深圳福田福安社区公园功能提升设计

福安社区公园地处深圳市福田区福华一路和兴融五路交汇处的金融中心区，场地周边被总部大厦围绕，南侧紧邻商业区，面积约为5600平米，属于市金融商务核心区的社区公园，也是福田区市政空间改造提升的重要节点。场地现状设施陈旧、只有一条穿行园路，其他空间是市政绿化建设余下的一批苗木所形成的郁闭树丛，市民无法进入享用其绿地资源。

Fu’an Community Park is located in the financial center area at the intersection of Fuhua Road 1 and Xingrong Road 5 in Futian District, Shenzhen, surrounded by headquarters buildings and adjacent to the commercial area on the south side, with an area of about 5,600 square meters, belonging to the community park of the city's financial and business core area. It is also an important node of Futian District's municipal space transformation and upgrading. The former facilities of the site are outdated and there is only one road through the park, and the other space is a lush bush formed by a group of seedlings left over from the municipal greening construction, so the public cannot enter and enjoy its green resources.

从现场的访问调查中，可以看出该地域人群对这个地处CBD中心的公园主之主要诉求为：短时休憩、午间便餐、场地穿越、商务会面、交流洽谈、以及户外小型聚会。归纳起来就是这里需要一个内部空间自由，适应多样化使用的开放型绿地空间。本项目的规划设计上，在满足这些基本功能的同时更着重地打造了以对应上班族为主流服务人群的所需设施群。比如形成可作瑜伽等健身活动的廊下空间，可穿越和休息功能并用的连续型广场，以对应户外的洽谈会友，冥想静坐的安静角落等，把一个旧型郁闭绿地提升为一个可对应时代的，有利于可持续性发展的新型社区公园。

From the on-site survey, it can be seen that the main demands of the people in this region for this park in the center of CBD are: short time rest, lunchtime meal, site crossing, business meeting, communication and negotiation, and small outdoor gathering. In a nutshell, this park needs an open green space with free internal space and adaptable to various uses. The project also focuses on creating a group of facilities to serve the mainstream of office workers, for example, a gallery space for yoga and other fitness activities, a continuous plaza for traversing and resting, and a quiet corner for outdoor meetings and meditation, etc. An old, closed green space was transformed into a new type of community park that can respond to the times and contribute to sustainable development.

一、设计理念：

在集约化高楼林立的商务中心地带中营造一个新型的城中绿洲，打造社区的户外客厅。为在高密度设施中进行强脑力劳动的人群提供片刻安宁和自然体验。同时在设计文化意境上集中打造了“圆融”主题，寓意无论是人与人之间，商务洽谈之间都能在这里得到融洽圆满。

I. Design concept
To create a new type of urban oasis in the middle of the intensive high-rise business center zone, an outdoor living room for the community, the park provides a moment of tranquility and natural experience for people who are doing strong mental work in high-density facilities. At the same time, the design of the cultural context focuses on the theme of "roundness", which implies that people and business negotiations can be harmonious and complete here.

二、基本策略：

 ①继承场地原有的景观DNA。延续使用原有的主体林木和旧物。②结合防灾避险要求在园中设置不同规模的广场空间，形成大众型空间和私密型空间的共存，满足社区的多样化访客的诉求。③在局部打造精神家园式的空间，为紧张工作的人群提供片刻的宁静，以得到在公园内的身心放松和精神冥想。

2. Basic strategy: 
① Inherit the original landscape DNA of the site, continue to use the original main forest and old things.
② Set up different scale of square space in the garden in combination with the requirements of disaster prevention and risk avoidance to form a coexistence of public and private space to meet the demands of diverse visitors of the community.
③ Create a spiritual home space in the local area to provide a moment of tranquility for the people who work intensely, in order to get relaxation and spiritual meditation in the park.

三、主要手法及创新点：

①确立了多广场型绿地：开辟大小不同而风格各异而又彼此连接的小广场，是绿地的防灾避险功能人流收容力得到大幅度提高，又刻意地通过广场模糊公园与道路的边界，强化了公园与街区空间的一体化，以公园城市的理念促成了园和街区的相互交融；②确保以人为本的尺度空间：为消弱周围高层楼宇对人产生的压迫感，设计上采用营造水平型廊架和附属设施贯穿公园，以这类设施的宜人的尺度把人群的注视点聚焦在适于人的高度范围，形成以人为本的视觉效果； ③寓意于情景：商务的可持续性在于对基本规矩的坚守和交易处理上的圆融。这有“矩”有“圆”的两大要素也是我国文化中经常出现的暗喻。福安公园的基本景观肌理正是紧扣“矩”和“圆”，它贯穿南北方向的整齐线条和浮于其上的圆形造型要素，在多个广场的铺装面交错展开，形成了基本寓意形象。

3. The main techniques and innovations
① Establish a multi-square type green space: open up small squares of different sizes and styles but connected to each other, the green space is a disaster prevention and avoidance function of the flow of people to be greatly improved, but also deliberately through the square blurred the boundary between the park and the road, strengthening the integration of the park and neighborhood space, with the concept of park city contributed to the intermingling of the park and neighborhood; 
② Ensure human-centered scale space: In order to reduce the oppressive feeling of the surrounding high-rise buildings, the design uses the creation of horizontal corridors and ancillary facilities throughout the park, so that the pleasant scale of such facilities can focus the gaze of the crowd on a human-friendly height range, forming a human-centered visual effect; 

③ Implied meaning in the scenario: The sustainability of business lies in the adherence to the basic rules and the roundness of the transaction processing. These two elements, "rule" and "circle", are also frequent metaphors in our culture. The basic landscape texture of Fu’an Park is precisely based on "rules" and "circles", with its neat lines running in the north-south direction and the circular shape elements floating on them, which are staggered on the paving surfaces of several squares, forming the basic allegorical image.
