美拓设计：理想的自然应当充满鸟的歌唱和林的呼吸，在宁静的水面、清新的微风、温暖的阳光下，让人的身心完全融入自然之中。

MATE Design: The ideal nature should be filled with the songs of birds and the breath of forests, allowing one's body and mind to fully immerse in nature under the tranquil water surface, the refreshing breeze, and the warm sunshine.

磨滩旅游度假区位于合肥市包河区，坐落在大圩生态农业旅游景区内。该区域东接南淝河，南眺巢湖，拥有丰富的自然生态水域环境资源。

"Modern Time" Tourist Resort is located in the Baohe District of Hefei City, nestled within the Dawei Ecological Agricultural Tourism Area. This area faces the Nanfei River to the east and overlooks Chaohu Lake to the south, boasting abundant natural ecological water resources.

磨滩旅游度假区简称磨滩，距合肥市中心仅需30分钟车程。磨滩正逐渐成为这座千万级人口城市中频繁的文旅消费热点。依托于城市周边稀缺的生态资源，形成了水岸环抱、林木茂密、村落散布的自然环境。丰富的圩田和湿地自然资源，以及悠久的圩田文化，共同构成了这一区域的独特魅力。Referred to as "Modern Time" for short, the resort is just a 30-minute drive from downtown Hefei. It is gradually becoming a popular cultural tourism hot spot in this city with a population over ten million. With its scarce ecological resources surrounding the city, "Modern Time" features a natural environment embraced by riversides, dense forests, and scattered villages. The rich paddy fields and wetland natural resources, along with the long-standing paddy culture, contribute to the unique charm of this area.

我们有幸为磨滩景区打造三个重要景观节点，设计包含景区入口界面的精神堡垒区域、景区内的观光小火车站点与游船码头交通枢纽区域等。意在通过它们将项目内的几个重要区块功能有效串联，同时承担起优化交通动线，提升公共空间服务功能的责任。

We were invited to create three key nodes in the natural environment of the "Modern Time" scenic area, including a spiritual installation that connects the city's scenic area display interface, a sightseeing train station within the scenic area and a transportation hub at the boat dock. The aim is to effectively link several important functional blocks of this large project while also optimizing traffic flow and enhancing public space services.

01名为“玉兰三兴”的精神堡垒

“玉兰三兴”作为象征景区形象的精神堡垒，位于景区西南转角区域，与市政道路交汇处的转角绿地相结合，承担着展示磨滩最初印象的关键角色。这里俨然成为了一个吸引人们探索的窗口空间，具备到达、引导及停留等必要功能。

The symbolic interface of the scenic area is located in the southwestern corner of the project, combining green spaces at the municipal road junction. It plays a crucial role in showcasing the overall impression of the cultural tourism hub. Here, it has evidently become a window space that attracts exploration, with the necessary functions of arrival, guidance and stay.

我们通过打造一个生长于场地中可参与的口袋花园空间，从而衔接周边的城市通廊，打破只是标志性构筑物的传统精神堡垒的单一性。从远景，中景，近景不同的空间维度展示磨滩整体形象。

We aimed to create an interactive pocket garden that grows from the site itself, connecting with the surrounding urban corridors. This breaks away from the traditional notion of a spiritual installation as merely a symbolic structure. From different spatial dimensions—distant views, mid-range views, and close-ups—it showcases the future characteristics of "Modern Time", encompassing social leisure, natural landscapes, art culture, and technological advancements.

▽ “玉兰三兴”

雕塑的命名为 “玉兰三兴”，汲取意于自然，以合肥市花广玉兰为蓝本，三朵错落盛开的花朵分别象征磨滩的人文精神、自然环境与经济产业这三大支柱。此外，它也承载了对磨滩未来发展充满希望与梦想的美好愿景。

The sculpture is named "Yulan Sanxing," inspired by nature and based on Hefei's city flower, the magnolia. The three flowers bloom in a staggered arrangement, symbolizing the three pillars of "Modern Time": its cultural spirit, natural environment, and economic industry. Additionally, it embodies a hopeful and visionary outlook for the future development of "Modern Time".

▽ 清晨，晨练的人们与场地一起苏醒

利用本土植物营造景观，“三朵玉兰花”生长其中，同场地融为一体。衔接城市绿道的小径与提供休憩停留的平台，将人群由城市空间引入自然空间，形成磨滩特有的开篇记忆。

The pocket garden uses locale plants to create a landscape, with "Three Magnolias" growing within it, integrated into the site. Paths that connect to the urban greenways and platforms for rest and leading people from the urban space into the natural space, forming the unique opening memories of "Modern Time".

0２多重的交通体验

观光小火车和水上游船构成了磨滩交通网络的核心要素。游客在不同的动线场景中游逛，他们既是观光者，更是画中人。

The sightseeing train and water boats are core elements of the immersive transportation network in the "Modern Time" Tourist Resort. Visitors meander through different scenic routes; they are not just tourists but also part of the picturesque setting.

宿集花园作为民宿组团的外拓空间，我们需要更多的考虑不同人群对花园空间的使用需求。

As an external extension of the guesthouse group, we need to consider different groups' needs for garden space.

如果让孩子来参与设计，这会是场游戏，会是个可以自由奔跑的乐园。这里即可满足大人们放松身心的需求，同时为户外社交和举办派对等多样化活动提供了丰富的场景。花园内,在解决基本动线布局上,将游园路线转换为轻柔的灵动小径,连接不同尺度的功能场地,确保孩子们在花园中体验到安全与自由。

If children were to participate in the design, it would become a game and a playground where they can run freely. This space would meet the adults' needs for relaxation while providing diverse venue choices for outdoor socializing and hosting parties. In the basic flow layout of the garden，the garden route is transformed into a gentle and flexible pathways that connect functional spaces of varying scales, ensuring that children experience both safety and freedom in the garden.

在小火车站的构筑设计中融入了自然艺术的形态，透过杉树林间，一抹轻盈的白色构筑悄然显现，不仅满足了小火车停靠的功能需求，还将其打造成为具有雕塑感的景观长廊。长达35米的曲面顶棚仿佛被微风轻柔地抚摸，轻轻掀起一角，让美丽的景色得以展露。

The structure design of the small train station incorporates natural artistic forms. Through the cedar trees, a delicate touch of white emerges quietly, fulfilling the functional requirements for the train's stopping while transforming it into a sculptural landscape corridor. The 35-meter-long curved roof seems to be gently caressed by the breeze, lifting one corner lightly to reveal the beautiful scenery.

0４北游船码头及交通枢纽

北游船码头区域与小火车磨滩大街站紧邻规划中的商业区域板块。在探查了现场环境后，我们发现这里未来将作为多组交通汇聚的枢纽（商业动线，游船码头，小火车线路等），人流通行压力巨大。The Northern Boat Dock area and the small train station of "Modern Time" Street are adjacent to the planned commercial area. After exploring the site, we found that this area will serve as a hub for multiple traffic convergences in the future (such as commercial routes, boat docks, small train lines, etc.), presenting significant pedestrian flow pressure.

因此，我们必须将游客的有效引导与疏导作为设计核心。再结合游客和景区运营使用需求的必要设施，如码头停泊的游船，搭乘游船所需的售票服务处及公共厕所等配套设施。这些都需要通过合理的布置且在场地内确保有足够的空间来容纳日益增长的游客活动。

Therefore, we must prioritize effective guidance and flow management for visitors as the core solution. Additionally, necessary facilities required for visitor use and scenic area operations, such as docked boats, ticket service counters   and public restrooms, need to be incorporated. This requires reasonable placement and ensuring sufficient space within the site to accommodate the growing visitor activities.

叠加原有的场地与新的理念。在设计过程中思考如何将新事物与已经根植于这片土地上的事物相结合，创造出既和谐又具有创新特色的新风貌。设计既要融入环境又要具有空间辨识度，结合生态、现代、艺术、互动，形成复合多元的空间。

Overlaying the existing design with new concepts. Throughout the design process, we consider how to integrate new elements with those already rooted in this land, creating a new landscape that is both harmonious and innovative. The design needs to blend into the environment while also possessing spatial recognition, combining ecology, modernity, art, and interaction to form a complex and diverse space.

在现存的动线系统上寻求场地的创新，可将数千米体验感单一的水杉林引入新的空间，使其成为焦点，并实现动线的汇聚与分流。作为对未来周边场地更新的前瞻性思考，我们希望保持整体风格的适度克制，避免设计追求形式上的过度浮夸。通过对美学的思考和落地的经验，挖掘场地鲜为人知的魅力，让自然的美景更为突出。

Seeking innovation within the existing circulation system allows us to introduce thousand-meter of the singularly experiential dawn redwood forest into a new space, making it a focal point and facilitating the convergence and diversion of movement. As a forward-thinking approach to the future renewal of surrounding areas, we aim to maintain a moderate restraint in overall style, avoiding excessive flamboyance in design forms. Through contemplation of aesthetics and practical experience, we seek to uncover the site’s lesser-known charm, allowing the natural beauty to shine.

北码头接待处与小火车站台两座白色的景观构筑像是躲在林后互相打量着。我们通过流畅的曲线和适度的立面及顶面透空留白，自然的绿色得以在构筑的内外自由流动，营造出与自然环境相融合的场地。

The reception of North Dock and the small train station platform are two white landscape structures that seem to observe each other from behind the woods. By utilizing smooth curves，appropriate facade and roof to create open spaces, the natural greenery can flow freely within and around the structures, creating a venue that harmonizes with the natural environment.

磨滩大街站作为观光小火车轨道与景区内部车道的交汇点，构成了一个双重交通并置的空间。它紧邻临街的商业建筑，空间相对狭窄。在设计中，如何妥善解决构筑物与周围空间的关系，是至关重要的设计要点。

"Modern Time" Street Station serves as the intersection of the sightseeing train tracks and the internal roadways of the scenic area, forming a dual-traffic juxtaposition space. It is situated next to commercial buildings along the street, resulting in a relatively narrow space. In the design, addressing the relationship between the structures and the surrounding space is a crucial design focus.

▽磨滩大街站构筑分析

我们以通透和漂浮作为贯穿构筑的设计思路,以轻盈流动的的姿态呼应着周边环境中的水与风。构筑主体以两片曲面叶片的形态相互包裹、卷曲而成。

We adopt transparency and buoyancy as the guiding design concepts, responding to water and wind with a light and flowing posture. The main structure is formed by two curved leaf-like elements that wrap and twist around each other.

曲线在交错中框景出远处的自然场景,从而缓解了新构筑对于临街建筑和行人带来的压迫感，强化了透气感。虽然新构筑与周遭建筑形成了反差，但却又依然保持着整体场地独有的内在联系。

The curves intertwine to frame distant scenes of nature, alleviating the pressure of the new structure imposes on the nearby buildings and pedestrians, while enhancing the feeling of openness. Although the new structure contrasts with its surrounding buildings, it still maintains a unique internal connection to the overall site.

北码头游客服务中心掩映于树影之下,白色的墙体与顶棚构成的一体式的景观构筑,将公共厕所与景区运营服务的实体空间藏于构筑的墙体之后。意图是让林木的纵向生长与构筑物的横向空间延伸形成了一个相互延续的整体。

The Northern Dock Visitor Service Center is nestled in the shadows of trees, featuring a seamless landscape structure composed of white walls and a roof that conceals the public restroom and operational service areas of the scenic area behind its walls. The intention is to create a coherent whole where the vertical growth of trees interplays with the horizontal expanse of the structure.

利用现代的景观语言，丰富场地的层次与体验，增加生态价值，增强对外的吸引力焕发新的生机与美感。

By employing modern landscape language, we enrich the site's layers and experiences, enhance ecological value, and increase external attraction, thereby revitalizing the space with new vitality and aesthetic appeal.

We wish to use artistic methods as the language of design, responding to pure countryside with a modern perspective.

通过景区高效的运营，也为商业活动、艺术体验等提供了理想的场所。而巧妙的场地高差设计，环抱核心,使空间更为立体多维。

Through the efficient operation of the scenic area, ideal spaces are also provided for commercial activities and artistic experiences. The clever design of the site's elevation creates a more three-dimensional and multifaceted space that embraces the core.

结语：有些设计以精致的细节来打动人心，而另一些设计以柔和来触动情感。我们希望所设计的场景,都不应仅解决最为基本的功能问题。我们追求通过设计给环境带来附加的美好,譬如去码头乘船沿路收获了美景...正因为这些简单轻松的公共性的环境,则更像是日常生活中需要的那一部分。方案设计可作为场地的使用说明导则,但只可称得上为其一的方式，更多的该让人的行为来填充设计上的留白,而非用设计手段填充至满,让人找到最舒适的方式脱离出原有的条条框框,感受一种不经意的松弛感。

Conclusion: Some designs touch the heart with exquisite details, while others evoke emotions through subtlety. We hope that the scenes we design not only solve the most basic functional problems but also add beauty to the environment through design. For instance, taking a boat from the dock allows for the enjoyment of beautiful views along the way... It is these simple and relaxed public environments that resonate more with what we need in daily life. The design concept can serve as a guideline for the use of the site, but it should be considered just one part of the concept. It is more important that human behaviors fill in the design’s blanks rather than filling every space with design elements. This allows people to find the most comfortable ways to break free from existing constraints and experience a sense of effortless luxury and relaxation.
