Project overview
松兰山滨海旅游度假区位于浙江省宁波市象山县,地处象山东侧,紧邻东海,总面积约31.22平方公里。度假区内山海交融,岬湾众多,沙滩连绵,景色宜人,是国家4A级旅游区、也是2023年第19届杭州亚运会帆船帆板比赛地。
The Songlan Mountain Coastal Tourist Resort is located in Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is situated on the eastern side of Xiangshan and is adjacent to the East China Sea, covering a total area of approximately 31.22 square kilometers. The resort boasts a harmonious blend of mountains and seas, numerous capes and bays, continuous sandy beaches, and pleasant scenery. It is designated as a national 4A-level tourist area and will also serve as the venue for the sailing and windsurfing events of the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games in 2023.

随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,度假区面临旅游市场日益增长的高品质需求,同时作为亚运赛事的比赛场地,更是为度假区提供了宝贵的发展机遇。因此,度假区的环境提升与改造势在必行。
With the thriving development of the tourism industry, the tourist resort is facing an ever-increasing demand for high-quality experiences from the tourism market. Additionally, being selected as the venue for the Asian Games events has provided valuable development opportunities for the resort. Therefore, it is imperative to enhance and renovate the resort's environment to meet these demands.

二 目标与挑战
Objectives and Challenges
本次设计旨在为高品质度假体验、保护生态环境、拉动经济增长和体育赛事交流等多方面提供全方面支撑,力求为东部沿海打造一张全新、精致的景区名片。
This project aims to provide comprehensive support for various aspects, including high-quality vacation experiences, environmental conservation, economic growth, and sports event exchanges. The goal is to create a brand new and exquisite tourist destination on the eastern coast, serving as a prominent showcase for the region.

由于场地位于东部沿海地区,每年受到台风和强降雨的冲击,场地内地表汇水量较大。现状两处水塘块石高筑,雨季汇排不畅,无法高效消纳雨洪;平时静水一潭,流动性差,水质不佳,富营养化严重。因此,如何因势利导,合理组织水系统是本次设计面临的重要挑战之一。
Due to the site's location in the eastern coastal region, it experiences the impact of typhoons and heavy rainfall every year, resulting in a significant amount of surface water runoff. The current situation presents two stone-blocked ponds that struggle to efficiently manage stormwater during the rainy season, leading to poor drainage. Furthermore, during non-rainy periods, the stagnant water in these ponds has low flow, poor water quality, and severe eutrophication. Therefore, one of the crucial challenges in this design is how to take advantage of the situation and effectively organize the water systems.
其次,由于常年受地下海水和海风因素的不利影响,场地内植被长势不佳,生态系统脆弱。同时,道路、廊亭、停车场和服务建筑等配套设施陈旧,功能不足,无法满足度假区发展需求。因而如何重塑可持续、高品质的空间环境是本次设计面临的另一项挑战。
Furthermore, due to the adverse effects of underground seawater and sea breeze throughout the year, the vegetation within the site has poor growth, and the ecosystem is fragile. Additionally, the supporting facilities such as roads, pavilions, parking lots, and service buildings are outdated and insufficient to meet the development needs of the tourist resort. Therefore, another challenge in this design is how to reshape a sustainable and high-quality spatial environment.

三 设计策略
Design Strategy
1. 营造韧性的水生态系统
Creating a Resilient Aquatic Ecosystem
设计将现状零散分布的水塘有机串联并加以生态化改造,结合微循环和水体自我净化等海绵城市技术,新规划的水系统为场地提供了若干个吸纳雨水和补充地下水的海绵体,雨水通过生态沟引入下凹的草甸湿地,经过沉淀、过滤和净化最后汇入大海。
The design involves the organic connection and ecological transformation of the scattered existing ponds. It integrates sponge city technologies such as micro-circulation and self-purification of water bodies. The newly planned water system provides several sponge-like structures to absorb rainwater and recharge groundwater. Rainwater is directed into depressed grassland wetlands through ecological ditches, where it undergoes sedimentation, filtration, and purification before eventually flowing into the sea.

在带状绿谷中,雨水过程作为重要的考量要素影响场地空间布局,两侧山体的地表水被截水渠消能收集,通过地下水管穿过道路并汇入绿地中的生态沟;绿地由若干个微地形有组织排水,通过园路两侧的碎石带下渗或溢流进生态沟。卵石铺色的生态沟有效减缓水体流速,在持续下渗和过滤后汇入下游的雨水滞留湖。
Within the strip of green valleys, rainwater management plays a crucial role in influencing the site's spatial layout. Surface water from the mountains on both sides is intercepted by energy-dissipating channels, and it is collected. It is then channeled through underground pipes that pass beneath the roads and converge into ecological ditches within the green area.The green area incorporates organized drainage through various micro-terrain features, allowing water to infiltrate or overflow into the ecological ditches located on both sides of the garden path. The gravel-lined ecological ditches effectively reduce the water flow velocity. After continuous infiltration and filtration, the water eventually flows into downstream ecological detention pond.

现状水体被2.5米高的垂直块石挡墙环绕,完整的水陆生态系统被隔绝且存在较大安全隐患。设计通过去硬还生恢复了生机勃勃的缓坡驳岸,并补植了包括再力花,鸢尾等可净化水体的水生植物,并通过动力提升形成场地内水系微循环,改造后的滨水空间成为游客喜爱的场所。
The existing pond is surrounded by a 2.5-meter-high vertical stone retaining wall, which isolates the intact aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems and poses significant safety risks. The design focuses on revitalizing the pond by removing the rigid structure and restoring a lively, gently sloping revetment. Additionally, aquatic plants such as water lilies and irises, which have the capacity to purify the water, have been replanted.

设计根据不同环境承载力和功能需求确定不同植物种植方式,通过客土种植、土壤改良种植和原土种植三种方式使效果和投资达到较好平衡。重要节点采用客土换填种植确保植物效果并提供遮荫;大面积绿化以较低成本的土壤改良和选择耐盐碱品种确保植物生长;边缘区域以低成本低维护的原土种植和强耐盐碱的植物选择实现适应性的景观策略。
The design determines different plant planting methods based on different environmental carrying capacity and functional requirements, and achieves a good balance between effectiveness and investment through three methods: guest soil planting, soil improvement planting, andnative soil planting. Important nodes are planted with soil replacement to ensure plant effectiveness and provide shade; Large area greening ensures plant growth through low-cost soil improvement and selection of salt and alkali tolerant varieties; The edge area adopts a landscape strategy of low-cost and low-maintenance native soil planting and strong salt alkali tolerant plant selection to achieve adaptability.

2. 功能提升,打造全天候活力度假区
Enhancing Functionality to Create a Year-Round Vibrant Resort
场地内策划了丰富的游乐体验内容,其中包括婚庆主题区,滨海拓展区,汽车营地区,商业街区四个分区。功能设置上考虑了不同时间季节和人群的差异化需求,有适合户外活动的汽车营地、露营草坪、烧烤区、婚庆活动区;也有满足室内游乐购物的商业街区(待建)、综合游客服务中心等。
The resort has been planned with a rich range of amusement experience content, including four main zones: the wedding-themed area, coastal expansion area, car camp area, and commercial street area. The functional design takes into consideration the varied needs of different seasons and demographics. It includes outdoor facilities such as car camping, camping lawns, barbecue areas, and wedding event areas suitable for outdoor activities. There are also indoor entertainment and shopping options in the commercial street area (under construction) and a comprehensive visitor service center to cater to various needs.

结 语
Conclusion
设计基于自然的解决方案(Nbs)理念,通过构建具有韧性的生态系统,降低了台风地区的雨洪风险和气候变化的影响,生态环境的修复不仅有助于场地可持续发展,并显著提高了度假区的景观价值和综合吸引力。
The design is based on the concept of Nature-Based Solutions (NbS), which involves constructing a resilient ecosystem to reduce the risk of flooding and the impact of climate change in typhoon-prone areas. The ecological restoration not only contributes to the sustainable development of the site but also significantly enhances the landscape value and overall attractiveness of the resort.
通过本项目的实践,达到了将生态保护、可持续发展和旅游体验多重需求相结合的设计目标,为滨海地区生态修复和度假区环境打造提供了经验。
Through the implementation of this project, it has successfully achieved the design goal of integrating ecological preservation, sustainable development, and tourism experience, providing valuable experience for ecological restoration in coastal areas and the enhancement of resort environments.
