当90后的年轻人逐渐成为居住产品主力客群的时代,年轻化的本质在时代下,会如何去定义新的生活方式及对居住环境有何新的诠释?我们以时下新兴的社交模式探索与追寻,期望让新生代能够走出户外,构筑彼此的社交圈,创建年轻人群心中理想的社区。When the young people born in the 1990s gradually become the main customers of residential products, how will they define a new way of life and a new interpretation of the living environment? 01项目背景
项目坐落于杭州市拱墅区,紧邻美丽的江南运河,依托约建面约43万方城市地标综合体整体规划,项目可享建面约7万方的开放式商业街区及建面约2万方的“城市绿洲”。在前期开放的商业街区,我们以「多元的生活造就有趣的灵魂,而灵魂创造了有趣的生活故事。」链接场地精神,打造属于新生一代的新时代景观,这里也成为了各种有趣事件的发生地和新颖生活方式的聚集地,为理想人居环境开启了崭新的序幕。
The project is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, close to the beautiful Jiangnan Canal. Relying on the overall planning of an urban landmark complex with a construction area of about 430,000 square meters, the project can enjoy an open commercial block with a construction area of about 70,000 square meters and a construction area of about 20,000 square meters.

「创造与新生」,这两个词汇可以说是贯穿了整个项目的精随。整体项目为部分改造项目,在设计初探阶段,原先的场地原貌对于高楼层的視覺效果较为单一,也难激起住户的场地认同归属感。设置于中心的人防出入口对于视觉影响较大,场地的功能性也无法贴合新一代人群的户外景观功能需求。

规划结构上最重要的事情为拉通了城市介面与连动西侧商业,形成住宅、商业及城市绿洲的完整生活圈。对于城市角度,这是一座无限绿意的中央公园,而对于居住人群,这是能够真正拥有的生活之源。全区布局以一带、一环、三轴布局串连多功能节点。北侧商业活力带很好的向城市接口展示欢迎的形象,园区环路提供了全区核心功能区有效的连动,而三大轴线串连了南北及东西向的快速通行。
The most important thing in the planning structure is to draw up the urban interface and link the commerce on the west side to form a complete living circle of residential, commercial and urban oasis. From an urban point of view, this is a central park with infinite greenery, and for residents, it is the source of life that can truly be owned.
南北轴线以主园路和景观桥连动,运用植物走廊在园区内部形成景观空间节点。流线安排很好的回应了新一代对于快慢节奏掌控的追求。

设计初探阶段确立布局与轴线后,设计研发团队严格进行场地调研,解析现有的建筑配置与管网,综合考虑既有条件及可能性,研究新生代的功能需求,发觉时下文化与潮流,在空间应用及色彩美学进行一系列探索。
After the layout and axis are established in the preliminary design stage, the design and development team strictly conducts site research, analyzes the existing building configuration and pipeline network, comprehensively considers the existing conditions and possibilities, studies the functional needs of the new generation, and discovers the current culture and trends. 全区涵盖了各样功能空间,包含社交艺术广场、极限运动体验、户外健身、篮球场、儿童游戏空间等。三大轴线也配置了不同主题的景观树种,起到标志性的自然引导及季相话题的創造,而中央景观桥承担了趣味的流线安排,并激活了横向及束向空间。贴合了社交、自然、艺术、运动、爱好的有机生活模式。

健身区域订制的器械,融入时下青年热爱的时尚运动项目,包含翻轮胎、甩战绳等功能,地面铺装也结合健身需求考虑与设计,即便徒手也能进行自主训练,广泛的包容所有热爱运动的人群。
