Located in Wuhou District, Chengdu, with health and various landscape hierarchies as the main design characteristics, the demonstration area of Future Chapter combines architectural details and the extracted classic features of Italian-style architecture, highlighting the textured copper color and gold-plated metal materials, to create a light luxury residence with artistic and modern ambiance. The demonstration area takes the form of migratory tour as the on-site visiting route, ensuring openness and brightness while avoiding overly transparent view.

入口处以月牙形喷泉拉开序幕，丛生朴树疏密有致，香柚和金桂穿插点缀，流水潺潺，更显闹市寻幽之不易；双曲面景墙组成一条蜿蜒峡谷，掩映于林荫之中，洄游式道路，延伸向前；走出疏林，大面积下沉式草坪豁然开朗，给生活赋予了无限的想象空间；沿崖壁继续前行，在冠大荫浓的朴树下小憩片刻，观自然之趣的花境；继续向前，行至景墙，以意大利建筑为设计元素的门廊，分隔出内外两个空间，后庭水景以简洁大方的形式呈现在大家的眼中，超大水景，整型灌木，意趣花境，无一不展示着场地的精致与轻奢的品质感。

The entrance starts with a crescent-shaped fountain, where the hackberry trees are planted orderly, interspersed with grapefruit and osmanthus fragrans. The running water makes it the rare seclusion in the downtown. The hyperbolic scenic wall forms a winding canyon, hidden in the shade of the forest, and the migratory path extends forward. Out of the sparse forest, the large sunken lawn opens up, inciting unlimited imagination for life. Along the cliff wall, you can take a short break under the large shade of hackberry trees, and watch the flower bed with natural interest. Forward to the scenic wall, the porch with Italian architecture as the design element separates the two spaces inside and outside. The waterscape in the backyard is presented in a simple and elegant form. The large waterscape, the style shrubs, and the flower bed with natural interest all show the exquisite and light luxurious quality of the site.

峡谷景墙作为项目的亮点部分，由若干块200*50的小料石逐一拼贴饰面，保证了景墙的顺直流畅和观感效果。中庭下沉草阶面积较大，草坪的工艺及质量影响整个项目的效果，需做到大面积草坪不积水，控制大面积草坪的平整度，保证草坪呈现时的效果。

As the highlight part of the project, the canyon landscape wall is decorated with multiple 200*50 small stones one by one to ensure the smoothness of the landscape wall and the visual effect. The atrium sunken grass steps have a large area, and the process and quality of the lawn affect the effect of the whole project. To make the large area lawn not to accumulate water, the project team has controlled the flatness of the large area lawn to ensure the effect of the lawn when it is presented.
