取法苏州留园和残粒园，以山水理想为写照，将江南的韵致凝练与园与院中，在四合院形式的建筑物中，二合院、三合院等四合院的建筑结构形式之间，通常矮墙和垂花门等分割左、中、右方向的纵院建筑多用于车马房、车马院等。

We have been looking for the relationship of space conversion to isolate the hustle and bustle of the city. The entrance gate is divided into functional spaces based on the concept of carriage and horse yard, and the multi-level traffic flow relationship is diverted. 园中有院，东方意境。走进二进庭院，一方华木之庭映入眼帘，台阶采用花岗岩铺地，两侧种植特选造型黑松，即是造景，也是意境，随风摇曳，发出沙沙声响。灯影与植物交相掩映，展现自然之美。

传统与现代的融合，借鉴古代园林造景布局。布局先立山水间架，以水为主，山为辅，山因水活，水得山秀。拾阶而下，藏万千气象于方寸之间，利用高差因素，围绕中庭亮点，营造沉浸式多维立体空间，打造室内外360°无界景观视野。
