作为康桥集团经典的产品系项目示范区，在疫情的大背景下，前期设计在更多的不确定因素中进行，时间的限制，高效的节奏，设计和创意都有更多的期望，受前端一些思路影响，设计切入更需对场地认知，对产品定性，及整体到局部示范区方案的把握。相对于大区景观，示范区景观做了更妥当的考虑，直接列入大区景观区域前置打造，不仅作为大区景观的实体部分（后期拆改很少），更满足项目营销的使用，产生项目提前入市的价值。

As the classic product demonstration area of Kangqiao group, in the context of epidemic situation, the preliminary design is carried out in more uncertain factors, time constraints, efficient rhythm, design and creativity all have more expectations. Affected by some ideas of the front end, the design entry needs more cognition of the site, qualitative analysis of the product, and grasp of the overall to local demonstration area scheme. Compared with the regional landscape, the landscape of the demonstration area is considered more appropriately and directly included in the regional landscape area. It is not only the physical part of the regional landscape (few demolition and reconstruction in the later stage), but also meets the use of project marketing, and produces the value of the project entering the market in advance.

整体景观设计从项目的定位和案名出发，相承古人“山水间”的人文情境，融古通今，以山水画境为本源，提炼“山水间”景观元素，将自由、朴实、静谧、空灵、平和的自然之景融入城市之境，诠释诗意的现代生活。

朝夕与山语，俯仰弥三载

东侧“山影”为题的空间是社区的主入口所在，山形水景呼应建筑设置，迎面而起，彰显无形之势，溢水波纹伴着山形图案的水景潺潺而下，阳光下波光粼粼，水景两侧的银杏成阵列排布，为归家氛围营造了一份仪式感与归属感。跨一座虹桥进入入口大堂，礼仪归家，让每一个归家的人告别一天的纷扰，回归宁静。

施工回顾，匠心营造

1、硬景控制：项目首开示范区施工正值疫情期间，虽然全线停工，但项目现场之外，设计推敲和施工组织探讨并没有停下来，跌水景墙、廊架及水系的实地尺寸与原设计图纸有误差，重新调整设计排版，结合施工工艺推敲对比材料的质感与切割尺度，重新与现场吻合，调整节点与安装细节，各专业紧密配合给现场的施工安装带来了高效，为疫情下紧张节奏的施工质量提供了保证，现场施工在质量和效果控制范围之中，现场设计还原度高达90%以上。

2、三棵树：这三棵树是后场核心空间的特选榔榆，特选紫薇和造型对节白蜡；“一树一菩提”，自然亲和的空间需要极具生命力与蕴味的特选树木，为寻找这三棵别具一格的植物，寻迹跨省近千公里，树种优选，树形挑选，可谓百里挑一。
