吉安·黄竹岭茶田民宿

黄竹岭茶田民宿位于江西省吉安市永新县烟阁乡。烟阁乡作为吉安市2024年旅发大会的其中一个示范点，业主希望在茶田里设计一个民宿，民宿一期包含一个接待空间和五间客房，民宿二期包含七间客房。因为用地条件限制，整个民宿体量需要以单层为主，主要面积均用来布置客房。

Huangzhuling Tea Field Hotel is located in Yange Township, Yongxin County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province. Yange Township is one of the demonstration sites of Ji'an City's 2024 Tourism Development Conference. The owner hopes to design a hotel in the tea field. The first phase of the hotel includes a reception space and five guest rooms, and the second phase includes seven guest rooms. Due to land conditions, the entire hotel volume needs to be mainly single-story, and the main area is used to arrange guest rooms.

茶田四面环山，后方为森林保护区，前方为当地民居和进村的主要的环山公路。项目场地拟定在茶田最高处，背倚森林，可以远眺群山，自然景观资源优秀，视线开阔。新建的民宿如何回应现有的场地氛围成为了我们设计的出发点。

The tea fields are surrounded by mountains, with a forest reserve behind them and local houses and the main mountain road leading to the village in front. The project site is planned to be located at the highest point of the tea fields, with the forest behind it and a view of the mountains in the distance. The natural landscape resources are excellent and the view is wide. How the hotel responds to the existing site atmosphere became the starting point of our design.

“整“与”零“

Clustered and Scattered

民宿一期位于茶田顶部由森林保护线和现状小道共同围合形成的不规则窄条形地块，地块进深方向约15米，面宽方向约50米，呈现与茶田类似的水平向。

The first phase of the hotel is located on an irregular narrow strip of land at the top of the tea field, surrounded by a forest protection line and an existing trail. The land is about 15 meters deep and 50 meters wide, showing a horizontal direction similar to the tea field.

我们首先将功能空间随着场地水平向展开，中部接待空间连接两端的客房，充分利用面宽达到最大化景观视野的目的。其次根据森林保护线和道路形状，对体量进行一定角度的旋转来贴合场地边界，同时对三个体量进行分离，形成漫步空间。最终我们用一个连续的单坡屋面将体量统一为一个整体，不同空间竖向高度的变化，使得连续屋面水平向的建筑轮廓出现了突破，同时空间体验也得到了丰富。

We first expanded the functional space horizontally along the site, and the central reception space connected the guest rooms at both ends, making full use of the width to maximize the landscape view. Secondly, according to the forest protection line and the shape of the road, the volume was rotated at a certain angle to fit the site boundary, and the three volumes were separated to form a walking space. Finally, we used a continuous single-slope roof to unify the volume into a whole. The change in the vertical height of different spaces made a breakthrough in the horizontal architectural outline of the continuous roof, and at the same time, the spatial experience was enriched.

民宿二期位于现状小道的两边，没有确定的用地边界。我们将七间客房拆分成四栋简洁的盒子分别置于道路两侧，简洁明确的方盒子可以最大化降低其自身的形象感，从而融入到一期和现状自然环境。

The second phase of the hotel is located on both sides of the existing path, without a definite land boundary. We split the seven guest rooms into four simple boxes and placed them on both sides of the road. The simple and clear square boxes can minimize their own image and thus integrate into the first phase and the existing natural environment.

“轻”的设计

Light design

面对现有的场地氛围，除了体量上的规划外，设计之始还有一个挥之不去的执念——“轻”的设计。一方面觉得建筑需要较少的对现有的环境作出破坏，另一方面需要建筑在落成后给人以开敞，轻松的体验。

In the face of the existing site atmosphere, in addition to the volume planning, there is another lingering obsession at the beginning of the design - "light" design. On the one hand, it is felt that the building needs to cause less damage to the existing environment, and on the other hand, the building needs to give people an open and relaxing experience after completion.

结构的“轻”

The "light" of the structure

结构的“轻”是一种减少过多对土地破坏，方便施工的策略。设计上我们将房子抬高至所在区域最高点的平面，结构部分以钢柱形式落下，避免了对现有土地的硬化，主体钢结构、木屋架则由工厂加工好后，现场螺栓固定即可。

The "light" of the structure is a strategy to reduce excessive damage to the land and facilitate construction. In terms of design, we raised the house to the highest point in the area, and the structural part fell in the form of steel columns to avoid hardening the existing land. The main steel structure and wooden roof frame were processed by the factory and then bolted on site.

空间的“轻”

The "light" of the space

一条廊子，一座亭子没有明确的使用功能，与自然融为一体，这样的空间是“轻”的，一个房间有确定的边界和私密性需求，这样的空间是“重”的。设计上我们压缩“重”的空间，使其满足使用需求，放大“轻”的空间，对“重”的空间进行包裹，使得民宿的每个角落均可与自然互动，同时，对于接待空间这种公共属性较强的空间，朝向茶田和深林的面均可全部打开，形成一定意义上的“亭子”。

A corridor or a pavilion has no clear function and is integrated with nature. Such a space is "light". A room has a certain boundary and privacy requirement, and such a space is "heavy". In terms of design, we compress the "heavy" space to meet the usage needs, enlarge the "light" space, and wrap the "heavy" space, so that every corner of the homestay can interact with nature. At the same time, for the reception space with strong public attributes, the sides facing the tea fields and deep forests can be fully opened to form a "pavilion" in a certain sense.

材料的“轻”

材料的“轻”是确定完结构和空间后的进一步表达，材料的“轻”最表象也最直观。设计上大面积的使用白色和金属构造，以传达出轻盈现代的第一视觉感受，墙面和二期屋面饰面材料均选用了白色波纹板，在白天阳光洒下来的时候，房子则成了自然光影的背景板。一期的屋面我们选用了松木木瓦，首先，木瓦与木结构的整体体系使得屋面独立于墙面呈现出其自身轻盈的特性，另外，这也是我们对于材料的“轻”的第二层理解，它来源于自然，会随着时间而变化。

The "light" of the material is a further expression after the structure and space are determined. The "light" of the material is the most superficial and intuitive. The design uses a large area of white and metal structures to convey a light and modern first visual experience. White corrugated boards are used for the wall and the second phase roof finishing materials. When the sun shines down during the day, the house becomes a background board for natural light and shadow. We chose pine shingles for the roof of the first phase. First of all, the overall system of shingles and wooden structures makes the roof independent of the wall and presents its own light characteristics. In addition, this is also our second level of understanding of the "light" of the material. It comes from nature and will change over time.
