The plot is located in among a high infrastructure and tourist area, this concentrates potential to develop a mixed multi and single-family product . The design process on this 13,500 m2 plot, focuses on the central distribution of common areas (pool and relaxing areas) , achieving easy access to the 38 lots that surround the common areas with streets and vegetation. The lots used for single dwelling units scheme have been designed with selected views to the inner landscape creating the most intimate area of the complex and integration to the whole compound, to get a uniform ideology (material and form-wise) , as well to provide identity to the context. These typologies complement each other for a better articulation in the area and the existing plots to get the same material and form structure.
