目位于宁波市荆州区，是城市热点区域。整体风格上续写格拉美西公园的传奇，融入美国19世纪的浪漫情调，打造私享、静谧、雅致的花园居所。

The project is located in Jingzhou District of Ningbo City, which is a hot area of the city. In the overall style, it continues the legend of Gramercy Park, integrates the romantic sentiment of the 19th century, and creates a private, quiet and elegant garden residence.

设计说明

在纽约，公园有两种。中央公园是属于整个纽约的沸腾公园，格拉美西则代表少数人私享的静谧与奢华。穿越层层喧嚣之后抵达心灵的安定成为了曼哈顿最昂贵的宁静。

In New York, there are two kinds of parks. Central Park is a lively Park belonging to the whole new York City, while Gramercy represents the quiet and luxury enjoyed by a few people. After going through the layers of noise, the peace of mind becomes the most expensive peace in Manhattan.

不同于传统豪宅的张扬，从松江路经过，你甚至无法一眼找到他的入口。相反的，蔓延而出的绿色却可以牢牢抓住你的眼球。归家连廊连接着各处诗意的花园，配合精致的直线语言，增强了空间的仪式感。这里也是休憩的好去处，光束缓缓移动变幻，似乎时间也会在这里慢下来。

Different from the publicity of traditional luxury houses, you can't even find his entrance at a glance when you pass through Songjiang Road. On the contrary, the spread of green can hold your eyes firmly. The return corridor connects poetic gardens, and the exquisite linear language enhances the ritual sense of the space. Here is also a good place to have a rest. The light beam moves slowly and changes. It seems that time will slow down here.

穿过林荫道，一处悠长的水景使空间豁然开朗。绿篱与柱体形成序列，简洁精致的线条语言跳脱出繁复的装饰感。泉水跳跃，成为视听的焦点。夜幕降临时，暖黄色的灯光亮起，抚平了归家之人的心绪。

Through the avenue, a long waterscape makes the space suddenly clear. The hedge and the column form a sequence, and the simple and exquisite line language jumps out of the complex sense of decoration. Spring water jumps and becomes the focus of audio-visual. When night falls, the warm yellow light comes on, calming the mood of the people who return home.

纽约时报称格拉美西公园为“一个拒绝死亡的维多利亚时代的绅士”。他是东20街的伊甸园，记录着19世纪的优雅，萃取着静奢的本质。美式花园以自然的色调为主，简洁明快，温暖怀旧。透露着回归自然的宁静和淡然内敛的奢华。草木被细致地修剪过，充满趣味的雕塑给空间增添了活泼的氛围。建筑掩映在森林里，四周安静的只听见鸟叫虫鸣。

The New York Times called Gramercy Park "a Victorian gentleman who refused to die.". He is the garden of Eden on East 20th Street, recording the elegance of the 19th century and extracting the essence of quiet luxury. American garden is based on natural colors, simple and bright, warm and nostalgic. It reveals the tranquility of returning to nature and the luxury of introverted. The plants have been carefully pruned, and the interesting sculpture adds a lively atmosphere to the space. The buildings are hidden in the forest, and the only quiet sounds are birds and insects.

定制化设计应运而生，从厚重石凳上刻下的诗句，到精致的门牌。高雅的线条与图案是格拉美西的展现给世人的第一印象。

Customized design came into being, from the poems carved on the heavy stone bench to the exquisite doorplate. The elegant lines and patterns are the first impression of Gramercy.

儿童活动区的故事，依然是围绕着一棵树展开的。森林里的活动场带上了一种恬静的气质，可以想象在这个空间里将发生许多美好的关于成长的故事。

The story of children's activity area still revolves around a tree. The activity field in the forest brings a kind of quiet temperament. It can be imagined that many beautiful stories about growth will take place in this space.

墙里有院，院中又有树，屋里的灯火，隔着一重重，照到巷子里了。格拉美西的巷道，算不上悠长，也可以说是耐人寻味了。休闲空间错落其中，各种功能区的合理排布给人私享空间的同时，又促进邻里之间的社交。

There is a courtyard in the wall, and there are trees in the courtyard. The lights in the house, separated by a lot, shine into the alley. The laneway of Gramercy Park is not so long as it is thought-provoking. Leisure space is scattered among them. The reasonable arrangement of various functional areas not only gives people private space, but also promotes the social interaction between neighbors.

树影婆娑，走进入户门前的小花园，这是一天故事的结束，也是开始。

The shadow of the tree whirling, into the door of the small garden, this is the end of the story of the day, but also the beginning.

设计师寄语：

格拉美西项目的特殊之处在于，它属于开放式命题作文，设计师无法借鉴过去已有的答案。398把钥匙的私属公园，曼哈顿中央的宁静世外桃源，维多利亚时代的绅士等这些都是我们探索的引线。

于是我们开始感受镜面水景映射出的光影变幻，巷道两侧修剪的植物层次，入户花园庄园般归家的感受，拐角后的口袋花园等具有画面感的场景，TOP美式生活渐渐出现在纸面上。它代表一种宁静的优雅，一种无须自证的高贵，一处对往昔时光的追忆与致敬和时光如清泉的动人意境。——设计总监 Sean

Designer's message:

The special feature of Vanke Gramercy project is that it belongs to open proposition composition, and designers can't learn from the past answers. The private park with 398 keys, the quiet paradise in the middle of Manhattan, the Victorian gentlemen and so on are all the clues we explore.

So we began to feel the changes of light and shadow reflected by the mirror waterscape, the plant layers trimmed on both sides of the roadway, the feeling of returning home like a garden manor, the pocket garden behind the corner and other scenes with a sense of picture. Top American life gradually appeared on the paper. It represents a quiet elegance, a nobility without self-proof, a recollection and salutation of the past time, and a moving artistic conception of time like a clear spring. ——Sean, design director
