移动树箱启示录

“园林消防登高场地用植草格，

还是铺假草处理？

小区内的登高面只能做运动场地？”

这一课题引起我们的思考……

"In the Garden Fire Climbing Site, should the grass planting grid,

or the fake grass be used?

The climbing surface in the residence can only be used as a sports venue? "

This subject triggered our thinking……

如何在保障社区安全的前提下

又能提升业主的社区体验感？

Under the premise of ensuring community safety

how to improve the owner’s sense of community experience?

我们想尝试做一款可移动树箱来解决这个问题 ，

经过考察发现，

树箱大多数的情况下都是笨重，

即使下面垫有枕木，带了轮子，

但都难以移动……

We tried to make a movable tree box to solve this problem,

After investigation,

we find that many tree boxes are bulky in most cases,

Even if there are sleepers and wheels,

It is difficult to move.

为了能够推动，

我们想过在固定的轨道上放置，

做有轨道式的花箱可推动，

但随着轨道时间长期的摩擦易导致轨道生锈，

而且卡入灰尘后会难以推动。

所以这一方案在早期团队内部已被否定。

In order to move it,

we once thought about placing it on a fixed track,

making a track-type box that can be pushed,

But the long-term friction of the track will easily cause the rust of track.

and it will be difficult to push after getting stuck by dust.

Therefore, this plan has been rejected early.

那么，怎样才能做一款

轻盈、灵活、可移动的树箱呢？

How can we make a

light, flexible and removable tress box?

首先，我们还是从“能推动”这一点开始研究，

开始研究各式各样的轮子，

一一对比它们各方面的性能，

Firstly, we began our research from the point of “push-able”,

began to research various wheels,

一一and compare their performance one by one,

经过对比市面上的各种轮子，

我们尝试选用水平调节轮，

做个简易框架先进行推动研究。

After comparing various wheels on the market,

We try to use the level adjustment wheel,

And make a simple framework to undertake the pushing research first.

轮子需要做个简单的测试

The wheel needs a simple test

用水泥墩模拟花箱的重量，

1个水泥墩≈1.3t，

3个即将近4t，

用叉车把水泥墩放在简易框架上。

Use cement piers to simulate the weight of flower boxes,

1 cement pier ≈ 1.3t,

3 pieces are about 4t,

Use a forklift to place the concrete pier on the simple frame.

当4位工人可同时推动时，

我们的心情是欣喜的，

但很快就发现，

水平调节轮在不平整的地面却无法动弹。

When 4 workers could push it at the same time,

We were happy,

But soon it was discovered that

the level adjustment wheel couldn’t move on uneven ground.

有了水平调节轮失败的经验，

我们在“能推动”上有了很大的信心。

With the the failure experience of the level adjustment wheel,

We have a lot of confidence in "push-able"

一个偶然的机会，

我们发现一个重物移动“搬家神器”，

室内用的ABS滑轮，省时省力，

不仅承重强，转向还灵活。

Coincidentally,

We found a "moving artifact" for heavy objects,

that is, the indoor ABS pulley which can save time and money,

with strong load-bearing and flexible steering.

尝试更换轮子重新测试

经过与工厂多次沟通，

我们找到户外能用的搬运小坦克，

似乎能解决我们目前的难题。

After communication with the factory,

we found small carrying tanks that can be used outdoors,

It seems to be able to solve our current problems.

于是我们重新测试，

用搬运小坦克搭配牵引杆，

实验后发现，

工厂的一位工人便能轻松拉动2t多的重物。

So we retested,

Using a small carrying tank with a tow bar,

After the experiment,

We found that a worker in the factory can easily pullheavy objects of more than 2 tons.

有了前期的推动测试，

我们考虑将树箱在项目上落地实验。

时代大家是我们今年的重点项目，

我们尝试将项目上统一的材料：

乱纹仿古铜不锈钢结合大漠流金仿石砖，

用装配式的手法快速生产拼接。

With the early pushing test,

We consider experimenting with the tree box on the project.

Time Master is our key project this year,

We try to unify the materials on the project:

antique copper stainless steel with random pattern combined with desert gold ashlar bricks,

and quickly product and splice them by using the assembly method.

推敲树箱的细节

Consider the details of the tree box

经过样板对比和细节推敲

在坡度小于2%，不平整的路面上不仅可以推动，

而且我们增加牵引杆还可以改变推动方向，

在工厂测试时发现，

成功拉动后没有负重感。

After model comparison and detailed consideration,

Not only can it be pushed on uneven roads with slopes less than 2%,

but we can change the pushing direction by adding a tow bar,

It was found that in the factory test,

There is no sense of weight after successfully pulling.

它是一款女生都可以推动的树箱

It is a tree box that girls can push

树箱进场前准备工作

Preparation work before the tree box entering the field

在移动树箱进场前，

我们在项目上用灯箱布模拟所在位置，

统计好所需的数量，

确定生产的工期，

提前在树箱底部铺设土工布，倒上陶粒。

进场前做好成品的保护。

Before moving the tree box into the field,

We used light box cloth to simulate the location on the project,

counted the required quantity,

determined the production duration,

Lay geotextile and ceramsite on the bottom of the tree box in advance,

and protected the finished product before entering the field.

移动树箱首次落地时代大家

the mobile tree box first landed in Time Master

徜徉在时代社区的园林中，

移动树箱灵活轻巧，快速移动，

满足社区消防的安全性，

改善社区登高面空旷的问题，

让更多人在社区生活中发现景观空间有无限可能。
