In Design：老有所养——福建首个以“原居养老、全程照料”为核心的 CCRC 养老社区，将现代景观与自然景观元素相互糅合，与自然进行一场更深层次的对话，将园林空间还给居住者。另一方面温馨、舒适、安心更是一个社区需要带给住户的体验，在这喧嚣繁忙的城市中，留下一处交谈的空间，一片金色的湖畔，感受生活的惬意以及时间的静谧。

In Design：Caring for the elderly - the first CCRC community for the elderly in Fujian. Modern landscape and natural landscape elements are integrated. Return the garden space to the residents, so that they can have a deeper dialogue with nature. On the other hand, warmth, comfort and peace of mind are the experience that a community needs to bring to the residents. In this noisy and busy city, there is a space for conversation. With a golden lake, you can feel the comfort of life and the tranquility of time.

暖心归家——礼序入口

RITUAL ENTRANCE AREA

开门见山——礼序入口空间，迎面假山跌水，带来尊贵体验。入口以米黄色仿木纹大理石为基底，搭配水纹面玻璃砖和紫铜色铝板；木纹石材的使用给人带来一种温馨的归家感受；玻璃砖作为一种新颖、现代的材料，在沉稳中增添了一份活力。

开门见山——The entrance space, facing the rockery and waterscape, brings a noble experience. The entrance is based on beige imitation wood grain marble, matched with water grain surface glass brick and copper colored aluminum plate; the use of wood grain stone brings people a warm feeling of returning home; as a new and modern material, glass brick adds vitality in a calm atmosphere.

金色湖畔之约——层鳞叠翠

GOLDEN LAKE WITH WOODS

阳光照射，波光粼粼，自然跌水，湖面水景营造山湖一色景观。设计希望将日内瓦湖畔的绝美感受带入我们的养老社区，傍晚的夕阳照射在平静的湖面上，漫步在浮于湖面的石桥之上，尽情享受这宁静的闲暇时光，开敞而温暖。

Sunshine, waves, waterscape and lake create a harmonious landscape of mountain and lake.The designer hopes to bring the beautiful feeling of Lake Geneva into our community for the aged. The setting sun shines on the calm lake. People walk on the stone bridge on the lake and enjoy the quiet leisure time.

冥想品茗——静心庭

THE GALLERY FRAME

一壶好茶，一幅好景，一天的美好生活。从庭内望出去便是一幅开阔的山水画卷，流淌的潺潺水声，可以刺激老人的听觉感知;中式水景赏心悦目，静坐水岸边，呈现出山水栖居的诗情画意;惬意的午后约上三两好友，泡上一壶包含情谊的茶，享受着静静流淌的时光。

A pot of good tea, a good scenery, a good life of the day. From the courtyard, you can see an open landscape painting. The sound of flowing water can stimulate the old people's sense of hearing. Chinese style waterscape is enjoyable, sitting on the bank, showing the poetic and picturesque landscape. In a pleasant afternoon, people make a pot of tea and enjoy the quiet flowing time with their friends.

沐浴夕阳——聚友广场

MEETING SQUARE WITH SUNSHINE

一壶清茶陪伴的悠闲下午，顽皮的儿孙在一旁嬉闹，志趣相投的好友们坐在树荫下谈天说地；

感受暖洋洋的阳光照在身上，追忆着各自以往的精彩人生。

In a leisurely afternoon, the old man makes a pot of tea and talks with his friends in the shade of a tree, while the children play around;

Feel the warm sunshine on the body, recalling their wonderful life in the past.

晚饭后，散步至湖边的广场，伴随着音乐进行律动，老有所乐。

After dinner, take a walk to the square by the lake and dance with music. Enjoy a happy old age life.

修身养性——温泉SPA

HOT SPRING SPA

氤氲霞光——清风将忧虑吹散，汤泉将疲惫拂去，幽静的环境使心灵得到更深的沉淀。

设计为老人提供静坐观景的休闲空间，静坐于池边，伴随微风冥想放空，感受植物疗养身心的舒畅，享受静谧的时光。

氤氲霞光——The breeze blows away the worries, the Tangquan blows away the fatigue, and the quiet environment calms the mind.

The designer provides a leisure space for the elderly to sit quietly by the pool, meditate and relax with the breeze, feel the physical and mental comfort of plant recuperation, and enjoy the quiet time.

细节&材质

DETAIL AND TEXTURE

景观选用自然、柔和的材质，营造出休闲、放松的氛围。在保证行走的安全与舒适的情况下，充分考虑感官上的温润享受。

The landscape is made of natural and soft materials to create an atmosphere of leisure and relaxation. In the case of ensuring the safety and comfort of walking, sensory warmth is provided.

植物以安全性、特色性、功能性为主，引入四季香花植物，保证四时景观。

利用植物的静心配置，给人最舒适的视觉和嗅觉体验。

Plants are mainly characterized by safety, characteristics and functionality, and the introduction of four seasons fragrant plants ensures four time landscapes.

The most comfortable visual and olfactory experience is provided by the careful arrangement of plants.

后记：现场 & 施工

SITE AND CONSTRUCTION

设计师对场地内的 30M 高差进行实地考察，深入思考大面积的格构梁挡墙该如何进行景观上的软化处理。

The designer inspected the height difference of 30 meters in the site and deeply thought about how to soften the large area retaining wall on the landscape.
