| 背景溯源 |

BACKGROUND

中国正跑步进入老龄化社会，研究表明，至2030年，我国六十岁以上人口将超过4亿。受传统儒家思想和伦理观念的影响，中国人也是全球最怕衰老的族群，害怕老无所养，老无所依。在这样的背景之下，“养老”已是当下在持续变化和发展过程中的社会议题。JYL工作室以“研创未来”为研究创作的方向，将养老居住环境建设作为研究创作的方向之一。

China is running into an aging society. Studies have shown that by 2030, China's population over 60 will exceed 400 million. Affected by traditional Confucianism and ethical concepts, the Chinese are also the most afraid of aging in the world. In this context, "old care" is now a social issue in the process of continuous change and development. JYL Studio takes "research and creation of the future" as its research and creation direction, and regards the construction of senior living environment as one of its research and creation directions.

PROJECT SITUATION

南京颐养中心项目属于一个郊区新盘，选址于素有“绿都”美称的国家级生态文明建设示范区——南京溧水，场地本身专业配套完善，自然条件优越，坐拥秀山湖、原生海岸松林等，对望山色湖光，掩映疏影林境。与此同时，千百年来文人独爱金陵灵秀之气，著名诗人、美食家袁枚晚年寓居于此，纳芥子于须弥，落笔《随园诗话》，尽享性灵闲适。

The Nanjing Pension Center project belongs to a new suburban area. It is located in Lishui, Nanjing, a national-level ecological civilization construction demonstration area known as the "Green Capital". The site itself has complete professional facilities and superior natural conditions. It sits on Xiushan Lake and the original coast. At the same time, for thousands of years, literati love Jinling's spirit and beauty. The famous poet and gourmet Yuan Mei lived here in his later years and wrote "Suiyuan Poetry Talk" to enjoy the leisurely spirit.

项目有着得天独厚的自然与人文双重优势，但“郊区化”的老年专属社区同样也带来一些潜在不便，例如老人将远离子女与过去的邻里伙伴，曾经的社会关系逐渐减弱。如何创造一个身心俱养的科学养老社区，这是摆在我们面前的一道课题。

The project has unique natural and humanistic advantages, but the "suburbanized" exclusive community for the elderly also brings some potential inconveniences. For example, the elderly will stay away from their children and their neighbors in the past, and their social relations have gradually weakened. How to create a scientific elderly care community with both body and mind is a topic for us.

| 设计策略 |

DESIGN STRATEGY

尽管项目有着优越的原生自然环境，但物质空间并不能从根本上、持久地愉悦老年人的精神需求。带着这样的思考，JYL工作室认为只有“物质环境”和“精神内涵”同步建设，才可能营造出一个科学健康且可持续的养老社区。我们尝试跳出常规的“物质环境建设”角度，通过空间搭建的方式，对社会关系进行研究和创作，以期完成一个全新角度的设计创作，即我们尝试在本项目中对老年人的社会关系进行重构。

Although the project has a superior natural environment, the physical space can’t satisfy the spiritual needs of the elderly. With this kind of thinking, JYL Studio believes that only the simultaneous construction of "material environment" and "spiritual connotation" can create a scientific, healthy and sustainable elderly care community. We try to jump out of the conventional "material environment construction" perspective, and through the way of space construction, to study and create social relations, in order to complete a new perspective of design creation.

Reconstruction of social relations

老人社会关系的重构离不开社交，想要构建一个鼓励更多社交行为发生环境的前提条件是：真正做到以人为本，积极回应老年人的各方面需求（尤其是社交活动参与意愿的需求）。研究表明，对于老人而言，颐养活动需求分为三个层面：健康舒适安全便捷的养生健体需求、亲近自然提升自我的疗愈养性需求、回归社会联络情感的养心活动需求。团队通过对老人行为研究分析，穷举筛选出老人喜爱的三类社交活动的清单，并通过对场地的科学分析，完成养生、养心、养性多维活动圈的空间组织，鼓励不同活动需求的老人走

室外，重构社会关系。

The reconstruction of the social relationship of the elderly is inseparable from social interaction. The prerequisite for building an environment that encourages more social behaviors is to be truly people-oriented and actively respond to the needs of the elderly in all aspects . Studies have shown that for the elderly, the needs of nursing activities are divided into three levels: health, comfort, safety and convenience of health and fitness, close to nature and improve self-healing needs, and return to social contact emotions. Through the research and analysis of the behavior of the elderly, the team exhaustively screened out the list of the three types of social activities that the elderly liked, and through the scientific analysis of the venue, completed the spatial organization of the multi-dimensional activity circle for health, and encouraged the elderly with different activity needs.

Communicating friendly space construction

与此同时，团队首创性提出更适合中国老人的HASINC适老化景观标准。

H人性化原则，A易于到达原则，S安全性原则， I易于识别原则，N生态自然原则，前五点完成了一个真正适老化的物质环境建设，为第六点C易于交往原则提供了坚实基础，场地的非单一性让老人接触外界、参与公共活动的机会变得丰富，以得到情感抚慰与心理补偿，达成社会关系的重构。

At the same time, the team pioneered the HASINC standard for aging landscape that is more suitable for the elderly in China.The principle of H humanization, the principle of A is easy to reach, the principle of S is the principle of safety, the principle of I is easy to identify, and the principle of N is ecological and natural. Basically, the non-uniformity of the venue enriches the opportunities for the elderly to contact the outside world and participate in public activities, in order to obtain emotional comfort and psychological compensation, and to achieve the reconstruction of social relations.

INSPIRATION

南京颐养中心项目以重构老人社会关系为出发点，立足于时代性与在地性，将溧水的文化财富《随园诗话》与现代东方养老方式结合。

The Nanjing Pension Center project takes the reconstruction of the social relations of the elderly as the starting point, based on the times and locality, and combines Lishui's cultural wealth "Suiyuan Poetry Talk" with modern oriental old-age care methods.

推开溧水文化财富——《随园诗话》的那扇门，以景观复刻袁枚所述的人文场景意向，通过植入自然的语言，营造世外桃源的山水格局，还原品茶、棋牌、书画等老一代南京人熟悉的生活场景，描绘回归田园、闲适性灵的当代养老在地生活，项目从养生养性养心三个维度出发，打造一个鼓励交往、环境适老的中国式CCRC养老社区（Continuing Care Retirement Community，持续照料退休社区）。

Push open the door of Lishui cultural wealth-"Suiyuan Poetry Talk", reproduce the humanistic scene intention described by Yuan Mei with landscape, and create a paradise landscape pattern by implanting natural language, restore tea, chess and cards, painting and calligraphy, etc. The familiar life scenes of the older generation of Nanjing people, depicting the return to the pastoral, leisurely and spiritual contemporary old-age local life. The project starts from the three dimensions of health and nourishment, to create a Chinese-style CCRC . (Continuing Care Retirement Community, continuing to take care of the retirement community).

- 【壹】入口空间 -

南京颐养中心项目在入口设计上充分体现人性化原则，易于辨识的仪式门楼、合理便捷的落客动线、人性关怀的入口等候空间等都彰显了社区适老化的基调。等候空间提供适老化休憩座椅、轮椅、雨伞租借、信报箱等人性化适老附属设施，便于老人出行时的休憩等候需求。

The entrance design of Nanjing Pension Center fully reflects the principle of humanity, easy-to-identify ceremonial gate, reasonable and convenient drop-off lines, and humanely caring entrance waiting space all demonstrate the aging tone of the community. The waiting space provides aging-appropriate rest seats, wheelchairs, umbrella rentals, letter boxes and other humanized ancillary facilities for the elderly to facilitate the rest and waiting needs of the elderly when they travel.

同时，东入口景观设计结合一池三山设计理念，缩园林置石跌水风光于方寸景观之间。流水潺潺，带来灵动的景观效果。行于其中，坐观流水，品味生命的生生不息。

At the same time, the east entrance landscape design combines the design concept of one pond and three mountains, shrinking the garden and setting the rock and water scenery between the square inch of landscape. The gurgling water brings a dynamic landscape effect.

- 【贰】养生活动圈——健步运动圈 -

养生活动圈基于运动疗法设计，串连楼栋与宅间各个活动节点，如门球、网球、健走、广场舞、健身操、器械健身等功能性空间。疏林掩映，竹影婆娑，老人于自然之中挥洒汗水，与同伴重忆热血青春的美好。

The health-preserving activity circle is designed based on exercise therapy, connecting various activity nodes between the building and the house, such as croquet, tennis, walking, square dance, aerobics, fitness equipment and other functional spaces. Surrounded by sparse forest, bamboo shadows whirling, the old man sweats in the nature, reminiscing with his companions the beauty of passionate youth.

- 【叁】养性活动圈——邻里活动圈 -

养性活动基于园艺疗法与社会关系维系两个层面，一方面对健康或亚健康的群体通过利用植物或围绕植物展开各类活动，以此促进老人们身心健康与精神恢复。另一方面构建老少皆宜的场地，在社区中维系老人的地缘及亲缘关系。

Nourishing activities are based on two levels of horticultural therapy and social relationship maintenance. On the one hand, healthy or sub-healthy groups use plants activities around plants to promote physical and mental health and spiritual recovery of the elderly. On the other hand, a venue suitable for all ages will be constructed to maintain the geographical and kinship of the elderly in the community.

- 【肆】养心活动圈——集域活动圈 -

养心活动圈围绕中心草坪与近10000㎡的无界水苑展开设计，通过弹性集域活动空间与不同规模且相对独立的亭台轩榭廊等构筑物的组合，满足不同类型社交活动需求，致力于在社区老人间建立情感沟通桥梁。

The heart-raising activity circle is designed around the central lawn and nearly 10,000 square meters of unbounded water garden. Through the combination of flexible cluster activity space and relatively independent pavilions and corridors of different scales, it can meet the needs of different types of social activities. Build emotional communication bridges among the elderly in the community.

- 【伍】景观全境——全产业设计 -

同时，基于颐养中心项目的特殊性，传统单一的景观设计无法满足颐养社区的需求。老人行为模式及身心需求的特殊性决定了我们必须向实用主义的全产业设计发起挑战。

除了景观园建之外，团队在设计中大量运用五感疗愈属性的本土苗木构建花境园艺，打造适应性强的生态景观。同时，研发怀旧童年IP的游乐器械、适老化家具等全学科设计，最大限度地支持老人交往，更合适地融合于场景，更人性化地服务于老人。

At the same time, due to the particularity of the project, the traditional single landscape design cannot meet the needs of the pension community. The behavioral pattern of the elderly and the particularity of their physical and mental needs determine that we must challenge the pragmatic industry-wide design.

In addition to the construction of the landscape garden, the team used a large number of local seedlings with the healing properties of the five senses in the design to construct flower border gardening and create an adaptable ecological landscape. At the same time, research and development of nostalgic childhood IP amusement equipment, age-appropriate furniture and other disciplinary designs, to maximize support for the interaction of the elderly, more appropriate integration into the scene, more humane service to the elderly.

- 【陆】经济&可持续性设计 -

项目首开区实景交付，团队本着经济及所见即所得的理念，将场所尽可能地打造成永久性场地。设计保留场地内1200棵原生海岸松林，尽可能延续微整理原有山地地形，在经济、景观效果与功能直接寻求平衡。

The project’s first opening area was delivered in real life, and the team made the site as permanent as possible. The design retains 1,200 native coastal pine forests on the site, and maintains the original mountain terrain as much as possible, and directly seeks a balance between economy, landscape effects and functions.

CONCLUSION

当我们在思考如何从容地度过晚年生活时，答案是五花八门的，但无疑“养衰老，授几杖，行糜粥饮食”这类从基础物质层面保障的养老模式已无法满足当下老年人的颐养需求。对于设计者而言，我们希望晚年的人生是被完全尊重与善待的，也希望用专业打造一处饱含情怀与温度的身心情感安放之地。

When we are thinking about how to spend our old age calmly, the answers are varied, but there is no doubt that the old-age care model of basic material protection can no longer satisfy the current elderly people's needs. For designers, we hope that our later life will be fully respected and treated well, and we also hope to use professionalism to create a place full of feelings and warmth.

惬意山居，于诗意中遇见桃源生活。南京颐养中心坚持以重构老年人社会关系为出发点，从自然出发，身心俱养，构建环境适老、交往友好的理想家园，打造殿堂级的颐养圣地。帮助老人实现从“老有所养”到“老有所享”的跨越，静享浮华之外的理想居所。

The Nanjing Pension Center insists on restructuring the social relations of the elderly as its starting point, starting from nature, providing both body and mind, building an ideal home with an environment suitable for the elderly and friendly communication, and creating a palace-level holy place for nurturing. Help the elderly to realize the leap from "the elderly have the support" to "the elderly have the enjoyment".
