A Vacation Residence at the Urban Core

位于浦东新区北蔡核心区，西派海上临近张江科技园区，既连接城市科技中枢，又毗邻成熟自然景观资源，具备“都市繁华”与“生态生活”的双重优势。

作为国贸地产联合中国铁建地产打造的重要作品，西派海上致力于创造一种具有当代上海精神气质的住宅产品——将海派文化的温度、美感、秩序与日常生活深度融合。

Located in the heart of Beicai, Pudong New District, City Park is close to Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and surrounded by well-developed natural landscapes. It enjoys the dual advantages of metropolitan vitality and ecological serenity.

As a key project jointly developed by ITG and China Railway Construction Real Estate, City Park aims to craft a residential product that captures the spirit of contemporary Shanghai—blending the warmth, beauty, and order of Haipai culture with everyday life.

Public Art Curation Vision:

Creating a Contemporary Haipai Lifestyle

西派海上公共艺术项目以象征华尔道夫“孔雀廊”的美学特征为内核，提出“身居繁华里，归家即度假”的策展主题，构建当代海派生活方式。

The public art at City Park is inspired by the aesthetics of the Peacock Alley at Waldorf Astoria. The curatorial theme, “A Vacation Begins at Home,” aims to construct a contemporary Haipai lifestyle.

围绕这一生活愿景，项目提出三重公共艺术策展概念：

Symbolic Series: Sea·Echo

Tung-ming Hu (Taiwan, China) – Artistic Partner of the Parkland Group

艺术家胡栋民，作为鹏瑞集团长期合作伙伴，一直秉持着“媒材精心选择、美感精细塑造、场域精妙营造”的创作原则，将自然与生命的热爱融入每一件作品中。

A long-time collaborator with the PENGRUI Group, artist Tung-ming Hu infuses love for nature and life into every piece through carefully chosen materials, refined aesthetics, and site-sensitive composition.

他为西派海上量身创作了《海·回声》，设于公馆主入口位置。

His piece Sea·Echo, created for City Park and installed at the main entrance, is crafted using traditional Hui’an stone carving, a national intangible cultural heritage technique.

作品提取“海洋”为灵感，借助惠安石雕的非遗工艺打造出兼具质感与生命力的“海派之声”。其形态如海浪回旋，亦似振翅欲飞的海鸥——既呼应黄浦江水系文化，也象征向上、开放与归属。

The swirling wave-like form evokes the sound of the sea, while its silhouette resembles a seagull poised to take flight—echoing the Huangpu River's legacy and symbolizing openness, elevation, and a sense of belonging.

Elegant Experience: Blooming Flow

艺术家张代松一直致力于在本真的艺术意境中，探索自然生命的存在形式。他深信艺术源于自然，高于生活，始终在探寻自然大美中一切艺术形式的可易性。对自然的深刻探索和对生活的无限热情，都淋漓尽致地体现在他的每一件作品中。

Alvin Zhang explores the essence of natural existence, believing that art derives from nature and transcends life. His deep reverence for nature and vibrant passion for life are vividly expressed in each of his works.

走入项目下沉式会所庭院，迎面而来的《流动的盛放》取意自上海市花——玉兰，象征着典雅与亲切。艺术家张代松以不对称、流动感的手法打破传统构图，赋予作品轻盈与灵动之感。

Blooming Flow, located in the sunken courtyard of the clubhouse, draws inspiration from Shanghai’s city flower—the magnolia—symbolizing elegance and intimacy.

整件雕塑以铜锻造完成，并应用中国传统热着色技艺上色，呈现出独特的孔雀绿光泽。

Crafted in asymmetrical flowing forms and forged in bronze using traditional heat coloring, the piece radiates a distinctive peacock-green luster.

归家的每一步，都是生活的节奏构成。

沿着归家路径，《被风吹动的幻想》与《深处的静候》分别展现出如“海派丽人”般的身姿律动与静谧等待，巧妙运用花、羽毛、裙摆等意象，使整条归家动线成为自然、优雅的日常舞台。

Every step home becomes part of life's rhythm.

Along the homecoming route, Wind-Blown Fantasies and Awaiting from the Depths depict the poised grace and quiet contemplation of “Haipai women.” Incorporating imagery of flowers, feathers, and skirts, the journey home transforms into a natural and elegant everyday stage.

海派风采·《玉立》

Haipai Spirit: Graceful Stature

在归家水景之上，作品《玉立》则以陶瓷漆工艺打造立体人物形象，借女性站姿之美塑造“归家记忆点”。其材质选用定制陶瓷漆，经手工打磨，呈现出光洁、温润如玉的艺术效果。

Situated above a waterscape, Graceful Stature portrays a standing female figure rendered in custom ceramic lacquer. The artwork captures the poetic memory of returning home.

Bringing Intangible Heritage into Everyday Texture

本次艺术作品不仅在美学上与场地融合，更在材质语言上表达出项目对生活质感的追求。多项传统非遗技艺被应用于作品创作中。

Beyond visual integration, these artworks articulate the project’s dedication to tactile quality through material expression and craft. Multiple traditional techniques of intangible cultural heritage were incorporated:

「惠安石雕工艺」

精心挑选珍惜石材，融合自然与匠心之美，唤醒石雕艺术品《海·回声》的生命与情感。

Hui’an Stone Carving: Rare stone, infused with craftsmanship and nature, animates Sea·Echo with life and feeling.

「中国传统铜氧化热着色工艺」

多层晕染、火烤青漆，营造丰富层次与典雅色调。

Traditional Bronze Oxidation: Layered heating and lacquering techniques enrich texture and classical hues.

「陶瓷漆器工艺」

精密工法，尽显海派典雅风采。

Ceramic Lacquer Finish: Precision craftsmanship enhances the elegance of the Haipai aesthetic.

这些技艺赋予艺术品更多“时间与手工的温度”，也让每一次驻足欣赏，成为一场与工艺传统的当代对话。

These traditional methods infuse each piece with the warmth of time and touch—turning every pause into a dialogue with craftsmanship.

From Urban Culture to Lifestyle Response

西派海上的公共艺术全区艺术规划，并非艺术的点缀，而是生活方式的立体表达。

它以“海派文化”为源，以“度假式生活”为意境，通过清晰的空间语言与艺术配置，完成从文化到生活的闭环，让住区成为一个可阅读、可驻足、可感知的精神场所。

这一切，也正回应了今天城市中产的生活愿望：

“在快节奏的都市生活中，有一个地方，慢下来，安放心之所向，即：身居繁华里，归家即度假”。

The comprehensive public art program at City Park is not a mere embellishment, but a multi-dimensional expression of lifestyle.

Inspired by Haipai culture and imagined as a vacation-like living environment, its clear spatial and artistic language closes the loop from culture to daily life—making the community a spiritual destination to read, stay, and feel.

This reflects the aspiration of the contemporary urban middle class:

“In a fast-paced city, to have a place to slow down and rest your heart. A vacation begins at home, even in the midst of it all.”
