住宅位于圣保罗Amparo市的Serra da Mantiqueira，全部为钢筋混凝土浇筑而成。

The house is located in the Serra da Mantiqueira, in the city of Amparo, Sao Paulo. The building system is all reinforced concrete cast on site.

场地周围拥有陡峭的斜坡和优越的视野，因此我们选择将住宅设计成一个“观景平台”，让居住者拥有宽阔的空间与无限的视野。

The nature of the site, with steep incline and privileged view we chose to design the residence towards the formation of a platform, with a public and wide dimension.

客厅、餐厅、厨房和洗衣房较开放的空间，气候边界大部分都是玻璃，这样能使居住者在空间里的视野得以无限开放。

In the shaded area, which features the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry area, much of it is glazed allowing, this way, the full visibility of the external environment.

夜晚，城市的灯光柔和地照亮了周围的环境。

At night, the city lights softly illuminate the ambients.

较小的体量容纳了私密的使用区域，如卧室、浴室、电视房和办公室，因为它提供了与房间更亲密的关系，面向东方，被对面的挡土墙封闭，二层是一个可供当地人作为娱乐空间的平面空间。

The lower volume houses the intimate use areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, TV room and office. This organization of the program and spaces was chosen because it provides greater intimacy to the rooms, oriented to the east and closed by the retaining wall to the opposite side. Coverage serves floor to the second floor, creating a possible flat space to be used by the locals as recreational space.
