应该说接到这个项目任务还也是各种机缘，按照一般画风这样重要的项目往往伴随着时间紧任务急，作为华润集团全国最重要的项目，因此项目自带吸睛属性，有着无与伦比的关注和超凡脱俗的设计要求。

项目位于城市极佳的位置，需要承载起华润全国 TOP 级的价值感和设计力。可以说还没有动笔就感受到铺面而来的压力。所有复杂的问题，往往只需要简单的策略，既然场地面对都市的繁华喧嚣，项目还需要展示面向未来的生活可能，那么“自然”这个温和持续的要素就有能成为项目的最重要底色和线索。在近 300 米的项目沿街界面，我们希望将复杂的关系统筹成为一个有机的整体，“都市视窗”的设计策略帮助场地巧妙的连接各种交通关系，而且使其呈现出未来都市核心的场所魅力。开放、简洁、流畅的景观场景与建筑巧妙融合，成为都市之心视觉盛景。作为彰显项目极其惊人的未来价值，设计中也会运用一些体现力度的元素来实现其厚重，永续的品质。有着经典的斯卡帕元素的景墙，连廊，光影序厅，在多姿迷人的自然种植的绿植环境中形成都市秘境的韵味。每每行人穿行，无不心领其中细腻温存的礼遇关怀，生活值得如此美好！复杂的转场空间将最后花园场景隐匿的自然神秘，有着神性丁达尔光从葱郁的杂木林中悄然透出。像积木一般几何错落的绿植与林荫庇护的院子展示着在未来生活惬意的图景。

回到最初的问题，“何为万象新生？”，我们舍去当下流行的奢石物料，也不标榜所谓空间叙事修辞，只是选择了最舒适最简单的方式去“连接、”“缝合”、“重塑”场地。景观没有试图喧宾夺主的去展示力量和奇艺夺目的设计感，自然多姿的光线，色彩素丽的绿植，朴实亲和的石质，将万象之景悄无声息的展现出来。

“万象新生”也许就是对抗极致的物质欲，跋扈的统一感，甚至有意去消除空间场景中的阶级感或宗教氛围。（虽然设计师很迷恋这样的手法）。自然自在，自然而然，不超然绝世，反而能经典温存。本案设计是近年少有的难度，在超高关注度下，所有的关切都会变成超倍焦虑。而一个追求极致卓越的挑战能否实现，也许就没有标准答案。而极致卓越本身也不一定代表绝对正确，把一切留给时间，让自然的万象之力，来愈合缝携人们愿景和嘱托。

最美的建筑与景观，应该是建筑在时间之上的，时间会给出一切答案。

"Receiving this project assignment seems to be a confluence of various opportunities. Typically, such significant projects come with tight timelines and urgent tasks. As one of the most important projects for China Resources Group nationwide, this project inherently draws attention and demands extraordinary design requirements.

Located in an excellent urban position, it needs to embody the top-level values and design prowess of China Resources nationwide. Even before starting, one can feel the imminent pressure. Often, complex problems require simple strategies. Given that the site faces the bustling city, the project aims to showcase possibilities for future living, making 'nature' a crucial foundation and theme. Along the nearly 300 meters of street-facing interface, our goal is to seamlessly integrate complex systems into an organic whole. The design strategy of 'urban windows' assists in cleverly connecting various transportation elements, presenting the allure of a future urban core. Open, clean, and fluid landscape scenes integrate ingeniously with the architecture, becoming a visual spectacle at the heart of the city. To demonstrate the astonishing future value of the project, the design incorporates elements that exhibit solidity and enduring quality. Walls, corridors, and halls with classic Scarpa elements form an intriguing urban sanctuary within the lush greenery of nature. As people traverse these spaces, they experience delicate care and consideration, making life wonderfully enjoyable. The intricate transitional spaces subtly conceal the natural mystique of the final garden scene, where divine rays filter through the dense grove of trees. Geometrically arranged greenery akin to building blocks, along with courtyards sheltered by canopies, showcase a delightful vision of comfortable living in the future.

Returning to the initial question, 'What is the renewal of all things?'—we eschew the current trend of luxurious stone materials and do not boast about spatial narrative rhetoric. Instead, we opt for the most comfortable and straightforward way to 'connect,' 'sew,' and 'reshape' the site. The landscape doesn't seek to overshadow with displays of power or dazzling designs; it quietly unveils the myriad scenes through natural, diverse light, vibrant greenery, and unassuming, welcoming stone. 'Renewal of all things' might be the resistance against extreme materialism, overbearing uniformity, or even intentionally eradicating class distinctions or religious atmospheres within spatial settings (although the designers are quite enamored with such techniques). Being natural and effortless, rather than transcendent or otherworldly, can exude classic warmth. This case's design represents a rarity in recent years—a high difficulty level coupled with excessive attention, turning every concern into heightened anxiety. Whether a pursuit of ultimate excellence can be achieved may not have a definitive answer. Furthermore, ultimate excellence itself does not necessarily denote absolute correctness. Everything is left to time, allowing the natural forces of renewal to mend and fulfill people's visions and aspirations."

长隆万博悦府项目坐落于，广州长隆万博 CBD 中心。它链接了万象商业和世界闻名的长隆乐园。当我们初踏足这片土地时，都市的最繁华的核心的地方，居然有这么一片宁静之所，巨大的树木，包括桉树、大王、椰子，甚至榕树，是上百年成片成林的，这样的一片树木，非常难得的一块奇迹之地。

The Chimelong Wanbo Yue Mansion project is located in the CBD center of Chimelong Wanbo, Guangzhou. It links Vientiane business with the world-famous Chimelong Paradise. When we first set foot on this land, the most prosperous core of the city, there is such a quiet place, huge trees。

我们以“生命的礼赞“作为设计主题，通过浪、树、光、风的自然生息，唤起场地记忆。在这个城市画面里面描绘了既有像艺术馆、博物馆一样俊秀的建筑，同时也有干净的自然城市界面。

With the theme of "Celebration of Life", we evoke the memory of the site through the natural habitat of waves, trees, light and wind. In this urban picture, there are beautiful buildings like art galleries and museums, and clean nature at the same time.

当客人从城市到达这块场地的时候，我们想创造一种经典的领域的场景，这种经典的领域场景里面，我们用了极简主义大师卡罗斯卡帕的极典的一些空间设计的场景和元素，这些元素里面，它最终被处理成了安静的墙面，非常简洁的材质，静谧而充满神性的空间，而这些空间又和周边的自然元素共同去构成了这块场地的底色。

When guests arrive at this site from the city, we want to create a classic realm scene, in which we use some scenes and elements of the minimalist master Karos Capa's classic space design, in which it is finally processed into quiet walls, very simple materials, quiet and divine spaces, and these spaces together with the surrounding natural elements form the background color of this site.

我们把生硬的空间让渡给了柔软的自然，将这些经典的元素在我们的场地里面得到了重新的组成。这样，每一个到达的人，都能感受到这里的每一棵花草树木，在空间里形成的自然领域。

We surrendered the rigid space to the soft nature, and reconstituted these classic elements in our venue. In this way, everyone who arrives, and even every flower, tree, and everything here, is treated with a sense of domain and respect.

在空间的处理上，利用有着经典的斯卡帕元素，通过建构手法，形成了疏朗有致的体块关系。以尽量少的构成元素，素雅的立面材质，干净的视觉体验，将序厅、连廊，以一种神性的艺术氛围作为自然的背景。

With as few constituent elements as possible, elegant façade materials, and clean visual experience, the preface hall and corridor are used as a natural background with a divine artistic atmosphere.

每一个窗口都像是一幅名画的画框，去框写着不同的状态，它是一个充满魔法的花园和森林。因此，我们希望调度最神圣的自然元素，就包括我们的光，我们的风和我们的植物的色彩。

那这些元素在空间里面被进行了很巧妙的重新的组成，到达的人穿过我们的像迷雾一样的森林，像几何切割一样的这些植物的体块的时候，它能获得一种全新不同的场景和感受，而这种场景感受就正是光赋予给这个空间的一种奇妙的润色和滤镜。

These elements are cleverly reconstituted in the space, and when the person who arrives passes through our misty forest, like geometric cuts, these plant blocks, it can obtain a new and different scene and feeling, and this scene feeling is a wonderful touch and filter given by light to this space.

像我们的植物，它可能会呈现出一种五彩斑斓的绿，在早晚不同的时节都有自己独特的质感和色彩表现。

People look back at the scenery passing through, and all the arrangements are for the tranquility of this moment. In the breeze, you can see the shadows of the trees and the greenery, creating a realm of tranquility and luxury. ...

光影交织，阳光洒下剪影，人与环境先互为风景。简约大气的空间 , 一花一树一光影。整体色系温暖又绿意的植物元素营造出天然的优雅，继而又进一步柔软人与人的社交边界。

Light and shadow are intertwined, the sun shines on the silhouette, and people and the environment are each other's scenery first. The simple and atmospheric space, a flower, a tree, a light and shadow, and the warm and green plant elements of the overall color system create a natural elegance, and then further soften the social boundaries between people.

错落的植物盒子空间与连廊的光影呼应，我们把自然光当做空间的灵魂，它赋予了空间新的生命力。

The scattered plant box space echoes the light and shadow of the corridor, and we regard natural light as the soul of the space, which gives the space new vitality.

重新切分空间的比例，让蓬蓬的植物结合景石在不同时间点，呈现出不同的面貌。这就是自然本身的奇迹。

The proportions of the space are re-divided, so that the plants of the fluffy canopy can be combined with the landscape stones at different points in time to present different appearances. This is the miracle of nature itself.

城市喧嚣 , 每个人都需要一个放松身心的地方 , 感受大自然纯粹的时刻。享一杯咖啡，品一本书籍，感受树下微风的凉爽，触摸树梢抚过额头的惬意。

The hustle and bustle of the city and everyone needs a place to relax and feel the pure moments of nature. Enjoy a cup of coffee, sip a book, feel the cool breeze under the trees, and touch the treetops to caress your forehead.

极简、自然、生态、野趣的轻松花境，清冷色调之下的抑制表达，一种自然的艺术，一种清新的心境，一种素雅的品味。

Minimalist, natural, ecological, wild and interesting relaxed flower landscape, inhibited expression under cold tones, a natural art, a fresh state of mind, a simple taste.

我们觉得最大的一个设计的内容，就是怎么去将车水马龙的城市景象和这么一块静谧之地的治安场所去把它融合在一起，形成一种新的一种城市的奇迹或者是机会。

我们选择以公共空间的逻辑，将复杂的关系统筹成为一个有机的整体，缝合城市过渡到自然的超长公共界面。为匹配建筑艺术馆调性，我们以“都市视窗”的设计策略帮助场地巧妙的连接各种交通关系，而且使其呈现出未来都市核心的场所魅力。开放、简洁、流畅的景观场景与建筑巧妙融合，成为都市之心视觉盛景。

We choose to use the logic of public space to integrate complex relationships into an organic whole, stitching the transition from the city to a natural ultra-long public interface. In order to match the tonality of the Architecture Art Museum, we used the design strategy of "Urban Window" to help the site cleverly connect various

transportation relationships, and make it present the charm of the place of the future urban core. The open, concise and smooth landscape scene is cleverly integrated with the building, becoming a visual grandeur in the heart of the city.

静谧的、温和的植物和景观的场景，整个这个场景在人的使用的过程中再去产生一种奇妙的变化，让每一个人都能有很舒服的一种体验。

The quiet, gentle plant and landscape scene, the whole scene in the process of human use to produce a wonderful change, so that everyone can have a very comfortable experience.

我们希望来到这个场地，经历了我们给大家创造的这一幕幕的场景和画面，最终获得大家的一种认可，大家作为普通人，在找寻奇迹的过程中，最终我们成为去找寻奇迹的观望者、缔造者，最后成为亲历者。我们希望把这一切送给未来长隆万博悦府每一位业主，可以拥有的一个家。

We hope to come to this venue, experience the scenes and pictures that we have created for everyone, and finally get a kind of recognition from everyone, as ordinary people, in the process of finding miracles, we eventually become spectators, creators, and finally witnesses to find miracles. We hope to give all this to every owner of Chimelong Wanbo Yue Mansion in the future, a home that can be owned.
