义乌·天地八角井广场

在义乌市老城区的核心位置，城中中路与下车门路的交接处，有一口东晋时开凿的古井，它带着一身的时光痕迹和千年历史厚度，静卧在这个不起眼的角落。这口井是所有生活在下车门附近居民的集体记忆，也是义乌商业历史的见证。

At the heart of the old urban area of Yiwu City and the intersection of Chengzhong Middle Road and Xiachemen Road, there is an ancient well dug during the Eastern Jin Dynasty. With the marks of time and a history of thousands of years, the ancient well lies quietly in this unremarkable corner. This well represents the collective memory for all residents living near Xiachemen and witnesses the commercial history of Yiwu.

华润置地对项目区域的改造，由这口井开始，整体形成了尺度宜人、环境友好的活力商业街区，七月合作社有幸参与其中。不仅仅考虑保留义乌人记忆中的商贸场景，也希望能为如今在此生活的居民提供一处高品质的文化休闲空间，传承义乌的文化基因。从鸡毛换糖到全球视野，寻找旧与新的共生。

Starting from this well, the transformation of the project area by China Resources Land has created a pleasantly scaled, environmentally friendly and vibrant commercial block, and we was honored to involve in it. While considering the preservation of the commercial and trading scenes in the memories of Yiwu people, it hopes to provide a high-quality cultural and leisure space for the residents living here nowadays and inherit the cultural gene of Yiwu. From feather for sugar to a global vision, the symbiosis of the old and the new is sought here.

古井所在临街的位置，使得入口界面与城市的连接处形成了更为紧密、也更为开放的空间。利用建筑围合出的包裹感，以古井为出发点，打开的广场收窄于一条通向繁华商业的线性空间，设计师在T字轴的北端，打造以八角井为焦点的向心型广场。

The frontage location of the ancient well creates a closer and more open space where the entrance interface connects to the city. Utilizing the sense of wrapping enclosed by buildings, with the ancient well as the starting point, the open plaza narrows into a linear space leading to the bustling business area, and the designer creates a centripetal plaza with the Bajiaojing well as the focal point at the north end of the T-axis.

虽然古井的实用功能已消失，但其蕴藏的历史、文化内涵从未流逝。在此历史背景下，设计师保留有历史价值的构件及实体，重塑外部形态，并用相似的肌理呼应，打造出原始的厚重感。金属围栏复刻了砖纹作为装饰，唤起对古城的记忆，并发掘场地文脉与当下生活的人们的关系。

Although the practical functions of the ancient well have disappeared, the historical and cultural connotations contained have never passed away. Under this historical background, the designer keeps the historical components and entities, reshapes the external form and echoes them with similar textures, so as to create a sense of original thickness. For the metal fence, the brick pattern is reproduced as decoration, evoking the memories of the old urban area and discovering the relationship between the site’s contextuality and the people living in the present.

从二、三楼向下望，会发现井周围包裹的石块与周围石组如同一整块巨石裂开，如地球大陆迁移的版块，以自然的方式向心散开。石组的切面近相呼应，营造出弥散蔓延开的历史仪式感。每一块石头的体块都控制在合适的高度与大小，更具参与感，同时兼具可观赏性。

Looking down from the second and third floors, people can discover that the stones around the well and the surrounding stone groups crack like a whole rock, spreading out towards the center in a natural way like the Earth’s migrating continental plate. The facets of the stone groups echo each other, creating a sense of historical ritual that spreads out. The height and size of each stone is kept appropriate to create a sense of participation and ornamental value.

有序的薄水面，倒映出肌理丰富的石组。外线弧线现代清晰，内线古朴曲折，呼应表达出遗迹与当下场景的过渡。

The orderly thin water surface reflects the richly textured stone groups. The outer arcs are modern and clear, while the inner lines are ancient and curved, reflecting the transition between the ruins and the present scenes.

无论是路过或在其中穿行，人们能感受到熟悉的在地气息，参与着历史与当下，重新回归生活之根本。以八角井为时间锚点，石、水、光、风、树影共同营造出纯粹的自然力量，将精神与生命内涵融入日常生活场景中。

People who pass by or walk through can feel the familiar local flavor, participate in history and the present, and return to the fundamentals of life. Using the Bajiaojing well as a time anchor, stone, water, light, wind and tree shadows jointly create a pure force of nature, integrating spiritual and life connotations into daily life scenes.
