龙湖·熙上位于苏州园区美丽的青剑湖北侧，唯澄路南侧地块，周边交通便捷，总用地面积为24000㎡，周围自然环境得天独厚。苏州历来又有文人故里，园林之乡的美誉，历史底蕴深厚，人文风情醇正。

LONGFOR CENTRAL is located in the beautiful north side of Qingjian in Suzhou park and the south side of Weicheng road. The surrounding traffic is convenient, with a total land area of 24000 square meters, and the surrounding natural environment is unique. Suzhou has always been known as the hometown of literati and the hometown of gardens. It has a profound history and rich humanistic customs.

新苏州生活在于塑造场地记忆，对文人精致生活情趣的传承。当进入龙湖•熙上的时候，一帧帧场景传递出的细腻情感，将我们从现代生活直白单一的语境中暂时抽离。在坐对围踱之间与旧时文人对话，从传统看现在，乐享生活情趣的回归。

The new Suzhou life is to shape the memory of the site and inherit the refined life taste of the literati. When we enter LONGFOR CENTRAL, the delicate emotions conveyed by each scene temporarily separate us from the straightforward and single context of modern life. From the perspective of tradition, we can enjoy the return of life.

设计理念 Design concept

以“水墨染青衣、湖里话姑苏”为设计理念”根植苏州园林文化基因，提炼现代中式造景手法。融合徐杨描绘姑苏美景的故事主线，把“归家”-“书画”-“室庐”-“花木”-“四季”极致自然景观融入大区主要轴线形成轴线观景“五重奏”。将“四时佳境”融入巷道之内 打造“万春”-“清风”-“秋影”-“霁雪”的宜居四景展现苏州情怀，将人性化利用运动环，龙小湖主题乐园以及室内健身房，会客厅等在北区360°全面绽放。

Based on the design concept of "ink dyeing green clothes, talking about Suzhou in the lake", this paper rooted in the cultural gene of Suzhou gardens and refined the modern Chinese landscaping techniques. Integrating Xu Yang's story line of describing the beautiful scenery of Suzhou, the ultimate natural landscape of "returning home", "calligraphy and painting", "rooms", "flowers and trees" and "four seasons" is integrated into the main axis of the region to form a "Quintet" of axis viewing. The "four seasons" is integrated into the roadway to create four livable scenes of "Wanchun", "Qingfeng", "Qiuying" and "Jixue", showing the feelings of Suzhou. The humanized use of sports ring, longxiaohu theme park, indoor gymnasium and reception hall will be in full bloom in the North District.

▽【归家 / 登门望府】[Go home / Visit home]

延续画卷里面的姑苏建筑形态和空间形态，提取歇山式屋顶特点、入口大堂的前堂影壁、玄关转换，用现代中式手法“大繁至简、返璞归真”。《姑苏繁华图》赋予夹绢玻璃景墙之上，苏州新生活的人文意境若隐若现。

Continuing the architectural form and spatial form of Suzhou in the painting, extracting the characteristics of Xieshan roof, the front wall of the entrance hall, and the transformation of the porch, using modern Chinese techniques to "simplify and return to the original". "The picture of Suzhou's prosperity" endows the new life of Suzhou with the humanistic mood looming on the silk glass wall.

[Hidden but beautiful spot] Hiding in the houses, hidden but beautiful spot.

“室庐”提取硬山顶形态、门窗的虚实结合、瓦楞的排序等，以现代中式手法把这些元素融合进去，同时通过延长屋顶斜面，界定步入入户花园前的空间，并增加神秘感。

"Shilu" extracts the shape of hard hilltop, the combination of virtual and real doors and windows, and the order of corrugations, and integrates these elements with modern Chinese methods. At the same time, by extending the roof slope, it defines the space before entering the garden, and increases the sense of mystery.

[Alleys of sparse trees] Shuttling through the sparse forest alleys, watching the changes of light and shadow.

“闲庭信步、曲径通幽”，是我们对巷道的空间解读。随着入户小径缓缓转入，两侧序列的灌木带和林荫树阵形成了舒适惬意的围合空间。

"Leisurely walking in the courtyard, winding path leading to seclusion" is our spatial interpretation of the roadway. As the entrance path turns slowly, the shrub belt and tree array on both sides form a comfortable enclosed space.

活动区通过塑胶图案描绘出海洋场景，跳出传统游戏乐园设计模式针对三个不同年龄阶段的内容和需求，定制专属游乐设施。将自然花园融合在乐园里，种植遮荫大乔木和各种色彩花卉，帮助孩子们了解自然界。

In the activity area, the ocean scene is depicted with plastic patterns, which is different from the traditional design mode of game park. According to the content and needs of three different age groups, the exclusive amusement facilities are customized. Integrate the natural garden into the paradise, and plant large shade trees and colorful flowers to help children understand the nature.

▽【架空层】[overhead layer]

本项目三个架空层空间位于住区北侧，围绕健康跑道点状布局，三个架空层空间作为户外景观的延续和过渡，不仅丰富了整个社区的功能场地，也模糊室内外的边界，挖掘更深层次的空间体验。功能合理设置为：户外会客厅，低中龄儿童活动空间，活力健身房。

The three overhead floor spaces of the project are located in the north of the residential area, with a point layout around the healthy runway. As the continuation and transition of the outdoor landscape, the three overhead floor spaces not only enrich the functional site of the whole community, but also blur the boundaries inside and outside the room, so as to excavate a deeper space experience. The reasonable functions are: outdoor reception hall, activity space for young and middle-aged children, energy gym.
