The terrain of the project is high in the south and low in the north, so it responds to the topographic altitude difference and adapts to local conditions to create a low-density and high-quality residence with interactivity, precedence and ecological coexistence.

项目以两轴、一环、三庭、六节点为园区景观结构，将儿童、康体、运动、聚会四大体系逐一展现，采用“东方美学” 建筑风格，提取建筑硬朗轮廓线条、建筑外墙的简单配色以及建筑大玻璃大落地窗的形式，结合景观打造门头和铺装体系，整体统一，呈现出华美的空间景观，保持高雅、简洁、精美的风格，将创新性和传统性完美融合，创造极致生活美学。

The project adopts two axes, one ring, three courts and six nodes as the landscape structure of the park, showing the four systems of children, recreation, sports, and gathering one by one. It features the architectural style of "Oriental Aesthetics", extracting the hard contour lines of the building, the simple color scheme of the building facade and the form of large glass and floor-to-ceiling windows of the building. Combined with the landscape to create the doorway and pavement system for the overall unity, the project presents a gorgeous spatial landscape, maintaining an elegant, simple and exquisite style, perfectly integrating innovation and tradition to create the ultimate aesthetics of life.

入口处，一方墨谭，水光潋滟，错落的台阶，层层的叠水，潺潺流动，镜面水景与绿植相互辉映，形成宁静雅致的迎宾空间。孤植蓝花楹显现主入口端庄大气，入门后列植的大香樟、尽头的樱花林，将借景、对景体现得淋漓尽致！沿阶而上，步入开阔明亮的中庭，规整的灌木、乡土树种黄葛树点缀的疏林草坪。阳光、树影铺满整个庭院，廊道回转，路径深深。

At the entrance, a dark pond shimmering with staggered steps and layers of stacked water, gurgling flow, mirror waterscape and greenery reflecting each other, all these form a quiet and elegant space to welcome guests. The solitary jacaranda shows the dignified atmosphere of the main entrance, and the large camphorwood planted beyond the entrance and the cherry blossom forest at the end reflect the concept of referencing scenery and embedding scenery to the fullest! Up along steps to the open and bright atrium, the sparse lawn is decorated with regular shrubs and native species of Ficus virens. Sunlight and tree shadows cover the whole courtyard, and the corridor turns around to the depth of the path.

项目中镜面水景是由以正向阶梯和反向阶梯交替组成，所有钢筋混凝土结构均一次成型，并采用止水钢板止水，保证镜面水效果。地坪采用水磨石工艺，选择业界知名水磨石班组进行施工，保证整个成品线条感及平整度。项目中铺装量较大，施工中我司采取全区深化排版，并做好样板带路，严格管控，做到工完场清。

The mirror waterscape in the project is composed of alternating forward and reverse steps. All reinforced concrete structures are formed at one time, and water stopping steel plates are used to stop water to ensure the mirror water effect. The flooring is made through terrazzo process, and the well-known terrazzo team is engaged to carry out the construction to ensure the straightness and flatness of the whole finished product. The workload of paving in the project is large, and our company adopts deepening layout in the whole area during the construction with good sample in advance and strict control, so that the field is clear after work is finished.
