项目位于河南省洛阳市伊滨区,北近伊河，毗邻生态廊道、滨河公园，自然条件优越，项目周边教育资源丰富，文化氛围浓郁。

The project is located in Yibin District, Luoyang City, Henan Province. near the Yi River in the north, adjacent to ecological corridors and riverside parks, with superior natural conditions, rich educational resources around the project, and a strong cultural atmosphere.

· 红线距离市政人行较远,保证大门永久性的前提，如何增强入口气势？

· 售楼中心前空间受到两侧消防登高面侧夹，空间横向延展受限。

· 变轴+自然的几何形形态空间特征

· The red line is far away from the municipal pedestrians, which is a prerequisite to ensure the permanent gate.

· The front space of the sales center is clamped by the fire climbing surfaces on both sides, and the horizontal extension of the space is limited.

一、序.东方隐奢

1. Preface. Oriental luxury

大门内退，形成凹形，营造出森森前庭，两侧高墙显势，庭前涌泉迎宾。

The gate retreats inward to form a concave shape, creating a dense forecourt, with high walls on both sides showing power, and springs in front of the court welcome guests.

半亩方塘一鉴开，天光云影共徘徊。中庭小开天窗，以水为境倒映天光云影。

以竹为形，打造的异形格栅，将光影的变幻诠释到极致。

“国色朝酣酒，天香夜染衣”。牡丹以其形其色融入历史文化脉络中，设计师以盛开牡丹为原型，提取其绽放的姿态，夜晚降临，牡丹悄然绽放与顶部。
