整个区域的一体化景观设计与实施为新生活情景的实现构建了扎实而完善的绿色基础，住区、商业、公园、学校通过协作设计都被整合于新型国际公园社区的生态框架之下。与山为邻，绿色街道与社区公园整合绿色基础设施系统，把自然引入社区，最大化的提高了可持续效益。住宅、商业、教育等配套景观也一气呵成的贯彻相同的设计理念，采用优雅简洁的设计手法，提供现代化的开放空间和设施，营造活力、健康、全龄友好的宜居社区。

The integrated landscape design and implementation across the entire area have laid a solid and comprehensive green foundation for the realization of the new living environment. Residential areas, commercial spaces, parks, and schools are all integrated under the ecological framework of the new international park community through collaborative design. Adjacent to the mountains, the integration of green streets and community parks forms a green infrastructure system, bringing nature into the community and maximizing sustainable benefits. Residential, commercial, and educational supporting landscapes adhere to the same design principles, employing elegant and simple design techniques to provide modern open spaces and facilities, creating a vibrant, healthy, and all-age-friendly livable community.

01 项目简介

Project Description

深圳都会四季项目位于前海圈尖岗山山脚下，依托城市半山密林与临近水库的优质原生态环境，借势片区科创枢纽定位与多维交通的规划建设，展现出巨大的发展潜力。受山水交融之美和新世代品质生活需求的启发，设计师以各具特色的国际化生活场景为蓝本，精心梳理公私界面，挖掘综合型住宅社区的全息生态特色，打造了一处教育、商业、公共空间、街景与住宅一脉相承的半山街区。

The Shenzhen Parkhill Residential project is located at the foot of Qianhai Circle's Jian'gang Mountain, leveraging the city's semi-mountainous dense forests and the nearby reservoir's pristine ecological environment. Benefiting from the area's positioning as a hub for innovation and multiple transportation planning and construction, it showcases immense development potential. Inspired by the blending of mountains and rivers and the demand for high-quality living in the new generation, designers have used distinctive international living scenes as blueprints, meticulously refining the public and private interfaces. They have unearthed the holistic ecological features of the integrated residential community, creating a semi-mountainous neighborhood that seamlessly integrates education, commerce, public spaces, streetscapes, and residences.

项目以国际山公园为绿色枢纽，巧妙地将6公顷半山街区内的品质住宅、联排别墅、LOFT、人才公寓、商业街区、中学和幼儿园等城市配套设施相连，形成了一个多功能的社区网络。

The project utilizes an Parkhill Green as a green hub, cleverly connecting quality residences, townhouses, lofts, talent apartments, commercial districts, middle schools, and kindergartens within the 6-hectare semi-mountainous community, forming a multifunctional community network.

景观设计作为整合半山街区与营造健康活力氛围的凝聚力元素，促进了社区之间的互动和融合，串联休闲、健康、运动、社交的全龄生活场景，为社区和城市带来多元、包容与互动的生活氛围。

Landscape design serves as a cohesive element in integrating the semi-mountainous community and fostering a healthy and vibrant atmosphere. It promotes interaction and integration among communities, linking leisure, health, sports, and social activities for all ages, thereby bringing a diverse, inclusive, and interactive living environment to both the community and the city.

03 设计策略

Design Strategy

立足于对新世代客户群体的研究和需求，设计师在有限的住宅场地内兼顾了消防、日照和竖向的需求，使其能够同时承载各种生活场景，满足客群的多元化需求。

Based on research and understanding of the needs of the new generation of customers, designers have ingeniously accommodated fire safety, sunlight exposure, and vertical space requirements within the limited residential space. This enables the space to simultaneously support various living scenarios and meet the diverse needs of the clientele.

以互动的自然探索乐园与开阔的活动广场为中心，

向内聚集各个休闲及活动空间。

惬意享受开放的休闲娱乐场所。

Centered around interactive nature exploration parks and open activity squares, various leisure and activity spaces converge inward. Activities of all sorts and people of all ages gather together, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere in open leisure and entertainment venues.

归家体验

Back Home Experience

设计规划归家流线经由三个空间场景，由简约典雅的入口广场，到仪式尊贵的礼序前庭，直至格调温馨的单元入户。

The design layout of the homecoming pathway traverses through three spatial scenes, starting from the simple and elegant entrance square, leading to the ceremonious and dignified hall, and finally reaching the cozy and welcoming unit entrance.

阳光泳池

Swimming Pool

住宅区内热带风情的阳光泳池，成为居民们悠闲时光的理想去处。挺拔对称的棕榈树为泳池带来温别样的度假风情，居民们在此尽情嬉戏，畅享健康生活。

The tropical-themed swimming pool within the residential area has become the ideal destination for residents to unwind. Tall and symmetrical palm trees bring a warm vacation atmosphere to the poolside, where residents frolic and enjoy a healthy lifestyle to their heart's content.

自然探索乐园

Playground

儿童自然探索花园融合了旋转树屋滑梯、斜坡滑梯、攀爬抓手等多种游乐设施，为孩子们提供了一个充满趣味和挑战的游乐场所，同时还设置了舒适的看护座椅，让家长们能够尽情享受休憩时光。

The children's natural exploration garden integrates various play facilities such as rotating treehouse slides, inclined slides, climbing grips, and more, providing children with a fun and challenging playground. Additionally, comfortable caretaker seats are provided for parents to relax and enjoy their leisure time while supervising their children.

社交客厅

Outdoor Living Room

考虑到不同年龄段居民的需求，社交客厅分为林下棋牌与舞动广场以及会客廊架与阳光草坪两种类型。

林下棋牌与舞动广场为成年人和老年人提供活动场所，环境有序且配备典雅的树池座椅，为居民提供宜人的休憩环境。

会客廊架和阳光草坪的组合为年轻家庭提供了理想的野餐和户外瑜伽场所，精心设计的廊架结构和户外沙发也为居民提供了舒适的聚会环境。

Taking into account the needs of residents of different age groups, the social livingroom is divided into two types: the shaded chess and dance plaza, and the reception trellis with a sunny lawn.

The shaded chess and dance plaza provide activity spaces for adults and seniors, with an orderly environment and elegant tree-pool seats, offering residents a pleasant resting environment.

The combination of the reception trellis and sunny lawn provides an ideal picnic and outdoor yoga spot for young families. The meticulously designed pergola structure and outdoor sofas also create a comfortable gathering space for residents.

运动场

Sports FIeld

户外运动场结合消防用地与日照条件落位，可灵活提供多种运动空间，如乒乓球与羽毛球，居民可以在此锻炼身体、享受户外运动乐趣。

Outdoor sports facilities are strategically located considering fire safety and sunlight conditions, providing flexible spaces for various activities such as table tennis and badminton. Residents can exercise and enjoy outdoor sports in this area.

架空层

Grey Area

住宅区内每栋塔楼的架空层均配有四种类型的空间：入户大堂、休息间（会客厅、棋艺室、茶室、艺术画廊）、儿童区（游戏、书画空间）与康体娱乐区（乒乓球、派对聚会）。

儿童活动区融入了器械区、休憩区、绘画区、看护区和图书区等多种功能，与生动有趣的地面与墙体彩绘相辅相成，为孩子们带来了丰富多彩的生活体验。

Each tower in the residential area is equipped with four types of spaces on the overhead floor: entrance hall, lounge (meeting room, chess room, tea room, art gallery), children's area (games, painting space), and health and entertainment area (table tennis, party gathering).

The children's activity area integrates various functions such as exercise area, rest area, painting area, nursing area, and library. Alongside vivid and interesting ground and wall paintings, it provides children with a rich and colorful living experience.

康体娱乐区搭配充满活力和动感的地面和墙面设计，为居民提供充满活力和乐趣的健康休闲环境。

The health and entertainment area is complemented by vibrant and dynamic floor and wall designs, providing residents with a lively and enjoyable environment for healthy leisure.

国际山公园

PARKHILL GREEN

国际山公园作为半山街区的绿色枢纽，为社区营造多元高频的社区交流氛围，串联片区内品质住宅、高端教育与商业。世界前海圈，国际尖岗山，新一代国际公园理想人居由此展开。

Parkhill Green, serving as the green hub of the hillside community, fosters a diverse and vibrant atmosphere for community interaction, connecting quality residences, high-end education, and commerce within the area. Situated in the prestigious Qianhai district and overlooking the international Jian'gang Mountain, the ideal living environment of the new generation's international park unfolds here.

离开喧哗的城市次干路，沿着野趣的林荫慢行道上坡入山。

Leave behind the city, venture along the tree lined roads up the mountain.

再下到地势较低的国际山公园，远离城市喧嚣，进入绿色的活力港湾。

Venture into the lush sanctuary of Parkhill Commons.

天光树影下，铺开一块芳草地，白昼黑夜，在这里邂逅所有的可能，健身、派对、休憩、聚会、聊天、表演、市集、电影，宠物赛跑……

Under the shadow of tree canopies, stretches out a green lawn, filled with potential. Day or night, fitness or parties, rest or gatherings, chats or performances, markets or movies, the possibilities as wide as the imagination...

在草地四周宽阔悠长的座凳上，坐看人来人往、花开叶落，远眺日出云动，与三五亲友，笑谈家长里短、人生理想，自在安逸。

People watching from the generous seating walls, flowers at your back, leaves gently falling from trees. You watch the sunrise and clouds moving in the distance, chatting with relatives and friends about your goals and troubles, feeling connected and at ease.

山林台地的记忆在此延续，转角遇见绿荫下台地花园间活力四射的酷玩坡地与旋风篮球场。

Tucked in among the hills and terraces, bright and active spaces draw you in. The sloped playground wills you to climb and slide. The basketball court invites running and teamwork, passes and voices bouncing off walls. 

沿着台地花园，在绿波雨水花园的树林与鸟语花香中尽享社区慢生活。

Go along the terrace and enjoy the slow life of a garden community, the fragrance of flowers and the sounds of birds filling the wave-like rain garden.

玲珑的半山生活馆面向公园，一杯美式咖啡，一份精致早午餐，一堂私教健身课，一次沙龙活动，一本书，美食美景美事一网打尽。

The fountain plaza invites you to look across the park, an Americano in hand. You'll find everything you need in one place: fitness classes, salon treatments, and delicious food.

校园景观作为半山街区生态框架下的一部分，同样采用优雅、简约、精致的设计手法，以“无界学习”为设计主题，为师生营造色彩活泼、自然生态的个性化空间。

设计师依据层层叠叠的建筑空间生成的光照条件进行合理布局，最大限度的利用碎片空间并对其进行灵活多样的弹性化设计力求在有限的户外空间中为师生们营造出活泼、自然、弹性、国际的多样校园生活体验。同时践行海绵校园生态措施，与半山街区的可持续理念一脉相承。

The campus landscape, as part of the ecological framework of the half-mountain street area, adopts elegant, simple, and delicate design techniques, with "unbounded learning" as the design theme, creating a colorful and naturally ecological personalized space for teachers and students.

Designers layout the campus based on the lighting conditions generated by the layered architectural spaces, making the most of fragmented spaces and flexibly designing them to create a lively, natural, flexible, and international campus life experience for teachers and students within limited outdoor space. At the same time, ecological measures of sponge campus are implemented in line with the sustainable concept of the half-mountain street area.
