在历史的长河中溯源，书院，乃华夏文明的精神灯塔。其承载着先儒的智慧、墨客的才情，于岁月的沉淀里凝聚成独特的美学风范。那粉墙黛瓦、庭院深深，是千年文化的具象；那曲径通幽、花木扶疏，是诗意生活的注脚。

这里，不仅是居住的空间，更是心灵的栖息地，它以书院美学为魂，将古典的雅致与现代的舒适巧妙融合，每一砖一瓦，每一草一木，都诉说着对知识的尊重与对自然的向往。

悦庐·棠墅位于天津津南区“教育第七区”海河教育园，周边洋溢着浓厚的书香底蕴。设计深入结合地区文化及环境特点，延续书院美学基底，将传统书院结构布局引入社区，打造具有东方美学气质的高端豪宅新标杆。

Tracing its origin in the long river of history, the Academy is the spiritual beacon of Chinese civilization. It carries the wisdom of the Confucians and the talent of the writers, and condenses into a unique aesthetic style with the precipitation of time. The white walls and the deep courtyard are the embodiment of the millennium culture; The winding path through you, flowers and trees, is the footnote of poetic life.

Here is not only a living space, but also a habitat for the soul, it takes the academy aesthetics as the soul, the classical elegance and modern comfort skillfully integrated, every brick and tile, every grass and wood, tell the respect for knowledge and yearning for nature.

Yuelu · Tang Villa is located in Haihe Education Park, "Education Zone 7", Jinnan District, Tianjin, with a strong literary heritage around it. The design deeply combines the regional culture and environmental characteristics, continues the aesthetic base of the academy, introduces the traditional academy structure layout into the community, and creates a new benchmark of high-end luxury houses with eastern aesthetic temperament.

01 著 门礼

门启东方礼序之章，

纳古韵风华·展世家尊荣

Door Qidong chapter of the order,

the ancient charm of the exhibition family honor

入口超长展面如岁月的诗行，

砖石铺就的道路，

每一块都承载着往昔的记忆，

以质朴而坚实的质地，

铺就出通往东方礼序深处的通途。

02 赋 廊序

品悟东方温润之韵，

赏松石为友，观水镜映天

Appreciate the warm charm of the east,

Enjoy the pine stone as a friend, watch the water mirror reflects the sky

水镜若大地灵眸，

映天映绿，幽谧无垠。

造型松立其上，枝干作笔绘苍穹，

松针如羽弄清风。

依对称布局而设，

尽显东方美学的平衡与和谐。

The shape stands loose on it, the branches paint the sky,

Pine needles know the wind like feathers.

Based on a symmetrical layout,

It shows the balance and harmony of Oriental aesthetics.

松刚石柔，动静相谐，默语千秋韵。

悟山水意，感东方情，心栖盛景，醉赏诗意园林。

Pine rigid stone soft, static and harmonic, Mo language Qiuyun.

03 曳 园影

畅享自由惬意之境，

行法桐大道，遇斑驳光影。

Enjoy the freedom and comfort,

Line Fa Tong avenue, met mottled light and shadow.

法桐大道如诗画长卷铺展眼前，

花境座椅恰落英锦簇之处，坐于其上，

桐叶蔽空，光影摇曳。

Fadong Avenue, like a long scroll of poetry and painting,

Where the flower seat falls, sit on it,

The tung leaves are shaded and the light and shadow sway.

入竹林幽径，翠竹映天光。

馥郁幽芳沁心脾，闲听风拂桐叶声，

尘世烦忧皆远去，独留雅趣满心间。

Into the bamboo forest, the green bamboo reflects the sky.

04 奏 庭境

轻拾幽谧宁静之趣，

游闲庭别苑，听流水细语。

于庭院深处，狭廊幽径曲折通幽，

侧壁流水小景，清泉潺潺，

如珠落玉盘，奏响自然的乐章。

石壁之上，题诗镌刻，

于一笔一划间感悟文化的传承与心灵的触动。

景致应和，静谧空间诗意浓。
