Terrafertil位于基多的金融中心。它位于厄瓜多尔首批获得LEED认证的办公楼之一。客户希望创造一个独特的空间，不仅能够容纳创新品牌的功能，并成为美丽而大胆设计的标志。客户对室内设计和装饰的兴趣和合作是该项目取得全面成功的关键。

Terrafertil is located in Quito’s financial center. It is located in one of the first LEED accredited officebuildings in Ecuador. The brief from the company was to create a unique spacethat not onlyperformed the function of housing the innovative brand but should also serve as an icon of beautifuland bold design.The clients interest and collaboration in both interior design and decoration fromthe beginning was key for the project'soverall success.

Terrafertil项目是一座单层办公室，面积约为350平方米。该空间是客户购买的3个标准办公室的组合，旨在将其设计为一个动态空间，以用于其品牌。

The project Terrafertil is a single-floor office with an approximate area of 350 m².The space was acombination of 3 standard offices purchased by the client to be designed into one dynamic space fortheir brand.

建筑设计结合了一系列开放式和封闭式建筑元素。并为这个空间创造了悬垂木三角形立面系统，以模仿自然的生长和活力。这种正式的练习在私人会议室和入口大厅中使用。木型被用作组织，分配和定义空间顺序的主要结构。使用663个带有钢框架结构的定制CNC木板，是实现旨在分隔不同内部空间的雕塑形式的关键。使用可再生木饰面因其丰富多样的特性而被选为主要材料。

The architectural design combines a series of both open and closed architectural elements. For theclosed elements a system of draping wood forms and their triangulated wood skin were created tomimic nature’s growth and dynamism. This formal exercise was used in the privatemeeting roomsand entrance lobby.The wood forms are used as the primary structure to organize, distribute anddefine the spatial sequencing.The use of 663 custom CNC wood panels with a steel frame structure,was key in achieving the sculptural forms designed to separate the different interior spaces.The useofrenewable wood veneer was chosen as the primary material for its rich and diversecharacteristics.

“介于两者之间”的空间是开放式工作空间和非正式会议区。这些空间具有开放式天花板，这些天花板使用天花板的整个高度，并结合了现有的混凝土板。通过在内部使用不同的天花板高度，强调了不同的空间和材料层次结构。工作站采用花盆，可用作分隔器，并在材料之间提供装饰和谐。

The “in between” spaces are open work spaces and informal meeting areas. These spaces haveopen ceilings, which use the full height of the ceiling and incorporate the existing concrete slabs. Byusing different ceiling heights in the interior, the different spatial and material hierarchies areemphasized.The workstations incorporate planters that function as dividers and offer a decorativeharmony between materials.

Additionally, the architectural program includes an open lobby. The inviting waiting area is coveredby a similar wood paneling system whichhas multiple functions; a welcoming point for clients andemployees, a spatial divider, a product display and the seating for the waiting area. The lobby deskwas designed to showcase the client’s products. These flagship products can be consumed by visitorsand workers and are part of the overall experience.

在休息区内，一面三角形的墙壁构成了五角形的窗，透过它可以看到定制的实验厨房。厨房是公司产品线创新发展不可或缺的一部分。橱柜完全由不锈钢制成，用于质量控制，并反射出相邻木板的温暖光芒。这种透明度使客户能够更多地了解客户的创新产品以及他们如何在高标准下制作新作品。

Within the seating area, a triangulated wall frames a pentagonal window through which one can spotthe custom-fabricated experimental kitchen. The kitchen is integral for the innovative development ofthe company’s product line. The cabinetry is fabricated completely out of stainless steel for qualitycontrol and reflects the warm glow of the neighboring wood panels.This transparency allowscustomers to learn more about the client’s innovative products and how they make new creationsunder high standards.

为与建筑相呼应，室内装饰融入了自然灵感色彩和纹理的活泼。定制纺织品，家具和艺术品的选择都考虑到这一点，这些艺术品为空间注入活力并带来情感体验。这种建筑元素、材料选择和装饰的精心平衡创造了独特而令人振奋的工作空间。并通过公司意识形态的指导，形成了协作与创新的典范。

To complement the architecture, the interior decor incorporates the playfulness of nature inspiredcolors and textures. This is demonstrated by custom textiles, furniture and the selection of art piecesthat energize the space and brings forth an emotion experience. This careful balance of architectureelements, material selection and decoration creates a unique and invigorating work space.The endresult has been an exemplary model of collaboration and innovation through the guidance of acompany’s ideology.
