设计理念旨在解决两座建筑面对面的时候的"隐私问题"。在地下室停车层上留有1.5米的土层深度,在两栋楼的正面精心挑选并种植了10-12米高的成熟树木。这为1-4楼的住户创造了极好的私密性,在他们的单元前种植了分层的植物,使他们可以尽情地打开窗帘。
The design concept aims to solve out "privacy issue" which typically happened when 2 buildings are standing face to face. With structural allowance of 1.5m. soil depth over parking floor on the basement, 10-12m.high mature trees are carefully selected and planted along in front of the both building facades. This creates super privacy for residents from 1st-4th floor with layering of planting in front of their units, allow them to fully open their curtain as much as they want.

另一个场地的问题是它的位置,场地周边没有可以利用的视野。因此40m游泳池被放置在院子的中心,在整个空间中以强烈的轴线运行,以创造项目自己的景观,同时也使苏坤逸的绿洲与该项目中种植的数百棵树一起产生双重影响。
Another site problem is its location that has none benefit of view. 40m. Swimming pool is put in the center of the courtyard, running in strong axis throughout the space to create project's own super view and also double the impact of the oasis of sukhumvit together with hundred of trees planted in this projects.

当用户从窗口看风景时,软景的层次感被有意设计得像一幅画。窗框就像画框一样,每个面向绿洲的窗户都有前景、中景、焦点和背景的层次。
Layering of softscape are intentionally designed like a painting when users taking the view from their window. With window frame acts like picture frame, there are foreground, middle ground, focal point and background layered for every window facing the oasis.
