本案位于浙江省杭州市，这里氤氲着山水卓越的城市韵味，别具江南特色的城市故事。滨江、萧山、杭州奥体世纪城，潮向世界的三大线先行板块，散发着现代、时尚的新摩登气质。一面烟火江南，一面繁华都市，于此我们营构而出一片独特的奢享空间，它代表着自然与建筑的和谐共生，它交融着现代奢华与未来风尚。

This case is located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, where the outstanding urban charm of the landscape, unique Jiangnan characteristics of the city story. Binjiang, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou Olympic Sports Century City, the tide to the world's three lines of the first plate, exudes a modern, fashionable new modern temperament. On the one hand, we create a unique luxury space, which represents the harmonious coexistence of nature and architecture, blending modern luxury and future fashion.

凝萃摩登的造诣

CONCENTRATE ON MODERN ATTAINMENTS

项目以“奢享启幕，摩登秀场”作为展示区概念，旨在打造一个超越传统界限、引领时尚潮流的公共空间，于都市间、于江南里，展开一场空间主题秀，演绎现代摩登生活。

设计整体呈现四幕空间秀场，第一秀：高定界面（高端入口迎宾界面）、第二秀：闲庭归院+幻光之境（水苑回廊）；第三秀：赤橘霞光（后场观赏水苑）、第四秀：夏日格林（莫兰迪花园）。

The project takes the concept of "luxury opening ceremony, modern show" as the exhibition area, aiming to create a public space that transcends traditional boundaries and leads the fashion trend, and launch a space theme show in the cities and in the south of the Yangtze River to interpret modern life.

01 高定界面

HIGH-DEFINITION INTERFACE

展示区入口采用极致对称的布局手法，营造端庄、大气的开场空间氛围。入口两侧花池-高绿篱-景墙相结合塑造三层立面层次感。在景墙材料上呼应建筑色彩与风格，选用明亮隽雅的白玫瑰花岗岩石材，石材的纹理和色彩，与周围的自然环境相得益彰，既凸显了景墙的主体地位，又巧妙地融入了整个展示区的景观之中。

The entrance of the exhibition area adopts the extremely symmetrical layout technique to create a dignified and atmospheric opening space atmosphere. The combination of flower ponds, high hedges and landscape walls on both sides of the entrance creates a sense of stratification of the three-storey facade. Echoing the architectural color and style in the landscape wall material, the selection of bright and elegant white rose granite stone, stone texture and color, and the surrounding natural environment complement each other, not only highlights the main position of the landscape wall, but also cleverly integrated into the whole display area landscape.

在景墙细节上，以不锈钢板嵌精致LOGO符号的做法，形成景墙上的点睛之笔。地面铺装以黄锈石、安哥拉黑、黄金麻三种石材设计出不同拼花造型，打造项目特色符号，凸显摩登定位，演绎高定价值感。

On the details of the landscape wall, the practice of embedding exquisite LOGO symbols in stainless steel plates forms the finishing touch on the landscape wall. The ground pavement uses yellow rust stone, Ango shield and gold hemp to design different parquet shapes to create project characteristic symbols, highlighting modern positioning and deducing a sense of high value.

02 幻光之境

THE REALM OF MAGIC LIGHT

二进院落为伴水而归的江南庭院，一个将江南雅韵与现代审美巧妙融合的后场水苑，这里不仅是视觉的享受，更是心灵的栖息地。

The courtyard of Jiangnan that returns with the water, a water garden that skillfully integrates Jiangnan elegance and modern aesthetics, is not only a visual enjoyment, but also a habitat for the soul.

首先设计结合连廊空间引导人们参观视线，连廊之下巧妙地设计了高级感特色灯具与墙面标识，惊喜与细节无处不在。沿着连廊漫步，步入水苑，层级高差打造花园水瀑、水景四面环绕，结合常绿铁冬青立于水中，营造出水涧优雅之境。

First of all, the design combines the corridor space to guide people to visit the line of sight. Under the corridor, the high-level characteristic lamps and wall signs are cleverly designed. Surprises and details are everywhere. Walk along the corridor, into the water garden, the level difference creates the garden water waterfall, the water scene is surrounded by, combined with evergreen iron Holly in the water, to create the elegant environment of the water stream.

水苑每一处细节都经过精心设计，无论是水面上轻轻漂浮的睡莲，还是美国白金花岗岩包裹的自然绿植，还是水面之下映射的翡翠蓝铺装，都恰到好处地点缀着这片天地。

Every detail of the water garden has been carefully designed, whether it is the water lilies floating gently on the water surface, or the natural green plants wrapped in American white gold granite, or the jade blue pavement mapped below the water surface, are just right to decorate this world.

03 赤橘霞光

RED ORANGE GLOW

后场生活馆对景为遥望旭日东升的观赏水苑，生活馆不设置外部平台及游园路，打造相对纯粹的观赏叠水景观。由室内看出去三层叠水结合立面围挡，水面之上点缀柏坡黄置石，营造自然之意。植物选择上，常绿金桂结合色叶红枫，大叶黄杨球结合小蜡球对景，形成一幅静谧、放松的生活画卷，于洽谈间、于静坐间感受自然之意。

The view of the rear life hall is the view of the water garden looking at the rising sun in the east. The life hall does not set an external platform and a garden road to create a relatively pure view of the overlapping water landscape. From the interior, three layers of overlapping water are combined with the facade enclosure, and Baipo yellow stone is embellished on the water surface to create a sense of nature. In terms of plant selection, evergreen laurel combined with red maple leaves, large leaf boxwood ball combined with small wax ball on the scene, forming a quiet and relaxed life picture, in the negotiation room, in the sitting room to feel the meaning of nature.

04 夏日格林

SUMMER GREEN

沿长廊到达通往样板房的中庭花园，打造而成莫兰迪主题花园，自然静谧，邂逅生活中的温柔色彩。波浪形灌木带间隔排布，郁金香星星点点“冒”出头来，缤纷色彩点缀其中，优雅在不经意间绽放。

Along the promenade to the atrium garden leading to the model house, create a Morandi theme garden, natural quiet, encounter the gentle color of life. The undulating bush is arranged at intervals, and the tulip stars "pop" their heads, which are embellished with colorful colors, and the elegance blooms inadvertently.

花园一侧由室内延伸的咖啡吧台，形成休闲、惬意的户外茶歇空间，由内向外对望而去，花园与建筑回廊相互辉映、绿色渗透，雅致感与摩登感油然而生。

On one side of the garden, the coffee bar extending from the interior forms a leisure and comfortable outdoor tea rest space. Looking from the inside to the outside, the garden and the building corridor reflect each other and penetrate green, and the sense of elegance and modernity arises spontaneously.
