现有的酒店和咖啡馆建于不同时期，从30年前的第一排平房，到2018年的咖啡馆，再到2019年初建成的最新的现代化4层酒店。总体规划在一开始就没有涉及，在流通、方向感、隐私和视觉顺序方面有很多冲突。

The existing hotel and cafe were built in the different period of time, from the first row of bungalows back to 30 years ago, cafe in 2018 and the latest modern 4 storied hotel built in ear-ly 2019. Master planing was not involved at the first place and there were many clashes on circulation, sense of direction, privacy and visual sequence.

设计师在2019年开始对该地块进行总体规划，在酒店客户、咖啡馆客户和服务部门之间进行更清晰的流通管理，同时通过使用当地独特的竹子、用冲浪板和树木装饰的一系列景观特色墙，以及为咖啡馆客人提供的引导性铺装，创造视觉序列和方向感。

VVdesine started master planing the site in 2019 by managing clearer circulation between hotel clients, cafe customers and services, together with creating sequence of visuality and sense of direction by series of landscape feature walls using unique local bamboo, decorating with surfboards and trees, along with guided pavement for cafe guest.

对于酒店客人来说，大堂的设计是由室内的景观直接连接到花园，使空间看起来像一个大的大堂，与室外的花园相连。酒店和咖啡馆的旅程在物理上是分开的，但在视觉上是相连的。

For hotel guest, lobby design was elaborated by interior where landscape directly connect the garden right in, make the space look as one big lobby connecting with garden outdoor. Both hotel and cafe journey are separated in physic but visually connected.

酒店的通道也与酒店的设施相连接，如游泳池、泳池露台，然后与当地的木材连接模式的木板路相连接，通过郁郁葱葱的花园和保留下来的树木的阴凉下，与海滨地区相连接。

Hotel circulation also connected to hotel facility such as swimming pool, pool terrace, then connected to wooden boardwalk with local wood connection pattern were highlighted, link to beachfront area through lush garden and under cool shade of preserved existing trees.

同时，咖啡馆的序列循环连接到开放的草坪，以咖啡馆为焦点，以酒店为背景，然后通向海滨地区，营造更轻松的海滩氛围。在没有服务的时候，服务通道也被用作滑板路。

At the same time, cafe's sequenced circulation connects to open lawn having Blue Surf Cafe as it's focal point, hotel as background, then lead to the beachfront area for more relaxing beach ambient. Service way also used as skateboard path when there is no service.

使用当地材料，如竹墙和木板路，本地种植品种和保留大量的现有树木，创造了令人难忘的经验，自然响应的文化景观，同时也增强了场地的身份，因为它是这个发展项目最宝贵的资源。

Using local material like bamboo walls and wooden boardwalk, native planting species and preserving lots of existing trees creates rememberable experience, nature responsive cul-tural landscape related and also enhance the site's identity as it is the most valuable asset for this development.

海滨是这个项目中最有活力的空间，这里整天都有很多活动发生。日出海景的早餐，下午到晚上的咖啡和冷饮，所有的客人可以根据自己的选择一起享受海滩的体验。孩子们的沙坑，在保留下来的树木下的凉爽的豆袋，可以整天挂在那里，海滩亭子有很大的开口，面向海滩和大海，可以看到迷人的景色，享受季节性的水上运动活动，晚上的海滩派对，这个区域是项目的核心。

The beachfront is the most vibrant space of the project where lots of activities happen all day round. Breakfast with sunrise sea view, coffee and chill drinks in the afternoon till evening where all guests can enjoy their beach experience together in their own choices. Sandpit for kids, chill out bean bags under preserved existing trees which can be hang out all day, beach pavilion with large opening facing the beach and sea for stunning view and enjoy seasonal water sport activities, beach party at night, this area is the heart of the projects that never sleep.
