This land is located in the piantarella site of Bonifacio City, with the SPERONE golf course in the South and the road from Bonifacio to piantarella Wharf in the north. Area 1.5 ha. This land has both golf courses and ocean courses. Our project is based on a detailed analysis of the site: therefore, the first direction is to minimize the visual impact of the building from the public space, especially from the road to the wharf. The integration of the building and its connection with the registered location are the main data for us to draw the project. As a result, the three villas correspond to the shape of the hills that receive them.

The building is level enough for the rain. Villas No. 2 and No. 3 are located on slopes and each time there are two stairs on the natural ground. The roof is covered with vegetation, some of which have continuity between the natural ground and the roof. Another characteristic of this land is its beautiful granite. We choose to emphasize these principles in order to enhance the dialogue between nature and architecture. In the spirit of the same material, the exterior wall is cast from the original building concrete, the color of the original building concrete and the granite material are restored. Walls are simple, cut, cut, and don't have much insight. They are involved in the mineral effects sought. Windows, mainly facing the East, look at the sea on the horizon, they are also very pure, let the scenery into the house. The building is divided into four houses, including a guard house. The house is for family use. The building is limited to one floor. However, villa 2 and villa 3 are designed according to the stairs and suitable for the ground slope. These two levels are two roads, each with flat feet and natural terrain.

We entered the land through a sliding entrance and rebuilt a stone wall that marked the entrance to the site. There are two paths leading to the villa. This option can also limit the impact of the road on the land and maximize the protection of its natural side.

建筑的规划简单，符合同样的原则：将建筑体量放在在离自然景观最近的地方，并将海湾引向东景，保障通风的同时，融入场地内的植物和自然景观。

The plan of the villa is simple and in line with the same principles: it is installed in the place closest to the natural landscape; it leads the bay to the East View and protects the opening of the west wind; it uses the plant and mineral environment of the site.

设计师门还最大程度的限制了建筑对道路的影响，并为每个建筑提供木质屋顶，将主要山丘和斯佩罗内的别墅融入景观；在设计上尽可能地尊重了当地的土壤、森林和花岗岩。

Special attention should be paid to the integration of villas on the property: limiting the impact of buildings from the road; providing wooden roofs to integrate buildings from the main hills and the villa in SPERONE into the landscape; Respect soil topology, forest community and granite block as much as possible.

外墙采用建筑原混凝土浇筑到位（使用花岗岩的颜色）；细木工将采用自然色漆铝；屋顶覆盖着木头或绿色。

The exterior wall is cast from the original building concrete. The carpentry will be made of naturally dyed aluminium. There is wood or vegetation on the roof.
