樾和林泉是武汉黄陂木兰山上的一间知名的民宿,在携程上一直保持着较高的评分,其最大的特色是场地原址是林场的房子,因为树木参天,幽深宁静;樾和林泉在武汉2020年解封后开业,刚好赶上了周末微度假的流量,至今已过去4年有余;我们年轻的甲方刘总原本准备在森林中做几个住宿类小木屋;但等我们住宿木屋的方案做好,甲方又觉得觉得民宿的经营迫切需要和区域内其他民宿有更多不一样的运营类产品,而住宿类产品反而不是最必须的产品类型。功能上差异化的需求,是本次设计的第一个要求。
Aquatree Resort is a well-known B&B on Mulan Mountain in Huangpi, Wuhan, which has maintained a high rating on Ctrip. Its biggest feature is that the site is a forest farm house, because the trees are towering, deep and quiet. Aquatree Resort opened in Wuhan after the lockdown was lifted in 2020, just in time to catch up with the flow of weekend micro-vacations, and more than 4 years have passed since then. Our young Mr. Liu, the first client member, was originally going to make a few accommodation cabins in the forest. However, when the plan of our accommodation cabin is completed, they feel that the operation of the homestay urgently needs to have more different operation products from other homestays in the region, and the accommodation products are not the most necessary product type. The need for functional differentiation is the first requirement of this design.

踏勘现场的时候,一上一下两个池塘是这片高密度森林中不可多得的两处空地。这种大自然的“留白”形成了一上一下两个气场,于是将木屋设置在上池塘自然形成的土堤坝上,其两个主要景观面一个面向下池塘,一个面向上池塘。
When surveying the site, I found that the two ponds were two rare clearings in this dense forest. This "blank space" of nature creates an aura of one upper and lower aura, so the cabin is set on an earthen embankment naturally formed by the upper pond, and its two main landscape surfaces are one facing the lower pond and the other facing the upper pond.

两个景观面均采用无遮挡的形态来形成框景。面向下池塘的,是6.8米宽的落地玻璃,玻璃外是树木参天的景观。面向上池塘的是3米宽的窗洞,洞口外是宁静的池塘水面。
Both landscape surfaces are framed in an unobstructed form. Facing the pond below, is a 6.8-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling glass with a view of the towering trees. Facing the upper pond is a 3-meter-wide window opening, and outside the entrance is a tranquil pond water.

堤坝顶有四棵大树,想办法避开两侧的两棵大树就自然形成了两个外观的斜切面。另外中间的两棵树无法避开,就在屋面挖洞。堤坝顶宽5米左右,于是将建筑骑在其上,一侧深入到上池塘里,一侧悬挑在土堤的斜坡上。悬挑的结构,最开始的方案是两根柱子——但柱子的方案,下挖会干扰下边坡的挡土墙的稳定性。随将柱子的方案改为斜撑的方案,柱子因而不见了,在视觉形成了悬挑在堤顶上的观感。
There are four large trees at the top of the embankment, and finding a way to avoid the two large trees on both sides naturally creates two beveled facets. The other two trees in the middle could not be avoided, so we dug holes in the roof. The crest of the embankment is about 5 meters wide, so the building is ridden on top of it, one side goes deep into the upper pond, and the other side cantilevers on the slope of the earthen embankment. For the cantilevered structure, the original scheme was two columns – but the column scheme, the excavation would interfere with the stability of the retaining wall of the lower slope. With the change of the plan of the column to the plan of diagonal brace, the column disappeared, and the visual impression of being cantilevered on the top of the embankment was formed.

木屋的主体结构是钢构,外部用黑色的烧杉板包裹,钢构中间加保温矿棉。平面上,中间一个通廊将建筑分成两半,面向上池塘的是温泉泡汤,用砖砌体形成墙体,以方便内墙装饰水洗石的施工。面向下池塘的是疗愈室,用木板形成内外墙体,顶部是木丝板,在中间的钢构中填充保温矿棉。大落地玻璃窗,特意不做踢脚钱、不做窗框分割,让窗外的树木参天之景观“无损”地进入疗愈室的视野。
The main structure of the wooden house is a steel structure, which is wrapped in black burnt cedar board on the outside, and the steel structure is insulated with mineral wool in the middle. On the plane, a corridor in the middle divides the building into two halves, facing the upper pond is a hot spring bath, and the brick masonry forms a wall to facilitate the construction of the interior wall decorative washed stone. Facing the lower pond is the healing room, with wooden planks forming the inner and outer walls, topped by wood wool boards, and filled with insulating mineral wool in the middle steel structure. The large floor-to-ceiling glass windows deliberately do not make kicking money or divide the window frame, so that the towering landscape of trees outside the window can enter the field of vision of the healing room "without damage".

进入疗愈室和日式汤屋的入口,刻意利用斜边与直边的“多余”三角形形成玄关,斜边墙体的遮挡让游客不直接看到建筑内部。两个玄关都悬空在堤坝两侧,有一个耳朵式的阳台——游客侧身绕过斜墙,再踏上悬挑平台。脚下的咚咚响声提醒人注意这里的悬空,经过被挤压后的空间后,再而进入较大的主室内空间,更会被落地大玻璃室外的森林框景而震撼。这又是UAO“景观的建筑”和“自然是设计的第一要素”理念的一次微小实践。
The entrance to the healing room and the bathing house is deliberately made use of the "redundant" triangle of the hypotenuse and straight sides to form the entrance, and the obsessed wall obscures the interior of the building so that visitors do not directly see the interior of the building. Both entrances are suspended on either side of the embankment and have an ear-like balcony – visitors walk sideways around the sloping wall and onto the cantilevered platform. The sound of a thump under your feet reminds you of the suspension here, and after the squeezed space, you will enter the larger main indoor space, and are shocked by the forest frame outside the floor-to-ceiling large glass. This is another small practice of UAO's concept of "architecture of landscape" and "nature is the first element of design".

场地不同的季节变换,使得建筑在四季有着不同的表情。外观选用的黑色烧杉板,让建筑退回去,在内部不开灯的情况,隐藏消失在森林中。小木屋周边不硬化,只铺碎石。
The different seasons of the site make the building have different expressions in the four seasons. The black burnt cedar board used for the exterior makes the building retreat, and disappears into the forest without turning on the lights inside. The perimeter of the cabin is not hardened, only gravel is paved.

这个小盒子不大,周边景色又很丰富。如何让景观合理的被规训进游客的视野,方法就是开洞。所以才会出现两侧的大玻璃和大洞口,但也会出现在中间走廊低矮的看向疗愈室的扁长洞口,还有卫生间的圆洞和泡池休息区的圆洞。这种洞口给景观以框景,强化了静寂的周边环境。
This small box is not big, and the surrounding scenery is very rich. How to make the landscape reasonably discipline into the field of vision of tourists, the way is to open a hole. That's why there are large glasses and large openings on both sides, but there are also long flat openings in the middle corridor that look low into the treatment room, as well as round holes in the bathroom and the soaking pool rest area. This opening frames the landscape and reinforces the silence of the surroundings.

As described in "FALLINGWATER RISING", the feelings of Fallingwater: - "What we feel here is basically a spiritual quality. Almost all of us have fallen under its spell, and from it we have perceived the deepest serenity we have ever encountered in this life. "......" Their lives changed at this moment.
