01 |ONE

缘起|ORIGIN

在设计蛇云艺术连廊构筑之时，面临着外部与建筑均已建成，业态发生改变，业主希望设计一个休闲区域满足民宿运营的需要，但周边均为较为原始的杉木林，设计不想破坏这一抹自然的绿色，从当地的本土文化进行着手思考，将极具当地特色的天边的云作为设计灵感，通过现代极简的设计手法，打造项目的消隐的建筑。

At the time of designing the Snake Cloud art gallery structure.Faced with the exterior and the building have been built, the business has changed, the owner wants to design a leisure area to meet the needs of the operation of the B&B.However, the neighbourhood is surrounded by primitive cedar forests, and the design did not want to destroy the natural greenery.Thinking about the local culture, the design was inspired by the clouds in the sky, which is very characteristic of the local area.hrough modern and minimalist design techniques, the project's hidden architecture was created.

项目保留周边的原始的杉木林，设计团队以“消失“与“融入”作为设计理念，采用少即多”的设计手法，在保证功能性的同时，摒弃空间边界，消融边界的概念，森林中飘来一条蜿蜒曲折“纯净、轻盈、通透”的艺术连廊，巧妙融入到自然森境中。

The project retains the original cedar forest in the neighbourhood, and the design team has adopted "disappearance" and "integration" as the design concept.Adopting the design approach of "less is more", while ensuring functionality, the design team abandons the concept of spatial boundaries and dissolves the concept of boundaries.The concept of boundary melting, a meandering "pure, light and transparent" art corridor floats in the forest, which is cleverly integrated into the natural environment.

02 |TWO

哲思|THOUGHT

无”是道家一个重要概念，比如无为、无私等等，《道德经》第四十章云道“天地万物生于有，有生于无”，有和无是道的一体两面，建筑也是一样的既生于有也生于无。

Nothing" is an important concept in Taoism, such as inaction, selflessness, etc. Chapter 40 of the Tao Te Ching says, "Everything in heaven and earth is born out of something, and everything in heaven and earth is born out of nothing", which is the two sides of the Tao, and the same applies to architecture, which is born out of both something and nothing.

▽道家“无”的境界

空是佛家的核心概念，如果能证得空性即觉悟。《金刚经》云：凡所有相，皆是虚妄。若见诸相非相，则见如来。所求的是破“相”识得真实世界，建筑也是一样的用空的设计手法表达有建筑相的一种方式。

Emptiness is the core concept of Buddhism, and if one can realise it, one is enlightened. The Vajra Sutra states that all appearances are illusory. If one sees that all appearances are not appearances, then one sees the Buddha. What we seek is to break the "phase" to recognise the real world, and architecture is the same with the empty design techniques to express the architectural phase of a way.

▽佛教“空”的境界

建筑风格采用“消失“与“融入”的方式消融于环境中，用白色表达空和无的境界，形式纤细而有力，确定而柔韧，力求与周围环境及环境中的活动结合在一起，营造出一种饱满的感觉和体现上的丰富性。

The architectural style adopts the methods of "disappearance" and "integration" to melt into the environment, using white to express the realm of emptiness and nothingness, the form is slim but powerful, definite but flexible, and strives to integrate with the surrounding environment and the activities in the environment, creating a sense of fullness and embodied richness.

演绎|DEDUCTION

蛇云艺术连廊由一个蜿蜒曲折、穿梭于现存树木之间的轻薄钢屋面及一丛细钢柱形成。

屋面轮廓和柱子疏密的变化，形成了不同程度的室内外私密空间，为人们提供了一处可以在一年四季的绿植花丛中进行社交或私密活动的公共空间。

The Serpentine Cloud art gallery is formed by a thin, lightweight steel roof and a cluster of thin steel columns that meander and weave through the existing trees.

The variations in roof profile and column spacing create varying degrees of indoor and outdoor privacy.It provides a public space where people can socialise or engage in private activities amidst the year-round greenery and flowers.

04 |FOUR

解构|DECONSTRUCTION

用差异性的思维方式，消解理性所形成的本质主义同一思维模式，打破传统中对廊的刻板印象，解除传统思维模式的禁锢，建立起新的概念和体系，故解构是进行概念和模式创新的基础。

Dissolving the essentialist homogeneous mode of thinking formed by rationality, using a differential way of thinking that Breaking the stereotype of the gallery in the tradition. To release the confinement of traditional thinking mode and establish new concepts and systems, so deconstruction is the basis for conceptual and modal innovation.

01.极致主义

ONE|Everything should be done to the extreme

蛇云艺术连廊充分展示出极致主义精神带来的景观设计之美，连廊秉承“极薄、极细、极柔”的工艺目标，将结构轻盈化处理，把“极致”贯穿设计到落地始终。整体蜿蜒流动的形态带来心理上与生理上的双重舒适体验。为空间赋予极致精神，将整个场地引入虚无的境地。

The Snake Cloud Art Corridor fully demonstrates the beauty of landscape design brought about by the spirit of minimalism. The corridor adheres to the technological goal of "extremely thin, extremely fine, extremely soft", lightens the structure, and carries the "ultimate" through the design to the landing. The overall meandering form brings both psychological and physical comfort. It gives the space the ultimate spirit and introduces the entire site into the realm of nothingness.

蛇云艺术连廊曲折穿梭于现存树木间，建筑十分通透，由简单的5毫米钢板以及一丛细柱构成。顶棚厚度和柱子密度的变化建立了不同程度的私密性，鼓励了空间使用的多样性。

The Serpentine Cloud art gallery twists and turns through the existing trees, and the building is very airy, consisting of a simple 5mm steel plate and a cluster of thin columns. Variations in the thickness of the roof and the density of the columns establish varying degrees of privacy and encourage a diversity of space use.

02.林影斑驳，隐于无形

TWO|The forest shadows are mottled and invisible

柯林·罗在《透明性》一书中阐述的透明分为两种，一种是物理透明，另一种则是现象透明。

现象的透明需要加入概念与想象，它更为超越物理上的纯视觉透明。

蛇云艺术廊架便是将实体融入环境，通过视线转移、光影流转达到视觉透明境界。

There are two types of transparency as explained by Colin Rowe in his book Transparency, one is physical transparency and the other is phenomenal transparency.

Phenomenal transparency requires the addition of concepts and imagination, and it goes beyond pure visual transparency in the physical sense.

The Snake Cloud Art Gallery is to integrate the entity into the environment, through the transfer of sight, light and shadow flow to achieve visual transparency.

蛇云艺术连廊将传统连廊繁复沉重的结构简化为白色纯净的杆件，纤细的立柱提供开阔的视野空间，极薄的钢屋面隐入林间，整体融入环境，随着视线与空间的移动时隐时现，它能被看见，同时也能被模糊，充满了神秘感，纯粹且透明。

The Serpent Cloud art gallery simplifies the complicated and heavy structure of the traditional gallery into white and pure poles, the slim columns provide open space for vision, the extremely thin steel roof is hidden into the forest, the whole blends into the environment, appearing and disappearing as the line of sight and the space moves, it can be seen and blurred at the same time, filled with a sense of mystery, pure and transparent.

03.有无相生，盘蛇点睛

THREE|The crucial point that brings the subject life

夜幕降临，月色朦胧，一条流光溢彩的连廊慢慢显现，萤光闪烁，为陷入黑夜的场地注入灵魂。

“沉浸式”体验带给使用者感官与情感双重放松，流光溢彩的灯带轮廓，营造出流银泻辉般的环境氛围，为民宿运营注入生机活力。

As night falls and the moon is hazy, a colourful corridor slowly emerges, glowing with light and injecting soul into the dark venue.

The "immersive" experience brings both sensory and emotional relaxation to the users, and the outline of the colourful light strips creates an ambience like a silver lining, injecting vitality into the operation of the B&B.

蛇云艺术连廊由一个蜿蜒曲折、穿梭于现存树木之间的轻薄钢屋面及一丛细钢柱形成。屋面轮廓和柱子疏密的变化，形成了不同程度的室内外私密空间，为旅居者提供一场视觉盛宴，一次心灵的洗礼，更是提供一处可以在一年四季的林深隐处进行社交或私密活动的公共空间。

The Serpentine Cloud art gallery is formed by a thin steel roof and a cluster of thin steel columns that meander through the existing trees. The changing contours of the roof and the spacing of the columns create varying degrees of indoor/outdoor privacy, providing a visual feast for the traveller, a catharsis for the soul, and a public space for socialising or private activities in the deep wooded seclusion throughout the year.
