礼制空间序列再现中国传统文化的礼序精髓，以“门、厅、堂、院”的重重大家礼序营造东方特有的禅雅意境。

Gongwang Mansion, a thousand-year space of ritual system, reproduces the essence of ritual order of traditional Chinese culture, and creates a unique Oriental Zen artistic conception with the ritual symbols of "门、厅、堂、院".

空间格局：三段式的归家格局，一府书院，大气宛然，藏园其中。

松飘枝 4 米的日本的名贵黑松，青松一览，揽尽天下。

状元纹样以及铜狮，演绎稳重与优雅。The traditional pattern and the bronze lion reflect the sedateness and elegance.

画停留于此，仿佛穿越于状元府邸，或真或假，地雕、宫灯、书院在这千年传承的礼序中悄然演绎...

Staying here, you feel like returning to the Zhuangyuan Mansion in those days. Carvings, palace lanterns and academies are continued in this thousand-year ritual sequence...

地面浮雕 3.2M*13M, 邀请当地有名地雕专家以明代画家仇英之作《桃源仙境图》为背景精心凿刻。

The relief on the ground is 3.2m *13M, carefully carved by a famous local sculptor, inspired by the painting "Taoyuan Wonderland" by the Ming Dynasty painter Qiu Ying.

细节放大 detail

礼云瓦清池，碧水浮莲，飞檐印水，水院合一。Tiles and mutual set off, the water surface with a lotus flower, water and garden as a whole.
