拙未的创作正是在这样的思绪下油然而生的,在天津海河两岸看到大大小小的民国西方古典或者新哥特建筑,这些建筑凝固沉静,给我留下深刻印象,甚至在我心里,天津就是这些建筑符号所生成的,而这些建筑符号都有着经历百年岁月,斑驳浑厚的砖石。就这么决定了!用老砖石去诠释我们在这座城市第一个建筑改造项目。
It is under this kind of thought that the Zhuowei creation is spontaneously born, on both sides of the Haihe River in Tianjin, I saw large and small Western classical or neo-Gothic buildings of the Republic of China, these buildings are solid and quiet, and I am deeply impressed, and even in my heart, Tianjin is generated by these architectural symbols, and these architectural symbols have experienced a hundred years, mottled and thick bricks and stones. So decided! Using old masonry to interpret our first building renovation project in the city.
项目在天津一座日本的商业区内庭院,自然光充足,建筑虽不古旧,但有着很日本的建筑材料用法,整个大框架由凹凸不平的细小石块组成,大概也有十多年之久,已经有了一些岁月的痕迹。我不打算拆掉它们,如考古勘探,我小心翼翼的保留这些石块墙体的重要部分,然后与它们保持间隙,重新用更古老的回收旧砖石建造一个全新的建筑框架,与老建筑体块产生咬合姿态。而这些老砖石确实没有令我失望,它们本身承载着几十年自然岁月的侵蚀和洗礼,表现出了与这座民国老城相近的气质。在建筑结构上,我并不打算让它古典沉重,而是利用现代建筑力学,使之立面飞扬,产生反重力的视觉体验,这是我力求在“旧”中产生“新”的必然做法,新旧并置就这样暗藏其中,但又时刻提醒人们,这是一座古老的新建筑体。在其中的氛围,应该是适合人们停留,交谈与饮食,甚至可以沉思。这也是主理人的意思,希望不仅仅是完成烘焙交易,而希望更多的人们停留,甚至可以在此思考人生。
The project is located in a courtyard in a Japan commercial district in Tianjin, with plenty of natural light, although the building is not old, but it has a very Japanese use of building materials, and the entire large frame is composed of uneven small stones, which are probably more than ten years old, and there are some traces of time. I don't plan to tear them down, as in archaeological exploration, but I carefully keep the important parts of the stone walls and then keep a gap between them, and rebuild a new building frame from older recycled old masonry, which will snap into the old building blocks. And these old bricks and stones did not disappoint me, they themselves carry the erosion and baptism of decades of natural years, showing a temperament similar to that of this old city of the Republic of China.In terms of architectural structure, I do not intend to make it classical and heavy, but to use modern architectural mechanics to make the façade fly and produce an antigravity visual experience, which is the inevitable practice of I strive to produce the "new" in the "old", and the juxtaposition of the old and the new is hidden in it, but it is always a reminder that this is an old new building. The atmosphere in which it should be suitable for people to stay, talk with eating, and even meditate. This is also the meaning of the manager, who wants to not only complete the baking deal, but also hope that more people will stay here and even think about life.
后来再去,已经是春夏之交。阳光灿烂的照射在这座建筑体上,老砖石覆盖的新建构在中午艳阳的照射下,熠熠生辉,男女老少无不沉浸,无不欢颜其中。回想起那天冬日,一切仿佛都在预言,建筑终究凝固了记忆与时光。
When I went back later, it was already the turn of spring and summer. The sun shines brightly on this building, and the new structure covered with old bricks and stones shines under the bright sun at noon,all men, women and children are immersed in it and are all happy. Looking back on that winter day, everything seemed to be prophesying, and the building finally solidified memory and time.
