项目”融创城”位于太原市主城东侧，晋中榆次区，毗邻山西大学城及东山大学城。被河流与规划公园“C”型环抱，尽享优渥生态环境资源。

项目的商业部分作为示范区首期开放。这，使其不仅要有常规示范区所应有的层进式参观动线，更要有未来社区业主可逛、可游、可购物体验亦可安坐汇聚的全功能商业公园场所，且因项目属远郊，如何使示范区在首期开放即赢得充分切实的社会关注并形成话题性、传播性就显得尤为重要。

作为未来社区的核心街角，既要有城市级的市政界面干预性、又要有可记忆乃至可参与的地标昭示性；既要传达现代都市商业的时尚感与未来感，又要烘托红尘市井繁华的氛围感与温度感。我们以充满趣味，变化丰富的彩色镜面不锈钢材料为视觉镜头，记录人与自然的戏剧互动，呈现光与影的斑斓万千。光线变化和观察者角度不同会影响颜色即视效果，理性与非理性交集的不可控，带来的恰好是我们想要的未来感与科幻感，以此寓示融创城的多彩未来。

We take the colorful mirror stainless steel material which is full of interest and variety as the visual lens to record the dramatic interaction between man and nature, presenting the colorful light and shadow. The change of light and the angle of the observer will affect the color, that is, the visual effect. The uncontrollable intersection of rationality and irrationality brings us the sense of future and science fiction that we want, so as to show the colorful future of rongchuang city.

作为游园的第一节点也即是游园的必经之路，曲线雕塑式互动影廊既不失友好的欢迎态度，又成功赢得了视线关注与感官聚焦。镜面材料与灯光交叠穿插，影绰摇曳中将未来梦幻生活穿越表达。

未来商业空间的景观叙事，必不再是单纯的夺人眼球的装置堆砌，而应是可逛可游的空间连缀，让“逛”成为这里生活的必需，让“年轻”成为这里最强的IP，让“未来”成为这里最好的代言。如隶属于商业步道活动的游憩、观演、展陈等功能布局将居住社区与商业、公园有效缝合，让公园成为商业的延续，让商业成为居住的花园，让空间可流连、可安坐、可交谈、可休憩……寄希望——让冷漠的都市里充满关怀的温度，让林立的高楼间洋溢邻里的闲谈。

材料创新：

光影瞬间 色彩永恒——国内首创大尺度彩色电镀不锈钢

国内首次使用大尺度真空电镀彩色不锈钢，整体外形呈现蓝紫色渐变，借助不锈钢的彩色镜面与绚丽的造型结合，形体纵横正立间增加色相交叠变化，营造出极具未来感和科幻感的异次元空间，产生科幻、跳脱、超现实的戏剧感受。

因普通彩色不锈钢镀膜使用寿命在两年左右，过后就变色、变暗甚至脱落。所以为项目的即时效果与长久使用考虑，我们多处探访，几经辗转，终于找到了符合要求的材料及加工工艺，即真空电镀不锈钢。

高温炉内200℃加热—抽真空—纯氧电离子雾化—附着面层—出炉的电解过程，使不锈钢表面附着一层彩色金属膜，电解时间需精确到秒，想要的颜色在炉里稍纵即逝，因目前技术还无法实现电脑控色，所以需经验丰富的老师傅才能精准把握，样板只能回炉三次，试色成本极高。电镀彩色面层可经久不褪色，耐高温，耐磨耐划，反光度高，色泽鲜明。

“石材”也灵动——泰科石材料的应用

泰科石是泰孚发展与同济大学联合研发的一种无机复合材料，以高强白水泥为主要胶凝材料，颜色肌理丰富，耐久性强，清洗维护简单。趣味水景可选材料受限，常规使用材料有：水磨石、石材、素混凝土、玻璃钢、不锈钢等多种材料，其中石材成本高达100余万。经过多轮探讨比对，因泰科石稳定性高、可塑性强、耐久性好，最终选定泰科石作为水景材料。

Taike stone is a kind of inorganic composite material jointly developed by Taifu development and Tongji University. It takes high-strength white cement as the main cementitious material, with rich color and texture, strong durability and simple cleaning and maintenance. The selection of interesting waterscape materials is limited. After several rounds of discussion and comparison, Tyco stone has high stability, strong plasticity and good durability. Finally, Tyco stone is selected as the waterscape material.

原隔断长度只能做到4m，为保证效果，隔断最长做到了6m；原雕刻模具为阳模，因产品过长，脱模时有很大断裂风险，在原定到场时间前一周，雕刻手法由阳模改为阴模，导致雕刻速度变慢，工期延长。加之体量大，加剧了运输吊装风险。

The technological difficulty of Tyco stone products is high, and the conventional material scale can only be 4 M. in order to ensure the effect, the longest splicing scale reaches the limit of 6 m. The original engraving mold is a yang mold. Because the product is too long, there is a great risk of fracture when demoulding. Before the grinding tools leave the factory, the male mold is temporarily changed to the yin mold, and the volume is huge, which aggravates the risk of transportation and hoisting.

经多方多次对材料、工艺、施工吊装方式等的沟通探讨与尝试，最终取得了不错的实景效果，在新材料的运用上获得了宝贵经验。

After many times of communication, discussion and attempt on materials, technology, construction and hoisting methods, the perfect real scene presentation effect is achieved, and valuable experience is obtained in the application of new materials.
