杭州·亚奥万象天地

作为浙江省的首个万象天地，杭州亚奥万象天地在开业两日客流量即达到33万+人次，已经成为了不少人心目中杭州block街区的新范例。其中也正蕴含着从“目的性消费”向“体验式停留”的城市性变革。

As the first Mixc World in Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou Asian Games Mixc World attracted over 330,000 visits within just two days of its opening, establishing itself as a new benchmark for block-style districts in Hangzhou. This phenomenon reflects a broader urban shift from "purpose-driven consumption" to "experience-oriented stays."

项目背景

项目位于杭州亚运村，并曾作为第19届亚运会技术官员村接待各国宾客。亚奥万象天地的空间主体与景观骨架已于2023年完成施工建造，但未曾向公众开放（彼时景观设计方为PLAND博度），当时项目总体定位为一个具有国际范、精致感的街区。

The project is situated within the Hangzhou Asian Games Village and previously served as the Technical Officials' Village during the 19th Asian Games, hosting guests from various nations. The core spatial structure and landscape framework of the Asian Games Mixc World were completed in 2023. However, it remained closed to the public until after the Asian Games (the landscape design at that time was led by PLAND). The project was conceived as a district with an international vibe and a sense of sophistication.

2023年至2025年这两年时间过去了，时代情绪悄然发生了变化，随之而来的，是人们对城市生活提出系列新述求：渴望近在咫尺的自然，追寻松弛生活，养宠人士剧增，骑行文化盛行等等。

The two years from 2023 to 2025 have passed, and the collective mood of the era has subtly shifted. This has been followed by a series of new public demands for urban life: a desire for accessible nature, a pursuit of slow living, a sharp increase in pet ownership, and the surge in popularity of cycling culture, among others.

无独有偶，类似的城市生活演进在大洋彼岸的国度早已显露：若我们仔细审视素有现代景观殿堂之称的纽约曼哈顿，将不难发现，从口袋公园运动起始、到纽约《街道设计手册》出台，再有高线公园的空前成功，大致描绘出来一条清晰可见的路径。

Coincidentally, similar urban lifestyle evolutions had already emerged in countries across the ocean. If we carefully examine Manhattan in New York, often regarded as a hallowed ground of modern landscape architecture, a clearly discernible trajectory becomes apparent. It began with the pocket park movement, was followed by the introduction of New York City's Street Design Manual, and culminated in the unprecedented success of the High Line.

在这条路径上，自然之美愈发触手可及，松弛氛围在城市各个角落蔓延；多元性“挤进了”本身就不大的公共空间，街道生活拥挤起来，却万分迷人；回过头看，城市之中最为“奢侈”的，竟是近乎于荒野的绿色地景与草木枯荣。这一切是不是和当下的中国有些许相像？

Along this trajectory, natural beauty became increasingly within reach, and a relaxed atmosphere permeated every corner of the city. Diversity 'squeezed into' already limited public spaces; street life grew more crowded, yet became immensely captivating. In retrospect, the most 'luxurious' elements within the city turned out to be green landscapes that verged on the wild and the untamed cycles of plant growth and decay. Doesn't this sound somewhat familiar in China today?

面对一个主体既已完成建造的国际范、精致感街区，风物营造的景观提升设计工作从2025年全面开启。我们在保留主体铺装、水景、乔木及空间骨架的前提下，调用景观师的多种方法让其转向一个具备杭州性格的松弛街区，最终让杭州的自然回归、让街道的生活回归。

Facing an already constructed district with an international and sophisticated character, the landscape enhancement work led by Landtek officially commenced in 2025. Working within the constraints of preserving the main pavements, water features, trees, and spatial framework, we employed a variety of landscape architectural techniques to transform it into a relaxed district imbued with Hangzhou's unique character. The ultimate goal was to reintegrate Hangzhou's natural essence and restore vibrant street life.

让杭州的自然回归，让街道的生活回归  

LET HZ'S NATURE AND STREET LIFE RETURN

要让自然与街道生活回归，需要反秩序，继而引入多元性。KPF设计的建筑空间为亚奥万象天地组建了一个充满潜力与想象的空间骨架，只要在本轮改造提升之中强化沿街不规则分布的系列口袋空间，就有望打破“一眼望尽”的秩序，让松弛的漫游进驻到这条半公里长的街道。

To reintegrate nature and street life, a deliberate "disordering" is necessary to introduce diversity. The architectural framework designed by KFP for Asian Games Mixc World established a spatial skeleton full of potential and imagination. By strengthening the series of irregularly distributed pocket spaces along the street in this enhancement phase, we can break the "see-it-all-at-once" order, allowing relaxed wandering to take root along this half-kilometer-long street.

从“街道与广场”到“系列花园们 

FROM "STREET+PLAZA" TO "URBAN GARDENS"

在过去“国际范”的议题下，城市公共空间固然由街道与广场组建，这遵循着欧洲长达千年的城市传统。而本次景观改造提升工作中，风物营造所思考的是如何通过打破固有范式来获取新的设计机遇。在此，我们暂且把城市传统悬置起来，以城市花园的视角重新审视商业中公共空间的诸可能性：如果街上显现一系列性格不一的花园们，这次景观改造提升是不是会更有趣起来？

Under the previous paradigm of "internationalism," urban public space was predominantly conceived as a composition of streets and squares, adhering to a millennium-old European urban tradition. In this current landscape enhancement project, however, Landtek's focus is on identifying new design opportunities by breaking away from this established model. Here, we consciously suspend this urban tradition, re-examining the possibilities for public space within a commercial district through the lens of the "urban garden." What if the street were to reveal a series of distinct gardens, each with its own character? Wouldn't that make this landscape transformation far more intriguing?

浪涌花园 

SURGE GARDEN

浪涌花园位于商业街区的核心位置，近侧是清一色餐饮业态，远侧则为零售与轻餐。这个花园基于一个现场已完成且做工精良的线性水景展开。早在景观改造提升介入之前，这个水景就已具有如钱塘江潮般起落的有趣动态。

Located at the heart of the commercial district, the Surge Garden is flanked on one side by a continuous stretch of food and beverage outlets, with retail and casual dining establishments on the opposite side. This garden is developed around a pre-existing, impeccably crafted linear water feature. Even before our landscape enhancement began, this water feature already possessed a captivating dynamic, its ebb and flow reminiscent of the Qiantang River tidal bore.

在这轮二度创作中，我们将江潮水景重新构想为一条杭州的溪涧，两侧花草丛生，伴有形如残荷的灯具与形如山石的座椅。于是，一个原本开敞辽阔的中央广场由系列景观操作转化成了神秘浪漫的浪涌花园。

In this phase of reinterpretation, we re-envisioned this tidal water feature as a Hangzhou-style mountain stream, flanked by lush grasses and flowers, and accompanied by lighting fixtures shaped like withered lotus leaves and seating resembling weathered mountain rocks. Thus, through a series of deliberate landscape interventions, what was once an open and expansive central plaza has been transformed into the mysterious and romantic Surge Garden.

更新后的自然丛林掩映在原有的浪涌水景上，带回了那些关于溪水的生活记忆，如同在九溪烟树或在运河边，是松弛感与互动性的融合。

The updated landscape, where a natural jungle now veils the original surge water feature, evokes living memories of streams—much like those found at Nine Creeks Meandering Through a Misty Forest or along the canal. It represents a blend of relaxation and interactivity.

洞天花园 

GROTTO GARDEN

洞天花园位于连接商场负一层与商业街的下沉广场里，是不少市民从地下商业冒出头来的抵达门户。设计团队首次踏勘场地时适逢下雨，滴滴答答的雨声引发设计师的联想：如果从不见天日的负一层商业冒出头来，能遇见一个水雾氤氲的地下洞天，连空气都是湿润而清新的，那是何等神清气爽。由此，洞天花园的思路开始展开。

Located in a sunken plaza connecting the mall's basement level with the commercial street, the Grotto Garden serves as a portal of arrival for many citizens emerging from the underground retail area. When the design team first visited the site, it was raining. The pitter-patter of the rain sparked an imaginative question: what if, upon emerging from the sunless basement, one could encounter a subterranean haven veiled in mist and moisture, where even the air felt damp and fresh—a truly refreshing experience? This notion became the foundation for the Grotto Garden concept.

风物营造研究了杭州飞来峰的石壁形象，并以其为源泉创作花园。传统意向如果不能巧妙接入现代工业体系，将是缺乏生命力的。我们决然选用混凝土预制材料体系，以HPC架构一座新的“飞来峰”花园。

landtek studied the imagery of the stone cliffs of Hangzhou's Feilai Feng (Peak Flown From Afar) and used it as the inspiration for the garden. However, a traditional concept lacks vitality if it cannot be cleverly integrated into modern industrial systems. We decisively employed a precast concrete material system, using HPC to construct a new "Feilai Feng" garden.

萌宠花园 

PET GARDEN

萌宠花园毗邻浪涌花园，同样位于商业街区的核心。这里的业态独具特色，两侧分别是宠物用品商店、宠物拍照馆以及宠物咖啡馆。我们顺势而为，通过大幅破除铺装、扩大种植区域，并引入亨利·卢梭的画境，尝试让一个异域的、神秘的、差异感十足的花园成为这条街上宠物社交的落点。

Adjacent to the Surge Garden and similarly positioned at the heart of the commercial district, the Pet Garden is uniquely defined by its surrounding tenants: pet supply stores, pet photography studios, and pet cafés flank its sides. Embracing this context, we introduced significant interventions—removing large areas of hard paving, expanding planting zones, and infusing the scene with the pictorial language of Henri Rousseau. The result is an exotic, mysterious, and distinctly different garden, designed to become a natural social hub for pets and their owners along this vibrant street.

花园街道 

"GARDEN" STREET

我们认为街道与马路不同，我们将其视为生活日常之场所，它应该具有休憩、停留、社交等等激发公众社会行为的可能性。出于对这样场所的珍视，我们在街道上进一步强化了花园的质感与属性，让城市生活有更多机会在这个线性的空间上发生。

We believe a street differs fundamentally from a road; we regard it as a place for daily life. It should foster possibilities for rest, lingering, social interaction, and other public activities. Driven by this appreciation for such spaces, we have further intensified the garden-like texture and character along the street, creating more opportunities for urban life to unfold within this linear realm.

骑行&步行友好 

BIKE&PEDSTRAIN FRIENDLY

与大多数步行商街不同，亚奥万象天地跨越了几个街区，也就意味着它需要应对城市街道界面的连接性问题。在各个路口，步行者与骑行者、汽车都会产生交汇。因此我们特意设计了设施+道牙+彩绘的组合性街道系统，减缓车速、提升步行和骑行体验，让每个路口焕发活力。

Unlike most pedestrian commercial streets, the Asian Games Mixc World spans multiple city blocks, which necessitated addressing its connectivity with the urban street network. At various intersections, pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles inevitably converge. In response, we deliberately designed an integrated street system combining built facilities, customized curb extensions, and street paintings. This approach helps calm traffic, enhances the experience for pedestrians and cyclists, and injects vitality into every intersection.

城市家具 

URBAN FURNITURE

提供充足的可坐空间是让街道生活回归的重要基础。我们以水墨荷塘的意境为灵感，把东方传统笔法转化成街道上的城市家具，水墨的点与线在空间中弯折、散落，成为了公众休憩、社交行为的发生器。

Providing ample, inviting seating is a fundamental prerequisite for bringing street life back to the urban core. Drawing inspiration from the artistic conception of an ink-wash lotus pond, we translated traditional Eastern brushstroke techniques into urban furniture. The dots and lines of the ink-splash motif now bend and scatter across the space, becoming a social catalyst for public rest and interaction.

花钵 

PLANTING PODS

如南宋杯盏器型的花钵，大大小小地贯穿了整条街。花钵的引入让街道更加挤了，而我们认为这种“挤”恰到好处，它们挤出了街道的喧嚣与烟火，挤近了人与人之间的距离，同时凭借花钵上的种植让亚奥万象天地愈发绿意葱茏。

Planting pots inspired by the forms of Southern Song Dynasty wine cups are distributed throughout the street in various sizes. Their introduction has made the street feel more crowded, yet we believe this kind of "crowding" is precisely right. They compress the space to amplify its bustle and vibrancy, drawing people closer together. Simultaneously, the plants they hold contribute to the increasingly lush greenery of the Asian Games Mixc World.
