The architecture and the landscape as a whole fit the family atmosphere of the residents, highlighting the concept of an art community. The overall landscape and architecture continue the elegant series of design language, and the overall community atmosphere is closely connected through the art gallery.

架空层设计中，我们以项目调性、社区生态共生及邻里情感共融为基础，打造高标准、高使用率、高品质的社区环境。给社区注入艺术格调及真实生活场景氛围，糅合艺术、养乐、儒风、邻里…，等等模块功能，在空间划分及软装配置中更加注重视觉延展性与社区主题性的视觉融合。具体我们主要从三方面着手：1.空间的格调与功能的平衡；2.空间各功能区域的分与合；3.空间基本格调的规整与变化。

在空间处理上，保证墙顶地的完整性、统一性。对于开敞架空层健身器械的运用上，目前大部分架空层都是使用户外健身器械，而在架空层区域使用美观度及使用感不太好。所以本次在器械选择上，我们进行了尝试，契合架空层空间氛围，采用市面风评较好及耐久较度高的无动力器械，兼顾使用性、耐久性、安全性及美观度。

健身模块的的配置除了常规配置之外，我们也为爱美丽、爱社交的女性群体设置了专属的综合类架空层交流场所，在空间营造中保证安全性、私密性及多功能性的基础上，选择了符合女性柔美气质的大地色色系，避免亮丽色彩才给人产生的视觉疲劳。同时设置了专属的开阔性空间，满足不同业主的实际需求，可以灵活改变空间属性。例如常规性活动可以开展瑜伽、舞蹈、交谈、影音等多样性功能，甚至于可以相约一起住组织茶话会，生活窍门分享会。

城市都在飞速发展，高楼一栋一栋接连林立，孩子的时间大部分投入在了学业上、电子设备上，很少有他们专属的空间。记得之前读泰戈尔的《小大人》开头就是一大长串的问句，陷入深思。所以我们引用迷你城市的想法，融入多彩的颜色，植入城市微缩版空间，希望通过寓教于乐的方式带给孩子快乐，同时培养孩子的自主意识。

小时候最喜欢的就是几个小伙伴模仿大人的样子，一玩就是一下午。基于这样的思考我想打造一个属于孩子的梦工厂，一个迷你城市,一个童话般的童梦工厂，在这里你可以玩想玩的所有。梦工厂中蕴藏着最初的童真，来往孩子们可以在里面寻找自己的角色进行模拟。或小小警察、或小小老师、或小医生…等等角色扮演。畅通的微型马路，让肆意飞奔小汽车滴滴答答的鸣笛，一切欢乐祥和、热闹非凡。

When I was young, my favorite thing was that a few friends imitated adults, and played it all afternoon. Based on this thinking, I want to create a dream factory for children, a mini city, and a fairy tale dream factory for children, where you can play everything you want. The original innocence is hidden in DreamWorks, where children can find their own characters to simulate. Or a little policeman, or a little teacher, or a little doctor...and so on. 设计过程中，我们对于硬装做了很多结构的优化，将原由复杂的墙体进行了造型处理，在视觉使得空间整体统一，满足孩子喜爱奔跑打闹的需求。同时考虑到安全性，墙体全部做了倒角处理，为孩子的安全上一道保险锁。美妙的音符在童梦工厂中余音绕梁，为小小微缩城市注入活力。孩子对于音乐由极其敏感的感知，所以通过音乐的导入，吸引业主及孩子前来参与其中，进而有效实际的激活社区。

During the design process, we made a lot of structural optimizations for the hard decoration, and processed the original complex walls to unify the space visually to meet the needs of children who love to run and play. At the same time, considering the safety, the walls are all chamfered to provide a safety lock for the safety of children. The beautiful notes reverberate in the children's dream factory, injecting vitality into the small and miniature cities. Children are extremely sensitive to music, so through the introduction of music, the owners and children are attracted to participate in it, thereby effectively activating the community.
