项目位于天津市宁河区，地处天津市东北部， 环渤海经济区核心区域，京津唐和曹妃甸工业区中心地带。灵感来源于天津五大道：是历史与文化；时间与空间；相互交融构成了一种凝固的艺术区。

五大道于上世纪二、三十年代建成，素有“万国建筑博览会之称”。通过对都会建筑及五大道建筑细节的思考与推敲， 提取“拱”的元素，运用到景观中，秉承着对五大道建筑与花园的执着，以及对细节的追求，将在此完美展示。

The project is located in the Ninghe District of Tianjin City, in the northeast of Tianjin City, in the core area of Bohai Economic Zone, in the heart of Beijing-Tianjin-Tang and Caofeidian Industrial Zones. Inspired by Tianjin Fifth Avenue: history and culture, time and space, and mutual integration constitute a solidified art area.

Fifth Avenue was built in the 1920s and 1930s, known as the "Architecture Expo of the Nations." Through the metropolitan architecture and fifth avenue architectural details of thinking and dedes, extract the elements of the "arch", applied to the landscape, adhering to the fifth avenue building and garden dedication, as well as the pursuit of details, will be in this perfect display.

设计说明   Design specifications

景观风格上以简单的设计语言，突出都会风格的仪式感，以规整的轴线和阵列的树阵加强风格的体现，以人性的尺度和细节的考究为出发点彰显了项目的尊贵感。

Landscape style with a simple design language, highlighting the sense of ritual style, with a well-regulated axis and array of tree formations to strengthen the style of the embodiment, with the scale of human nature and detail as the starting point to highlight the project's sense of honor.

项目的推敲过程中我们遇到了重重瓶颈；通过多次的推敲与探讨，将高大精神堡垒和连续风格化的景观墙体的设置，界定出转角处的昭示性空间，整体设计中将场地设计感与人性化的功能，相融相合，水景的设置使人们感受到“未见其人，先闻其声”的效果。

In the process of project, we encountered many bottlenecks, through many times, the tall spiritual fortress and continuous stylization of the landscape wall settings, defining the corner of the indicative space, the overall design of the site design sense and humanized functions, integration, water features so that people feel the "no one to see, first smell the sound" effect.

昭示性入口——都会精神

延用建筑的设计语言，融入五大道建筑的细节，彰显项目的不同之处，将项目的尊贵感向外展示，引得人们想到此一探究竟。

生态停车场—初次邂逅

作为客户初次到达的示范区节点，停车场两排高大法桐的序列性种植为客户提供一个美好的初次邂逅。

示范区前场—礼遇津门新贵

从停车场过度到售楼处前场，空间从半围合转为完全开敞；作为完全开放性的展示面，以雕塑水景为景观中心辐射四周，通过线性延展的矮墙灯柱、两侧对称的银杏树阵、景墙、灯具的布置，构筑了一个极具仪式感的方形入口广场。

从售楼处来到示范区后场，是从仪式感的场景往怡人生活化场景的过渡。
