荣安九龙壹号

荣安•九龙壹号位于拥有山城特色的九龙半岛，黄桷树、交通茶馆、涂鸦街、四川美术学院、提坎文化在此扎根、生长和升华。设计汲取九龙半岛独特气质，对话过去，走向未来。通过解构传统建筑墙面，将“生活之窗”内的场景展现，使项目内部与街道关联，将生活场景演变为剪影，上演温馨生活故事；中庭景观是老重庆名片的解构，我们将盘根错节的黄桷树根系作为设计原型，将江水、山石、根系、树木整合在一起，重现老城记忆；户休闲区是远离旧城的一片新天地，我们提取“交通茶馆”来演绎这个空间，设计将青砖绿瓦演绎成斜面流水墙个，门窗亮子的投影刻画成风吹蓝花楹摇曳的树池，老茶馆的长独凳、四方桌转化成了简约沙发。

Rong’an Residence One is located in the Jiulong Peninsula with the characteristics of mountain city. HuangFicus Ficus, Traffic Teahouse, Doodle Street, Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and Tikam culture take root, grow and sublim here. The design draws on the unique temperament of the Kowloon Peninsula, dialogue with the past, into the future. By deconstructing the walls of traditional buildings, the scenes inside the "Window of Life" are presented, so that the interior of the project is associated with the street, and the life scenes are transformed into silhouettes to stage a warm life story. The atrium landscape is the deconstruction of the name card of old Chongqing. We take the root system of Ficus Virens as the design prototype, integrating the river water, rocks, roots and trees together to reproduce the memory of the old city. The household leisure area is a new world away from the old city. We extracted the "traffic teahouse" to interpret this space. The design transforms the green bricks and tiles into sloping water wall, the projection of the doors and Windows into the tree pool swaying with wind-blown Jacaranda trees, and the long single bench and four square tables of the old teahouse into simple sofa.

我们将重庆人对这块土地生活的记忆保留、解构再重塑，在老城区寻求一份安宁净土，对话过去，走向未来。

We will preserve, deconstruct and reshape the memory of Chongqing people living in this land, and seek a peaceful and pure land in the old city, and talk about the past and move towards the future.

The life scene evolved into a silhouette, and the lights at home evolved into pavements, staged a warm life story

△延续入口的艺术长廊，利用景墙镂空引入自然光线，营造光影隧道。

Continue the art gallery at the entrance, introduce natural light by hollowing out the landscape wall, and create a light tunnel.

△提炼树根形状，结合更多本土形象特质，黄桷树根系的演绎，扎根石滩，用绿意反哺城市

Extract the shape of tree roots, combine more local image characteristics, deduct the root of Ficus Virens, take root in the stone beach, and nourish the city with green spirit

 △我们在正对黄桷树的沿街面设置了一扇橱窗，给围合的场地空间带来呼吸感。

We set up a shop window in the street facing HuangFicus, which brings breath sense to the enclosed space.

△解构交通茶馆的内里，剥离热闹嘈杂的氛围，重构一个安静惬意的户外洽谈区。

The interior of the traffic teahouse is deconstructed, and the noisy atmosphere is stripped away to reconstruct a quiet and comfortable outdoor negotiation area.
