消费升级、居住升级的新时代，人们对于房子的理解也不再局限于建筑本身，而是衍生出更多、更高层次的需求——承载了更多关于家的梦想，更多对于美好生活的追求。

未来公元择址郑州市管城区南部位置，紫荆山路旁，占地逾千亩。临近多个省道和国道，紧邻城市快速路京广南路和南四环，北临郑西客运铁路线交通便利。北邻南水北调滨江公园,东接十八里河，自然景观条件较好，提升片区住宅吸引力，周边公园绿地资源丰富。

The FUTURE CITY site is located in the southern part of Guancheng District of Zhengzhou City, beside Zijing Mountain Road, covering an area of more than one thousand mu. It is close to many provincial highways and national highways, close to the city expressway Jingguang South Road and South Fourth Ring Road, and the Zhengxi passenger railway line in the north has convenient transportation. Adjacent to the Binjiang Park of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in the north, and adjacent to the Shishili River in the east, the natural landscape condition is good, which enhances the residential attraction of the area, and the surrounding park is rich in green land resources.

在精致的线条与大气的铺装中，始见门宇：端雅气韵、素净基底、新鲜空间。时光留给我们的是沉思，景观带给我们的是愉悦。从开始，我就预见梦的发生。

驻足抬头仰望，庄重气派的建筑大门矗立眼前，散发着尊贵的气质，两侧露出几枝绿芽随风摆动，伴随着潺潺流水声，好似在欢迎每位宾客的到来，一切都是那么的令人心情愉悦。忍不住想进入探究其脱离尘俗的奥秘。

踏步进入大门，首先映入眼帘的是对景景墙，精心雕琢的翡翠绿的碧玻被镶嵌在自然的原石之中，在景墙围合的集中空间里感受水流声穿透时间的禁锢，自然与现代的激情碰撞仿佛是过去与未来的跨越对话，让置身此地的人可以掸去浮沉，忘却喧嚣。

The full age activity area is designed with a Marine theme, a Marine adventure on land.
