黑石岛是成都麓湖起步区的收官项目,位于麓湖生态城核心区域,外环内湾水系环抱,占据优越的生态景观与门户优势。然而,突如其来的“限墅令”使得业主原本委托国际顶级事务所设计的独栋别墅方案无法实施推进。
Blackstone Island concludes the inaugural phase of Luxelakes Eco-City, anchoring its core with a setting defined by meandering waterways and sweeping ecological vistas. Poised as both a visual and functional gateway, the site embodies a rare confluence of natural beauty and strategic prominence. However, the abrupt enforcement of villa restrictions abruptly halted plans for bespoke single-detached designs crafted by a renowned international studio, compelling a reimagining of the project’s architectural vision.
面对稀缺的场地资源、既定的高端项目定位,以及对周边居住区生活品质和整体调性的考虑,业主仍希望黑石岛能延续别墅类产品的特性和价值。
Despite these challenges—limited site resources, a high-end project brief, and the need to maintain the coherence and quality of the surrounding residential community—the client was determined to uphold the defining characteristics and inherent value of villa-style living at Blackstone Island.
作为首个受邀参与起步区住宅设计的中国本土事务所,line+联合创始人、主持建筑师孟凡浩受万华集团委托,与业主共创研发全新叠墅产品——垂直五连墅。通过类型学理论的创新运用,解决传统叠墅“洋房化”的问题,创造出“有天、有地、有花园”的独墅式居住体验,为业主实现又一次的产品迭代。
As the first Chinese firm invited to design residential spaces in the district, line+ Co-Founder and Chief Architect Meng Fanhao collaborated with WIDE to develop the Vertical Five-Unit Villa, an entirely new residential typology. By innovatively applying principles of typology, design overcomes the common issue of stacked villas resembling apartment blocks. Instead, it delivers a reimagined single-family living experience with private gardens, ground-level access, and rooftop terraces, achieving a refined iteration of villa-style living that aligns seamlessly with the client’s ambitions.
01 垂直五连墅
01 Vertical Five-Unit Villas
24米限高、1.5容积率的规划条件,按照常规的容量测算,可得到18栋六层建筑。我们试图对不同的户型进行拆解和重组,力求空间效率的最大化和居住体验的优化。
Under a 24-meter height limit and a 1.5 floor area ratio, conventional planning would yield 18 six-story buildings. Instead, the design reconfigures unit types to maximize spatial efficiency and elevate living quality.
每栋建筑的5个户型被拆解为5个单元体块,进行垂直叠加;首层花园资源立体化分配,确保其100%的利用;立面形式与户型完全对应,将六层大尺度化解成小尺度单元,并得到了化整为零的立面语言。
The five units in each building are broken down into modular blocks and vertically stacked. Ground-level gardens are allocated in a three-dimensional configuration, ensuring full utilization. The facade design corresponds directly to the unit layouts, breaking the large six-story structure into smaller, human-scaled modules, resulting in a fragmented yet cohesive facade language.

独享私密性是独栋别墅区别于叠拼类产品最重要的一个特点。在空间资源分配上,我们强调户户独立,强化墅感,为每户都提供独立的入户花园及储藏空间、电梯厅、地下车库和院落露台。
Privacy, a hallmark of single-family villas, distinguishes them from other stacked housing typologies. To preserve this sense of exclusivity, the design ensures each unit has its own entry garden, storage space, elevator lobby, underground garage, and terrace courtyard, enhancing the villa-like experience.

北面的入户界面被全部分配给中叠和上叠单元,下叠单元则通过侧向进入。下叠单元配有前后双院落,并在夹层设有下沉露天庭院;中叠单元享有空中院落,而上叠单元连通顶层观景院落空间,实现居住体验的均衡。
The middle and upper units occupy the northern entry facade, while lower units are accessed through side pathways. Lower units feature dual courtyards at the front and back, complemented by sunken patios integrated with the mezzanine level. Middle units offer elevated courtyards, while upper units connect directly to rooftop gardens. This thoughtful arrangement ensures an equitable and elevated living experience for all residents.
02 去标准层化的双立面
02 De-standardized Dual Facades
立面设计出于两方面的考虑:一是多样性,如何通过基本单元的演变来发展整座岛屿的居住形态,回应业主对建筑个性的极致追求;二是对视野和视线的回应,确保主要景观面最大化视野,侧向避免对视。
The facade design reflects two primary goals: fostering architectural diversity by evolving basic unit forms to shape the island’s unique residential character and meeting the client’s demand for individuality, while also addressing sightlines to maximize views of key landscapes and minimize lateral overlooking between units.
与住宅单元化分解相对应,我们从“线-面”和“面-体”两种立面与形体的对应关系入手,提出了两种化整为零的立面语言策略。这两种立面语言在总图布局中交替间隔使用,“面-体”语言的侧向包裹解决了户间对视的问题,有效保障了每户的私密性。
To achieve these objectives, two complementary facade strategies—"line-plane" and "plane-volume"—were developed. Alternating across the site, the "plane-volume" approach uses lateral enclosures to prevent inter-unit overlooking, ensuring privacy for each residence.
“线-面”组合的设计语言运用了倒置L形的立体折板将各个居住单元包裹起来,同时可以作为延展的活动平台。12种不同高度和长度的折板错落叠加,在立面上形成利落舒展的横向线条;竖向上引入不同疏密程度的修饰线条,使建筑表情更具亲和力。
The "line-plane" strategy incorporates inverted L-shaped folded plates, which wrap individual units and double as extended activity platforms. These plates, in twelve varying heights and lengths, create horizontal rhythms across the facade, complemented by vertical detailing that softens the overall architectural expression.

“面-体”组合的设计灵感来源于“积木”。17种不同形态的小体块通过堆叠、咬合、错位等方式,生成一个个灵动跳跃的小单元立面,这些立面承载和映射出每一户的个性化生活场景。体块之间的组合和拼接突破了标准层上下关系,使立面整体更为灵动丰富。
Inspired by building blocks, the "plane-volume" strategy uses seventeen distinct modular forms stacked, interlocked, and offset to produce animated and unique facades for individual units. These dynamic arrangements reflect the personalized lifestyles of residents while breaking conventional vertical order, resulting in a facade that is rich in depth and character.

由于U型场地的特殊性,所有单体均有临湖和临街两个主要立面,因此在同一建筑语言下形成了两种立面表情:临湖面轻盈通透,以大尺度的玻璃面、露台阳台为主,强调生活与湖景、自然的互动;临街面则更内向,采用更具层次感的设计手法,在近人尺度增加视觉丰富度。
Owing to the U-shaped layout, every unit features dual facades: one facing the lake and the other the street. The lake-facing facade emphasizes openness and transparency, integrating expansive glass surfaces, terraces, and balconies to create a seamless connection with the natural surroundings. In contrast, the street-facing facade adopts a more introspective approach, with layered designs that enrich the visual experience at pedestrian level.
03 极致的空间尺度
03 Maximized Spatial Dimensions
方正的单元体块设计,使居住空间的尺度利用最大化,同时将居住体验推向极致。下叠单元充分利用地形优势,将负一层转化为临湖景观面,与地下夹层形成近7米挑高、L形超长转角全景客厅,提供通透且无遮挡的观湖视野和宽敞的活动空间。
The modular, rectangular design of the units optimizes spatial utilization while delivering an unparalleled living experience. The lower units capitalize on the site’s natural slope, converting the basement level into a lakeside-facing space. This design integrates a mezzanine to create a 7-meter-high L-shaped panoramic corner living room, offering uninterrupted lake views and generous activity areas.
中叠单元贯穿二层空间,实现动静分区,9.2米超大面宽客厅和阳台设计为住户带来极佳的视野延展性,与湖面景观形成互动,进一步弥补了传统叠墅中院落空间的缺失。
The middle units span two floors, ensuring a functional division between active and private spaces. A 9.2-meter-wide living room and balcony extend the visual connection to the lake, fostering a dynamic interaction with the landscape and compensating for the traditional absence of courtyard spaces in stacked villa designs.
上叠单元以近26米的面宽,结合顶层观景院落共同构建约7米挑高的核心空间,并在转角布置多处露台,充分释放空中观景的开阔感与独特性。
The upper units stretch across a remarkable 26-meter facade width. Together with rooftop courtyards, they form a 7-meter-high core living area. Strategically placed terraces at the corners amplify the sense of openness, offering residents an exceptional aerial perspective and a distinctive sense of connection to the surrounding environment.
04 以长期主义为导向的产品工艺
04 Craftsmanship Guided by Long-Term Vision
两种立面语言通过差异化选材策略,塑造出截然不同的建筑气质。“线-面”策略选用木纹金属板、深灰色石材、水泥纤维板或金属波纹板,展现沉稳利落的质感,并强化横向的延展性与韵律感。“面-体”策略则采用浅灰铝板、蓝眼睛大理石等浅色系材料,通过体块的堆叠与交错,传递轻盈灵动的视觉效果。
Rooted in a long-term perspective, the project’s craftsmanship employs two facade languages defined by distinct material choices, creating sharply contrasting architectural expressions. The "line-plane" strategy uses materials such as wood-grain metal panels, dark gray stone, cement fiberboard, and corrugated metal, projecting a grounded, clean aesthetic while enhancing horizontal flow and rhythm. Meanwhile, the "plane-volume" strategy adopts lighter materials, including light gray aluminum panels and Blue Eyes marble, with stacked and interlocked volumes that evoke a sense of lightness and vitality.
在材料拼接和细部处理方面,我们通过Revit技术对节点进行精细研究,并在施工现场进行多轮打样验证,以高精度和严标准深化设计。建造过程中严控每一环节,确保项目的完成度与高品质感,实现长期主义的建筑价值。
Attention to detail in material junctions and finishes was achieved through Revit-based precision studies, followed by multiple rounds of on-site prototyping to refine the design. The construction process was meticulously managed at every stage to ensure both exceptional quality and a sense of timeless architectural value.

As mass-market real estate development winds down, the new era of real estate brings heightened expectations and unprecedented challenges to residential design. The Vertical Five-Unit Villas at Luxelakes Blackstone Island exemplify an experimental response to this transformation.
设计通过深入研究居住空间的类型与形态,为项目量身定制解决方案,深度挖掘居住产品的创新潜力与独特价值。70户产品一经推出,即以近10万元/平方米的售价和迅速去化,引发成都豪宅市场的热烈反响。市场的正向反馈也再次证明了我们以研究型创新设计为核心、以长期主义为导向的路径可行性。
Through an in-depth exploration of residential typologies and spatial configurations, the design team developed tailored solutions that maximize the innovative potential and unique value of the project. Upon its launch, the 70-unit development achieved rapid sales at premium pricing, generating significant attention in Chengdu's luxury housing market. This strong market response reaffirms the viability of a research-driven, innovation-centered, and long-term-oriented design approach.
