思摩尔国际(SMOORE)是目前世界范围内雾化科技解决方案的领导者,目前在全球范围内拥有9所研究院,其中长沙研究院拥有数百名研发人员,是SMOORE重要的基础研究院之一。SMOORE公司创始人基于“雾化让生活更美好”的公司愿景,希望我们通过设计,将长沙研究院打造成一个舒适、高效、富有活力的研发办公场所,为每一个SMOORE研发人员提供良好的科研及办公环境。
01
“从内到外”:入口区的连续展示界面与空间延伸
From inside to outside, the space extends
项目位于长沙中电软件园区内的主干道转角处,园区内的各办公楼具有统一的外观规划,同时物业对于外立面改造有严格的限制。公司对外的形象展示设计范围局限在十米宽的门厅内,这对于近40米长的建筑外立面来说,显然不足以形成足够的视觉标示性。因此我们将现有门厅立面向内进行延伸,与大堂立面,电梯厅立面进行整合,形成了一个L型的连续展示界面。从入口门厅开始,公司中英文LOGO,雾化科技信息展示,公司业绩展示等内容依次展开,方便来访宾客更清晰直观的接收到公司的科技实力及企业文化。此外我们还将“橱窗”的概念引入外立面的改造中,希望用一个10米宽的外立面窗口,打破大堂内外的空间界限,形成一面面向街道的公司形象展示墙,以赋予研究院大楼外观上以醒目的视觉标识感。
The project is located at the corner of the main road in Changsha CEC Software Park. The office buildings in the park have a unified appearance plan, and the property has strict restrictions on the renovation of the facade. The company's external image display design scope is limited to the ten-meter-wide foyer, which is obviously not enough to form a sufficient visual identity for the nearly 40-meter-long building façade. Therefore, we extended the existing foyer façade inward and integrated it with the lobby façade and the elevator hall façade to form an L-shaped continuous display interface. Starting from the entrance hall, the company's Chinese and English LOGO, atomization technology information display, company performance display and other content are unfolded in turn, so that visitors can receive the company's scientific and technological strength and corporate culture more clearly and intuitively. In addition, we also introduced the concept of "show window" into the renovation of the façade, hoping to use a 10-meter-wide façade window to break the space boundary inside and outside the lobby, and form a company image display wall facing the street, to give the institute building a striking visual identity on the exterior.

在高达5.5米的首层大堂区,我们选择了表面雾砂处理的U型玻璃作为主要立面的使用材料。此材料可以形成较为整体的视觉效果,也能很好的呼应“雾化”的空间主题。日常在半透明的U型玻璃内透光的反射下,大厅中呈现出了有如薄雾一般朦胧的科技美感。
In the lobby area on the first floor, which is as high as 5.5 meters, we chose U-shaped glass with fog sand treatment as the main façade material. This material can form a more overall visual effect, and can also well echo the spatial theme of atomization. In daily life,under the reflection of the translucent U-shaped glass, the hall presents a hazy scientific and technological beauty like mist.

“从封闭到开放”:实验室与露台花园的空间串联
From closed to open, laboratory and terrace garden
我们相信自然舒适的办公环境能让员工有更放松的办公体验,也能更加促进办公效率的提升。所以由内部的办公空间渗透到外部的花园平台便是我们对于办公区重要的设计策略。
在开始设计之前,我们深入调研了研究院原有的工作状态。我们发现相比对于坐在办公桌的工作方式,研究院的研究人员更多的时间都集中在实验室中,封闭的实验室空间对应了研发工作的需要。但科学研发的过程是漫长而紧张的,许多研究员几乎终日都待在封闭的实验室空间中,仅在较少的时间才会回到办公桌前进行电脑上的操作。而在电脑桌前也是大家相对更加活跃放松的办公时间。
基于这样的一种工作状态,我们提出应该设立一个实验室-半开放办公区-全开放花园区的空间递进层次,实现由封闭到开放、由室内到自然、由严谨到放松的空间状态的转变。
We believe that a natural and comfortable office environment can make employees have a more relaxed office experience and can also promote the improvement of office efficiency. Therefore, the penetration of the inner office space into the outer garden platform is our important design strategy for the office area.
Before starting the design, we deeply investigated the original working state of the institute. We found that compared to the way of working at a desk, researchers in the institute spend more time in the laboratory, and the enclosed laboratory space corresponds to the needs of R&D work. But the process of scientific research and development is long and stressful. Many researchers stay in closed laboratory spaces almost all the time, and only return to their desks for less time to operate on the computer. In front of the computer desk is also a relatively more active and relaxed office time for everyone.
Based on such a working state, we propose that a laboratory-semi-open office area-full-open garden area should be set up to achieve a progressive level of space changing from closed to open, from indoor to natural, and from rigorous to relaxed.

对于此种空间场景的转换,我们希望能突破楼层的限制,使得位于各层不同区域的同事,都能在休息放松的时间能有积极的互动,而不是每日都只停留在自己办公位所在的楼层中。在每层的中心位置,我们设置了一个独特的功能交通环,它将各层的办公区、办公室、花园和休闲区串联了起来,容纳了“打印-茶水-储藏-会议-展示”的多种服务功能,形成了一个竖向立体的,贯穿内外的连续空间路径。
For the conversion of this kind of space scene, we hope to break through the restrictions of floors, so that colleagues in different areas on each floor can have active interactions during rest and relaxation time, instead of just staying at their own office and floor every day. At the center of each floor, we set up a unique functional traffic ring, which connects the office areas, offices, gardens and leisure areas on each floor, accommodating multiple “printing-pantry-storing-meeting-display” This kind of service function forms a vertical and continuous space path that runs through the inside and outside.

在屋顶层,我们将各类室外设备做了集中布置,把更多的面积腾出来用作屋顶多功能活动区。在屋顶密布消防管道的区域,我们将地面进行了整体抬升处理,通过精确定位和设计,将原有纵横密布的消防管隐藏在了抬升的花园及下沉休息区之间,创造了一个更为私密、高差丰富的独特花园休闲体验区。
We have arranged all kinds of outdoor equipment in a centralized manner on the roof layer, freeing up more area for the multi-functional activity area on the roof. In the area where the roof is densely covered with fire pipes, we raised the ground as a whole. Through precise positioning and design, the original vertical and horizontal fire pipes were hidden between the raised garden and the sunken rest area, creating a more private and unique gardening leisure experience area with various vertical drop.

“从科技到自然”—材料呈现的内在逻辑
From technology to nature, the inner logic of materials
“雾化让生活更美好”,将雾化技术融入生活,提升生活品质是SMOORE的企业愿景,蕴含了SMOORE将科技与人性关怀相结合的企业文化。因此,在本想项目的材料选择上,我们提炼出“科技与自然”并置的材料逻辑,以契合SMOORE的企业气质。具有科技感的铝板、体现雾化主题的U型玻璃搭配温暖的木质墙地面以及绒面暖色地毯,通过这两大类材料的并置呈现,呼应科技与人性关怀相结合的空间气质。在材料呈现上真正传达出科技、高效、自然、舒适的体验感受。
‘Atomization makes life better’, integrating atomization technology into life and improving the quality of life is SMOORE's corporate vision, which embodies SMOORE's corporate culture of combining technology with human care. Therefore, in the material selection of this project, we have extracted the material logic of "technology and nature" to fit SMOORE's corporate temperament. The aluminum plate with a sense of technology, the U-shaped glass reflecting the theme of atomization, the warm wooden walls and the floor and the suede warm carpet are presented through the juxtaposition of these two types of materials, echoing the space temperament of combining technology and human care. The material presentation truly conveys the experience of technology, efficiency, naturalness, and comfort.
