香港中文大学（深圳）一期项目景观绿化工程位于深圳市龙岗区大运公园南侧，龙翔大道以北，由龙岗北通道两侧地块组成。项目总面积约9万平方米，分为上、下园，施工内容包括室外及建筑物楼层内、屋顶景观工程。

Project Introduction

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) landscape greening project Phase I is located in the south of Dayun Park, Longgang District, Shenzhen, north of Longxiang Avenue, consisting of plots on both sides of Longgang North Passage. The total area of the project is about 90,000 square meters, divided into upper and lower garden, construction content includes outdoor and building floor within, roof landscape engineering.

由于主体设计的变更，景观设计需要跟进变更，因此建设方要求我们在施工过程中进行深化设计，实际上我们承担了设计、施工一体化的任务，上下园的两座凉亭就是一个缩影。香港中文大学狮子亭是由国际狮子会分会捐款共建的中式凉亭，是该校标志性的建筑之一。为了体现与本部办学理念、历史积淀一脉相承的关系，在本项目的建设过程中，校方领导提出在香港中文大学（深圳）上园、下园各建一座同样的凉亭。从接收任务，到香港实地勘测，绘制施工图，组织材料、定制琉璃瓦、宝顶，施工安装，短短一个月，两座凉亭就镶嵌到了香港中文大学（深圳）的现代建筑中，完美的体现了中大“结合传统与现代，融会中国与西方“的办学使命。

Due to changes in the main architecture, the landscape design needed to be followed up with changes, so we are required to deepen the design during construction, and we actually undertook the task of integrating design and construction, epitomized by the two pavilions in the upper and lower gardens. The Lions Pavilion at the Chinese University of Hong Kong is a Chinese pavilion built with donations from Lions Clubs International, and is one of the landmark buildings of the university. In order to reflect the relationship with the philosophy and history of the Department, during the construction process of this project, the university leadership proposed to build an identical pavilion in the upper and lower gardens of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen). In just one month, from receiving the task, to field survey in Hong Kong, drawing construction drawings, organizing materials, customizing glazed tiles and treasure roofs, to construction and installation, the two pavilions were embedded into the modern architecture of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), perfectly reflecting CUHK's mission of "combining tradition and modernity, blending China and the West".

百万大道，是校园的主要景观道，道路两边设计的是胸径30cm的澳洲火焰木。澳洲火焰木性喜湿润排水良好的土壤，而百万大道又位于地下室顶板之上，地下室顶板又采用的是反梁结构，一根根结构梁形成了井字格，如遇雨水，就大量的积水，对澳洲火焰木的健康成长十分不利，对其成活造成了威胁。结合现场实际，我司提出了排水保活的解决方案。一是抬高种植高度， 让树蔸部分高出地面，周围以地被加以修饰。二是在树球底部增加排水措施。树穴开挖深度加深，先在底部垫一层30公分碎石，碎石上铺设滤水布，在树穴旁边增加一个排水井，用镀锌钢管和开孔PVC管将树穴底部与排水井连接，管道榉树侧端头用滤水布包裹，防止泥土堵塞；最后再回填种植土。如果遇到雨量较充沛的雨季，可人工抽出大量积水。通过抬高种植高度，增加蓄排水措施，平时注意抽水，项目所种植的澳洲火焰木的成活率达到100%，且均长势良好。盛花时，红红火火，如生命般热烈；展叶后，郁郁葱葱，给人以如水般安宁。如今，旁植澳洲火焰木的百万大道，已成为师生、游人打卡的热地。

Million Avenue, the main landscape road of the campus, is designed with 30cm diameter flame bottle trees (Brachychiton acerifolius) on both sides of the road. The flame bottle tree likes moist and well-drained soil, and the million avenue is located above the basement roof, and the basement roof is a reverse-beam structure, a structural beam formed a tic-tac-toe grid, such as rain, a lot of water, the healthy growth of the flame bottle tree is very unfavorable, causing a threat to its survival. Combined with the actual site, our company proposed a solution to drainage to keep alive. One is to raise the planting height, so that the root part of the tree is higher than the ground, and the surrounding area is decorated with ground cover. Second, we added drainage measures at the bottom of the tree ball. Deepen the excavation depth of the tree hole, first pad a layer of 30cm gravel at the bottom, lay water filter cloth on the gravel, add a drainage well next to the tree hole, connect the bottom of the tree hole to the drainage well with galvanized steel pipe and open PVC pipe, wrap the end of the pipe beech side with water filter cloth to prevent clogging of soil and finally backfill the planting soil. In case of a rainy season with abundant rainfall, a large amount of standing water can be manually pumped out. By raising the planting height, increasing water storage and drainage measures, and paying attention to water pumping in general, the survival rate of the flame bottle trees planted in the project reached 100%, and they all grew well. When in full bloom, it is red and hot, as warm as life. After the leaves are spread, it is lush and green, giving people a peaceful as water. Nowadays, the Million Avenue, where the flame bottle trees are planted, has become a hot spot for students, teachers and tourists to visit.
