该项目的主题是连接Chitgar森林公园和位于德黑兰第22区的“波斯湾”湖(伊朗最大的人工湖)，两个区域被一条东西向的高速路分隔开。该项目重新定义了传统的桥梁形式，桥并不仅仅只是交通设施，而是成为一种城市的公共空间。

The subject of the project is connection between Chitgar Forest Park zone to the “PERSIAN GULF “lake (The largest man-made lake in Iran) in the 22nd district of Tehran, where the main eastern-western highway splits apart these two zones.The project redefines traditional Iranian bridges such as SioSe Pol bridge that these bridge just does not cross the space, but the space to stop and viewing.

项目场地由湖的南部边缘、湖的分水岭和森林公园北部边界组成。

Project site is consisted of the southern edge of the lake, lake's watershed and part of the forest park northern border.

我们的目的是让公园与湖上的行人和自行车道相连接，最后再让流线回归至湖边。

Our purpose is toconnect the lake's pedestrian and bicycle lane, with the park and ultimately return it to its original path at the verge of the lake.

项目的形成理念与伊朗人的生活方式、文化和娱乐活动息息相关，例如：路边露营是伊朗的文化之一。其次，小城镇的屋顶也可以作为孩子们的游乐场，作为在天气变好时的休息空间与聚集空间，非常重要的一点是，屋顶是伊朗传统建筑的立面形式，因此对于游客来说，骑自行车的人和行人沿着桥走，这会给人一种走在伊朗小镇的感觉一样。

There are two points that merit attention, regarding the formation idea behind this project which is directly associated with Iranian lifestyle and culture and recreation activities.Road side camping is one of the Iranian traveling cultures. second the roofs in small towns also functions for example as playground for the kids, and the resting space is in the warm seasons and space for gathering together and the very important point is that roofs are 5th facade in the Iranian traditional buildings.Now for the visitors as bikers and pedestrians go along the bridge, and this will create the impression as if they are walking over the roofs of the houses in the small town and the alleys among them.

考虑该地区的需求,现有的条件与将来发展的潜力，设计团队决定打造一个能连接南北两个区域并吸引游客的空间，同时为该地区带来一定的投资机会，这是项目的主要目标之一

Considering the needs of the region, the potential of the existing site and the context, the design team decided to bolster and generate new potential to draw tourists' attention in that part along with linking the two zones (Lake& Park)to attract financers, which was one of the main targets of the client.

因此设计中，桥梁形成了一个完美的圆形截面。文化、商业娱乐空间和德黑兰的第一个淡水水族馆被植入模块。它们呈放射状分布在桥下，以便为所有的空间提供平等的视野。

As a result, in the proposed design, the bridge is formed as section of a perfectcircle. Cultural, commercial-recreational spaces, and Tehran's first freshwater aquariumareimplanted into the modules.They are radially formed under the bridge in order toprovidesimilar view for all of themodules.

连接森林公园和湖泊的桥梁是一条沿着商业街顶部延伸的“飘带”，通过多个垂直入口与下面的商业空间连接。它继续向前延伸，形成了一个观景平台，平台经过湖面(没有进入分水岭)，降落在位于丛林公园区域西部边界的免下车电影院。

The bridge connecting the forest park and the lake is a path which stretched along the top of the modules and connects with programs below with multiple vertical accesses. and it continues along and shapes a viewpoint as a deck passes over the lake (without entering the watershed) and lands in drive-in cinema at the western boarder of the site in the jungle park zone.
